HI Friends,
I have applied z4root temp root and applied OCLF lag fix in my SGS now. After reboot phone not booting . It got stuck at galaxy S logo.
How can i recover my mobile. The 3 button recovery mode is working now.
What i have to do now ?
1) factory reset in the recovery mode or
2) I have to use odin to flash the stock firmware
Please help..
Gokul
Factory reset first .
Flash stock via Odin but undo lagfix first .

Thanks for your reply
I Can't boot the phone now. Its got stuck in the logo .
Then how i can i undo the lagfix ?
Does ODIN flashing requires removing lagfix in the phone ?
Can i directly flash the STOCK firmware with OCLF lagfix enabled ?

Search in the threads for help, but if you flash a stock ROM that includes a PIT file and check "Repartition", you should be ok even without removing the lagfix.
However, search for better answers as I am no expert yet.
This is a good thread to start with as just a way to get your phone up and running...
factory reset works for me.. but all apps gone.. restoring my all apps now...

When you downloaded the clockwork mode recovery file you should have flashed via Odin v4.38 and not trough stock recovery cos that might end up soft/hard brick your phone try to follow the tutorial from af(android forums) on how to unbrick your phone it might help

Try to follow that tutorial that i've been talking about the one on (andorid forums) (it help'd me allot)although i'm not quite sure that it will help you very much cos that tutorial is for SGM s5570 but try it if it help's i would recommend before flashing clock work mod for your device (via Odin) not trough stock recovery, cos mine got stuck at boot logo the same as you i try'ed to flash cwm trough stock recovery and my device bootloop'ed so try to update your phone with latest version of gingerbread and then start to flash cwm on your device if the unbrick tutorial from af help's
Sirs, i'm in a tragic situation. Pls help...
I rooted my galaxy mini pop plus (s5570i with gingerbread 2.3.6) and installed clockworkmod and i successfully did complete nandroid backup. Later unknowingly i installed rzRecovery. After that my phone does not boot. It stucks at samsung android logo. I am able to enter into cwm but when i try restore my backup it says error mounting /system. Is my phone bricked? Is there any solution? Kindly help
note:
1. Odin4.3 does not detect my phone,BUT odin3 does
2. The cwm i used is not permanant. when i press vol.up+home+power it always go to stock recovery. then i have to update the file samsung_pop_plus_cwm.zip
Try to flash cwm through odin and not through recovery. I think it could be a problem if stock recovery tries to replace itself with another recovery.img WHILE ALREADY USING THIS FILE

if i try with odin it shows FAIL; another version stucks at 'Nand writing started'. Another thing when i enter into download mode there is a heading 'ODIN MODE' in red color at the top of the window. And the logo is a green android shape. is it normal??? is it the default state???
First mistake you do, is flashing a recovery that doesn't work for you device.
Second mistake is you don't read instruction really well.
So, send it to SSC (Samsung Service Center), don't act suspicious or they'll know you root your phone.
sorry for bad english.

anyone ?
which rom did you flash? also if you can enter download mode then reflash stock rom and one thing make sure the rom you downloaded was for s5570i not s5570.i think you might have installed a rom for s5570 on your s5570i.

Hello. Can you help me? This is what happens:
I tried to upgrade my SGA into Gingerbread 2.3.6 ( my SGA is froyo 2.2.1) . I install ClockWerkMod 5.0.2.6 in my cellphone. It was installed successfully, but after that i go back to the recovery mode, then i stuck in the Samsung Logo and i don't know why, (my cp is already rooted).
I can go to download mode, but the problem is, 1 month ago, after installing CWMode, i decided to factory data reset to fix the problem in the recovery, and now , i cant open my SGA, i tried to flashed it in the Odin, but it says "fail", and now im so nervous, i don't know what to do, hope someone help me with my problem. Thank you

Factory reset won't recover you from recovery problem
Try:
Remove the battery for 5-10 mins. Then reboot
Code:
adb reboot
from your pc in recovery/download mode
I think that there is a problem with CWMode. I dunno what is that.
Also you need the following to flash stock ROM only on Samsung Galaxy Ace:
The files I have attached(Unzip them).
Proper Gingerbread ROM for your region(I live in India so I have Indian ROM)
Download from SamMobile
In Odin select OPS Cooper_v1.0.ops
Select all the options except Debug only.
Click 'One Package' button and select the ROM file(it is generally .tar.md5 and India's one is 238MB)
Click 'Start'
Best of Luck
