Could someone mod the serendipity 4.3 framework and make the battery, Wifi, and signal Red?

I was trying the latest MIUI ROM and there is a new battery indicator where there is a coloured line above the status bar.
Has anyone come across this as a MOD for other ROM's like CyanogenMod?
im using cm 6.1 and have a great status/ notification bar i want to port to something like leedroid or revolution roms, its mainly the battery battery charge icons and general icons i want to put into the sense roms also the status bar itself if its possible?
how would i go about doing this?
Im trying to make a Honeycomb theme for Skyraider Sense and I was wondering if someone could tell me the basic names of the jpegs found in the apk...for example the name of the battery icon in the status bar...and even the status bar in general.

For some silly reason, all I want is for my status bar icons to have the more stock android look (see attached). I am on a 5.0.2 att deodexed ROM (hence no xposed). I've tried a layers app in the playstore to no avail. Modding the systemui is above my abilities. Does anyone have any insight to making this look?
