Man, next time I will buy a Dopod branded device, fw after fw, good support not like HTC's Europe branch
So, the point is that you buy as cheaper as it gets no matter of language, from some operator on contract, come here, unbrand and unlock device and use it happily ever after, don't you dare to buy original, unlocked HTC branding because they are not thinking about you

EDIT : Ops ... the ITA Test Rom already have Radio 1.38.00.11 but .108 i can't verify.

What is this? Please explain. New Rom? Italian? I'm in panic.

This is english rom for telstra (australian carrier) blackstone T8285. I wouldn't flash this on my hd because it has a lot of branding, but it might have some useful packages for cooks.

im going to try if i can cook this to a custom rom without the telstra content.

ok i have installed this on my HD and it is running really fast with what wasnt expected the camera clarity is also good. but manila version is 1.3.37917.1_1630.38 which is responsive and have telstra customisations..
there is a new ftp option in bluetooth settings. will keep updating as i play with it.

has it got new keyboard or the old one?

Need help on HTC TOUCH HD ROM Updation

Hi,
I'm using HTC TOUCH HD (orange). I bought this handset from Scotland it was locked with orange only but i Unlocked this handset with some code.
Now this handset works gr8 for me but still i can see some settings are map with orange only. I heard if i update with international English ROM then my problem will get solved.
Can anyone please help me out to get the correct ROM for my HTC TOUCH HD.
I'm using windows 6.1 in my handset I'll be ok if its 6.1 or 6.5.

If you're still using an Orange sim card the 'Orange Plus' app is on the card btw.
You could also try 1 of the custom roms if you want some cool new stuff on your phone. Take a look at the 'dummies guide to flashing 1.56 roms' for help with that.
