Having tried various NOOKiE SD versions, I have now settled on Nookie Froyo 0.6.7.
Is there a "finalized" over clocked kernel that perform reliably with this release?
I am using the 1Ghz kernel with Froyo 0.6.7 from this thread:
[Kernel][Eclair][Froyo][Honeycomb] [email protected] *New Froyo and HC* [2/6/11]
...and it seems perfectly stable and responsive.
Thanks
I Installed this a few hours ago, and so far it is behaving well

Sorry if I'm not using the search box correctly (again, haha).
I'm trying to find out if there's a boot.img RAM hack I can us on Manup's Eclair ROM (1.5) that won't replace BFS with CFS (such as this one). I know CFS is more stable, but I've had no issues with BFS and it's much faster IMO.
Any help would be awesome! :-]
Okay, search finally came through for me, found a method that kills BT, but I don't use it (EVER) so that's alright. ^_^
Well now I'm running cyanogen's 2.6.34, but the processor is capped off at 576mHz. Can anybody recommend a good overclocking kernel to flash?
I'm running CM 5.0.8, but I think I'm going to boot 6.0.0 RC2.
I am running cognition 2.2 B6 but my phone was much snappier running 2.1 with oclf. Is there something I can do to speed up 2.2 or should I revert back to 2.1 oclf?

The 2.2 Beta6 was pretty snappy for me, but I ran the OCLF and got a bit more snap. Maybe you could try that.

^there is this if you are brave. there is a big potential for problems because the recovery mode is broken with this one.
there is also the oclf, it works in froyo.
Have finally settled with cicada's sd froyo 0.6.8. without too many glitches.
Having had Kernel problems in the past, and am getting tired of experimenting, can anybody recommend (with a link to) a reliable OC kernel?
Hey guys, loving CM7, but the nightly im using has a few quirks(no bluetooth, shuts off at 15% battery). I had tried phiremod before, but it didnt include any recent kernels and was stuck at 925mhz. So, i went back to what i had with the amazing 1300mhz. Since im trying it again, where would i get the latest oc kernel for the latest version of phiremod?
I forgot to ask, do CM7 specific kernels also work? If so, i feel stupid.
Pherimod is cm7+themes+apps so yeah cm7 kernels will work.
