UPDATE: MetaMorph added. Due to overwhelming requests and the fact that their are a million CM7 ports out there lol
Metamorph method for HDPI, MDPI, and HDPI-v added to the op. This way you can select your phones framework and proceed to flash without having to wait for a zip update.
Note the Clock will still have to be flashed manually via recovery after the Lockscreen icons are morphed.
So I decided to mod lockscreen to look a bit like the Honeycomb lock along with Honeycomb font on the Lockscreen Clock.
___________________________________________________________________
I originally made this for Evo users but Ive gotten number of request for other phones so thought I post it here. This mod is Cm7 frameworks (mods icons according the CM layout) This morph was created since Nightlies move fast and we have alot of different Cm7 roms. Updating so many can get gruesome (plus the wifey no happy lol).
Some Icons (sound, Vibrate & Cyanogen robot custom icon) had to be blanked out so if you try using the regular sliders and using some of the extra icons you might have a blank image but the slider still works.
The Main lockscreen is the Rotary Style lockscreen. You can change it under settings > Cyanogenmod settings > Lockscreen Settings > Lockscreen Style

Make sure to check off custom app option so you can enable the drag down to unlock option.
I couldnt get Lense Lockscreen right as the time kept creeping up. I will keep looking but I think its somewhere in the xlm or jar so hopefully someone that knows more can help with that later.
Metamorph Instructions:
Download and Install Metamorph: https://market.android.com/details?id=stericson.xda.metamorph&feature=search_result
Install Metamorph then download your zip file after (Save zip to "/sdcard/AndroidThemes")
Files:
HDPI : http://www.mediafire.com/file/vchfnuiekvi3syi/Honeycomb_Lock_HDPI.zip
MDPI: http://www.mediafire.com/file/9nzqgznicg25lzl/Honeycomb_Lock_MDPI.zip
HDPI-v4:http://www.mediafire.com/file/7tqgs778yeawbqm/Honeycomb_Lock_HDPI-v4.zip
If your not sure about which version your phone uses just use Astro or any other file manager and take a look at your /system/framework-res.apk file. Browse file the file and navigate over to the /res folder and you will see a drawable folder with either hdpi, mdpi, or hdpi-v4. Proceed to download whichever version your rom uses.
Once installed and your zip is downloaded to "/sdcard/Androidthemes" (metamorph just created this folder)
Go ahead open Metamorph and select "Unzip/Extract new theme", you might have to allow superuser permission.
Select Honeycomb_Lock_xDPI
It will extract theme, close and give an error message about theme control of some sort. Just ignore that and proceed to reopen Metamorph.
Now go ahead and select Pick existing theme and browse the "Honeycomb_Lock_HDPI" and select HoneyLock.xml Close the prompt and Apply all. The phone will now reboot and the Icons will be replaced. Now you just need to flash the clock.
The clock can be flashed on any device with the following zip in recovery just like before.
http://www.mediafire.com/file/b6xpw0pda671ujm/HoneycombClock.zip
Thanks to sunder74 for helping me with the Morph script. As always I can continue helping with zip files but it got to a point that we had so many different phones that a Morph made more sense.

Dock Added:
I used some of the icons in the honeycomb dump for my dock. Im using launcherpro so if anyone wants that here it is along with some text icons for the edge icons.

The dock and icons are in the Dock zip (just zipped up icons I use with LauncherPro, not a flashable). The Main screen clock is not part of the mod, that can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=931473

Yes since the nightly will overwrite the framework images. Unless the framework has any major changes I think reflashing shouldnt cause any errors but it can be risky.
Thanks for the Desire and Wildfire frameworks. Will work on them when I get some free time and update when I get them done.
Bootloops on build 40, Dinc. Figured I would give it a shot haha

METAMORPH!: Download Updated 7/28
You guys can say thanks to studjuice for this one!
Metamorph unfortunately doesn't play nice with flashing fonts so you can download the theme font in flashable form HERE!
Flashable Zips:
Froyo 2.2 will work for every phone except HD devices, unless there is a phone specific build below flash Froyo 2.2.
Flashing over CM6 RC2 will not guarantee results.. the newer builds of CM6 don't seem to take well to themes.. some report success others aren't so lucky. There is a full RC2 rom below if you must have RC2.
Froyo 2.2 Release 1.5 *FIXED*
Froyo 2.2 Release 1.0
Nexus One Froyo
Legend Froyo
You can thank Tamimego for the legend version, the zip is based off of Kyosa's Legend CM6 RC1
Problems flashing? try booting into fastboot and clearing the system "fastboot erase system -w" reflash your rom and the theme. This will fix any errors related to not enough system space such as framework not flashing or missing apps after flashing.
Instructions
In order for you to get results like the screenshots above you have to do the following.
Notification Bar: Change the text to white under Cyanogenmod settings in the settings menu.
Dock: Go to launcherpro preferences menu button then preferences go to appearance and change dock to glass.
Dock Notifications: In launcher pro go to preferences, dock dock settings and check the dock notifications.
Weather/News: Just add weather widget and then add the news widget via the widgets menu.
Digital Clock: Open app draw go to digital clock set the background to black and then add the widget 4x1 to home screen.
Wallpaper: Now defaulted is the blue wallpaper, if you want to change it to the black its in your wallpaper gallery.
The icons are from an iPhone/iPod Touch theme Suave

This flashes over any Froyo build 100% confirmed to work!
Comes in a bit bigger at around 18mb but this zip flashes every time!
Now has the latest launcherpro v0.6.7.3 took some work to get this thing themed properly and flashing correctly.
Framework-res.apk has been redesigned a bit also darkened (let me know if I should go back)
Thanks to HUND for the status bar icons.
Now removes ADWLauncher.apk if you have it installed.. simply because certain people were reporting that it stopped launcherpro from working.
Manual Install for those of you who want to use just a certain part of the theme.
Unfortunately due to a lot of changes that have been made to the theme I will have to release separate updates for 2.1 and 2.2. :(
This update may take a few minutes to boot up for the first time so please be patient!

Once again cleaned up some stuff shrunk to 8mbs/4MB for Metamorph
Power Control Widget mod: Now transparent see above screenshots.. will change blue lines to dots most likely in the near future
Now includes Digital Clock thanks to Maize!
Reworked flashing script: its now flashing each thing individually I'm hoping this allows for it to flash successfully although I'm unsure..
Launcher: Included in the update.zip, not included in Metamorph download HERE! and install manually.
Metamorph should work.. unfortunately the app FC's on my phone so I couldn't test it first hand please let me know how it works I included most of the theme but not the launcher.apk I will continue to update this metamorph along with the flashable zip. Please post feedback and let me know if the metamorph works as it should... its based off the .xml format.
Personal flash tests on MyTouch3G 32B/G1 CM6 RC1/CM5 this flashes properly.. if not for you please post your rom and phone model. Also this may or may not effect it but I do not have any partitions on my SD its all FAT32.
Test #2 FAILED AT FLASHING

Looks alright, however it doesn't work. It flashes, but doesn't actually copy anything over.
Nothing mean at all,,
But you might want to clean up the .zip,,
You only need the files you actually changed for the theme to work,, Looks like you are trying to move the whole framework and app folder
But really nice theme

Thank you! I removed everything that was extra.. to be honest I didn't even realize I had half of that stuff sitting in there... I thought 30mb was a bit big for a theme zip lol.
Anyway Test 2 is up and its cleaned up should come in around 12mb.. let me know if you flash it and if its working!

NP Glad I could help
no changes after flashing
Tried to flash on my Desire with OpenDesire 2.0, only got boot-loop.
32a magic - ze theme, they do nothing!
Nothing happened when flashed
I'm looking into the flashing problem, for some its working and for others its clearly not.
I think the problem is every ROM is different in the fact that the devs edit files differently and flashing a .zip that is not specific to that ROM can cause issues. If you want to make a universal theme there are 2 options (3 if you're good with scripts)
1. Make a MetaMorph that just changes images
2. Make an version for every ROM you want to support
3. Make 1 update.zip that has a script to detect which ROM is installed. Downside to 3 is the files size might be pretty big.
If I'm wrong please correct me.

Awesome theme, only the power control widget and music widget need to be transparent as well to match the genie widget.
This theme looks great. But, I just tried to flash it, and it didn't change anything.

I'm hoping tonight I will be posting a much more complete theme, the transparent widgets are on the list of things to get done so check back tomorrow and hopefully it will be done and these flashing issues will be sorted out as well I have some people helping me figure it out.
Should I take out the blue bars or change them to something else to let you know its enabled?

Its somewhat a pre-alpha v.0.0001 version and a dead project. I quickly realized that I didnt have the patience to do an entire theme myself.
And it was just an flashable theme for the VanillaEclair ROM.

I'm calling this theme a modular theme because I'm breaking it down into parts allowing the end user to configure it how they wish. The main reason for this is because not only two different file systems, but also some dk28 roms not working the way others work. If a part of this theme doesn't work, just leave it off.
This theme has been tested to flash and perform on the ACS DK28 Froyo leak. As far as the custom roms, I do not run them or ext 4 so the only way you'll find out what's compatable is to get to flashing so if any crash test dummys want to push the limits, flash this over all the roms and report back. **Note this has been fully ported to Bonsai 2.0.1

Updated Files 02/09/11
For now on there is 1 zip file MetaMorph format for the Crystalline system apps. This eliminates the need to be rom specific. It also gives a higher percent success than flashing in CWM recovery. Now a note on this zip, certain system files will cause a reboot while applying them. Pay attention when flashing this file. 2 or 3 system apps will cause a reboot mid flash, let the phone boot back, and re-run this theme inside MetaMorph again until it completes successfully. When a system app causes a reboot it's cause the system noticed the change while using that app. The next flash, the same app will NOT cause another reboot.
****If you are using a themed market app and an update comes out. You will be notified of the update, but the install will fail because the signature don't match. I had to resign these apps to take on the phone if you want the update, I'll have to transfer images over and resign so contact me if this happens.
Note about data apps: Further Instructions:
I cannot successfully get a non market app themed and flashed on top of the existing file because the change on the md5sum. So the only way to go if you wish for you phone to have extra themed apps is to delete the original after backing up the data. Copy the new themed apps on your SD card and use Astro to install them. Included in the non market apps is a text file so you know what every app is being they use their package names.
Note about screen shots:
If you want to know what my setup is from the screen shots, besides the normal, I'm running beautiful widgets with the WhiteGlossy skin set to 60% transparent. The live wallpaper included I run 12 frames per second 10-15 are the best results. Also set the wallpaper to big in the settings. I'm running the zeam launcher.
Note on Bonsai.zip Meta Morph fix for Bonsai 2.0.1.
Bonsai Fix for Meta Morph
. Do Not flash this zip. Download MM from the market, run it. There will be a folder created on the root of your SD called Android Themes. Place Bonsai.zip in there, choose the zip from within MM and apply it. Upon reboot, your power options problems will be no more.

I just flashed Bonsai myself. I have the fix already compiled, I'm going to test it with a meta morph flash since it only replaces 2 files it this works, it will be easier on everyone. Keep posted, will test in about 10 minutes.
AMAZING THEME. the wallpaper with the mascot is my favorite and looks inc incredible... Keep up the great work
Looks great! Going to keep this on my sdcard myself.
OP updated. New zip file for MetaMorph to fix the Power Menu from soft rebooting.
Also just flashed bonsai myself. Theme took as expected on plain DK28. Flashed the theme first, then the system apps folder. Nothing FC, but the Settings.apk didn't take. Both are version 2.2.1 so I replaced the current one in systemappsCWM3.zip with the one from the Bonsai Rom and it works. So if you are running Bonsai and flash the systemapps.zip, the Settings.apk will not take. You HAVE to flash the systemappsCWM3.zip for this to work!
Sorry guys if you got Bonsai 2.0.1 just hang in there. Reflashed to ensure it still goes smooth and now nothing works after flashing the system apps. This isn't going to be fixed tonight.
For now you can flash the theme and market apps. I'll have to re do all the system apps in the a.m. and you can flash those right on top when I'm done
OP Updated:
bonsaisystemapps.zip is a CWM3 Flashable zip for the system apps which differ from the standard DK28 apps.
Looks very cool
Thank you

Very nice theme! I'm going to use it for now.
FYI - The link for the system apps for CWM3 is the same as the theme link. If I'm understanding this correctly, we need to flash the theme and the system apps right?
Thanks again for a great theme!
Tablet Tweaks are a set features recently added to Cyanogenmod 7 by mad-murdock. It is currently enabled during compile for tablet devices only.
I was told by mad-murdock that most of the tablet tweaks settings could not be accessed on phone builds, they were only for tablets... BUT he also told me how to activate it for any device during compile and I did just that with some success. I compiled the latest nightly from scratch to get the files needed for the mod. It works great for me, tell me what you think.
This mod was not made by me in any way, I just enabled the dormant features on the HD2 by editing some configs before compiling. All credit goes out to the author mad-murdock.
*UPDATE
Updated for CM7 Bravo Nightly 91
Now using CM7 theme engine to theme buttons / Added buttons to mad-murdock's tablet theme for our phone's resolution and also added a Circle Battery % / Also added a XOOM style Tablet Tweaks and Theme which uses the icons from the XOOM Honeycomb tablet and re orders the TT icons to match that of an actual Honeycomb system (Back|Home|Menu)
Tablet Tweaks:
To install, apply the "Tablet Tweaks" zip of your choice via CWM. This will give you Tablet Tweaks options under "Settings>CyanogenMod Settings>Tablet tweaks" with the stock tt icons.

This was compiled for Desire (Bravo) based CM7 Nightly 91 builds. Don't expect it to work on anything else!
Awesome thanks a lot. I use typhoon 3.0.2 with the fix provided by driver_ua and i love it.
Finally a way to reduce the usage of hardkeys
Edit: my status bar is up the top, which I wanted. Nice mod. Good for those with dodgy buttons.
Like Mcdonalds, I'm lovin it
One thing I noticed, if you have the soft buttons on the left, then the date disappears from the notif bar. If there on the right, them the date it's there. Do you know how to fix this?
Downloading...will there are future releases which support the latest typhoon builds?

Could this be ported to the p500 very easily?
Any chance you'll post your Honeycomb theme?
makes the hd2 feel like a little tablet rather than a big cell phone lol. have to try to get use to not using the hard buttons though but works great!
This would be even nicer if the screen orientation can be stetted only in landscape
Anyway this is nice mod. Thanks.

Why is the framework apk file 6mb? The unmodified version is only 3mb.
I think the mod is fantastic. Just concerned about sacrificeing extra system partition space.
Can we some how compile it to be smaller?
Also is there a way to get the status bar to the bottom on adw launcher?
Answer : under CM settings there is a new menu called tablet tweaks that allows moving status bar

I just found out that the framework-res.qpk was 6MB only because the file "resources.arsc" was not compressed inside the apk
I just copied it, then deleted and re-added the same file using 7zip. Afterwards the framework-res.apk is only 3.5MB big and everything still works.
Hope you can update the original attachment as well.
(I am on a 120 MB system partition so I need to watch my nand space carefully)
@songokussm
The theme is Honeybread Aplha 4, with the Circular Clock added (Matt UOT), you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12076080&postcount=3631
I'm using ADW EX with the Honeycomb theme from the market. I'm also using Fancy Widget with the Honeycomb clock theme. For my lockscreen I'm using Widgetlocker and my own Honeycomb Mini theme. I don't know anything about beautiful widgets, I have never used it.
@athulag
I will look into the compression issue and update the download links if I can fix it properly.
Just recompressed the framework files to conserve system nand space. Download links updated. Enjoy!
This mod is really quite excellent. Works beautifully.
Hello all! Here is my first rom, Revolt Rom!!! This is using the latest update from LG except for the boot.img. It has been fully cleaned out to decrease size and to increase speed. It will continue to be a work in progress! I hope you all enjoy!!!
What is this?
This is a very lightweight rom built both for speed and stability. This rom is based off of the latest LG update and does retain root. It is fully deodexed, and debloated. Almost all of LG has been replaced and as time goes by, I hope to remove the rest. Swype has also been changed to the newest Beta. A few items have been replaced with AOSP versions to increase speed and decrease size. Also included is the appwidgetpicker to clean that up. I have also began with the Gingerbread theme.

SO nervous. Even though, I know the phone is fudge proof. I extract into clockwork, but with winrar, there was a learning curve there. So I got that. It appears to be okay. Fully rebooted.

So far, so good. Smooth performance, no glitches or hang ups. Signed up for the swype beta to get that back. Did notice that I still can't install kindle from the market. Ah well. I'm getting used to google's reader. Looking forward to where you take this rom, it is a great start!
Happy to see someone other the thecubed adding ROMs to this machine. Although, you have been releasing some amazing mods and themes. All of which I love and have been on my phone. Also, has anyone switched to this from decrapped? and if so, how would you rate the 2? Which one is better since mt's theme and doesn't work with his ROM.
Lovin the ROM, nice and smooth and I like the look of the notification bar
Random though....is there a way to fix the delay between when the screen turns on and when it's active?? From the first day with this phone it's bothered me, I unlock the phone...wait 2-3 seconds...then swipe. Same when I pull the phone away from my ear on a a call

This is one massive update to my ROM. I have personally themed damn near every image in it. A LOT of help came from Sonny Sekhon, author of the ICS theme for T-Mobile Theme Engine. Many thanks to him for getting me started on this!

Recommendations:
Wipe EVERYTHING before installing, or you WILL have problems.
Give the ROM time to run, before judging it. It will be slow to start, but speed will increase as things settle in. Wont take long, maybe a few minutes!
As for the Market, you need to sign into your Google account FIRST, and then the icon will appear.

I'm an Evo user, rooted of course, with a nob question. Got a hold of a droid x, rooted it and want to flash this rom. Nob question. Can I boot int recover via rom mgr and flash or do I need to use boot straps to do this? I'm not well versed in cwm as I use RA for my evo. Thanks in advance, and take it easy on me please.
Also Can2t install
I just fresh sbf'ed back to 0.602. When I try to install I get Error 7 from clockwork....anyone else having this problem? Do i need to flash 2int recovery to install?-AT

What's going on CHEVY? I was wondering if it was fine for me to just install this on top of MIUI 1.10.21?
besides wiping dalvik if I do, will I need to format system as well by any chance?
Thanks for this awesome rom. Miui got boring after a while. I've been using it since it was released for us Droid x users.
Thanks for nice work but I have a question, what about the camera as I test in CM7 is too bad ? did you solve it in your ROM?
Looks great! Nice work
Wifi Issues
IS anyone else experiencing WIFI issues with this ROM? Sometimes I cannot get it to connect; then if I reset the phone a bunch of times it eventually connects....I wiped everything and reflashed twice; still having the issue.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks
