[Q] Stuck at boot screen? - Touch Diamond2, Pure Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I've been trying to run Android on my htc diamond 2 from my storage card a couple of times but it doesn't work...
I've followed all the steps from this thread (post 2): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=509493 Everything is exactly the same.
When I open haret.exe i get the boot screen but after a few minutes it's stuck and gives the following report;
[ 171.574920] r8:c0027d84 r7:00000004 r6:0018a4c0 r5:40000008 r4:00100000
Then the text is moving again but that same message is still at the bottom of the screen
Any ideas how to fix this?
Matthew

I have the same problem, cam someone help please?

Custom ROM Issue

Hi There,
I installed HardSPL without any issues, but now that i want to install Dutty's ROM v1.1 the following happens:
I extract the files in the .zip to a new folder. I run the DiamonCustomRUU application, and follow the steps. At first i get a black screen on my phone, then i get the tricolor screen. Here it displays the SPL version properly, after a couple of seconds it displays "USB" in the bottom bit, then it goes to a grey screen with an indicator bar. This bar won't go beyond 0%, and after a while i get the message in the update utility that communications have been interrupted, and i'm referred to the "Recovery program"...
Is this a familiar problem? Can anyone help me fix this?

[Q] Debug kernel not booting

Hi there,
I am struggling since 2 weeks to get self-build stock-kernel booting successfully. The boot process either freezes after the splash screen or it keep rebooting.
The question is: How can I visualize the kernel booting messages to get a hint about the problem?
to obtain messages either on my target or host screen? Is it a good idea to look for a simulator?
Full description of my problem is here

Thanks for your kind help.

[Q] [9001] Stuck on Splashscreen and more

Hello guys, I have a big problem with my GT-I9001,
I have installed the clockworkmod and cyanogenmod by ivendor, (Alpha 7) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2000828
If I try to start my Galaxy it stuck's on the Splashscreen where I can see the Galaxy S Plus and the Cyanogenmod logo. After a few Minutes the screen goes of but you have to take the batterie out of the Handy to start it again.
If I try to boot into recoverymode, after the samsung logo the screen goes off, and again I have to take the batterie out.
At both Situations, if i touch the menu or return button it lights up, but not off anymore. At Situation 2 after a few Minutes.
The Download mode still works but if I try to Flash, for example with a Stock Firmware, it seems to go through with no problem, but instead of rebooting it only gets a blackscreen.
When i have flashed it and I start it the Splashscreen still has the Cyanogenmod logo on it, also if i flashed it with a Stockfirmware.
Another thing is, that if i try to charge my Smartphone, the normal shown batterie is stuck too.
Some people already mentioned the BroodRom, but on the download mode appears the Sentence: MMC boot: MBR read failed, and at Booting normaly is no change.
I tried to connect with adb to the Handy while it is on that black screen. It works, but if i try to enter: recovery --wipe_data, but in the cmd it only says: "/sbin/postrecoveryboot.sh not found" and nothing changed.
So this is the List of things that don't work or i already tried. I hope you guys will find a solution. If not i want to ask what Smartphone you would buy.
Problem found
I searched the whole net and i think i found the problem, It seems to be the memory controller.
I came to this because if i pushed something onto my Handy via adb it was there only till a restart. And some communities tell me, that the problem can be solved by exchanging the memory controller. But i don't think i can do that.

[Q] {HELP} Phone won't boot and can't get into Recovery

Hi everyone,
Has anyone seen this before? When i turn my phone on I get as far as the initial HTC One splash screen, but no further. it just hangs there.
If I try boot into recovery I see the recovery screen flash up for a split second, then the screen goes black.
I can get a FASTBOOT connection, and so I flashed another recovery - but the same issue in that the phone won't boot, and if I try access recovery, it flashes up for a second then the screen goes black.
Anyone any ideas...?
Cheers!
Arran
Just a quick FYI - I managed to sort this by following these instructions:
