And then CM7 was released, and since the original theme was made for CM7 it was a pretty simple port. I don't have a lot of time right now, so I'm going to keep this short. The theme isn't completely done, and I'm still trying to get everything to work before adding it in, but overall everything matches pretty well.

Looks great on my phone but for some reason it seems to have caused fancy widget to have a sizing problem. The temperature number is half hidden now.

That's strange, I haven't run into anything like that. What launcher are you using?
And when I get calls, my accept and reject sliders are a bit messed up. Has anyone else run into this problem?
would there be a way to provide a zip to undo the themeing incase we run into issues?

Sure, I'll try to get that up by tomorrow (though flashing an update removes all themed stuff too {In fact, using the updates is better because then you're getting the latest and greatest version of the apps if they were changed [I plan on making updates to accommodate such changes]})

I think the creator is currently working on this, but that would definitely be convenient, especially considering not having to reflash after every update.
I flashed this to my phone. I'm running still the RC0 ( aka. March 3 Release ) and this theme messed up a lot of stuff.
My battery no longer displays, it just looks like the usb debugging icon. The glowing edges when you scroll the screen are missing, so I see a magifying glass instead. My lockscreen sliders are colored orange now like they are always being pressed on.
The notification toggle bar is still green instead of blue. When I change volume the label says I don't have permission for some reason (it doesn't limit anything, just wrong text)
I'm hoping this is all because I'm on the March 3 Build.

Launcherpro. I was using the 5 row option, and disabling it fixed the sizing issues. Its just weird it worked before with the 5 row option enabled.
WOW that looks very clean. VERY NICE!
It seems some of the text in the menus got messed up with the last few cm7 updates. For example the menu when you hold the power button down. A fix would be awesome since this theme looks so nice.

Yeah, sorry. I've been using the stock theme for a day or two so I didn't notice, but I'll try to fix this within the next hour or so.

Make a version without the vista launcher and I would try it out. Thats the only thing I think that ruins the theme. The rest of it is awesome, keep it up!
I actually really like this theme, but i agree with DameonAndMeagan. I dont want the taint of vista on my phone lol. Is there a way i can use the stock Cyanogens launcher, or even better Manups launcher from JACxROM 1.3?

the boot screen is the second one for the OS
IMO means "in my opinion"
ETA means "estimated time of arrival"
This theme looks great but i'm kind of reluctant to flash since I'm too hooked on the speed of cyanogen's default ROM. Does this theme effect the speed in any way?

Yeah, i downloaded and flashed it as soon as i saw that the vista toolbar was gone. Its very nice, i like how the new taskbar glows blue when you highlight it with the trackball. Minor problem though, I just downloaded aTrackDog and it keeps force closing, not sure if this is actually your theme or if its a problem with cyanogens though. Anybody else having this problem?
Oh, and for the guy who asked if this affected speed. It does slow things down a bit, but its rarely noticable for me.

I'm working on a new dialer right now, because the stock one pisses me off... Does anyone know how to get into all the Blur images for the launcher, btw? I'm trying to find the images for the app dock and stuff, but everything I have is odexed and I can't seem to find it...
EDIT: Ok, I've run into a bit of a snare. I edited the dialer keys, but they are only showing up on the dialpad that is used in-call. They looks great, but I can't find where to put the images to have them replace the normal keys too. Thanks =)

you need to edit phone.apk and contacts.apk.
ok, I got the dialer working, I also got the app launcher skinned and the blur backgrounds added. If all goes well, then this will be close to 0.3!

very nice theme. i got tired of all the "black" themes and gave this one a try. seems like there are a couple of bugs though, Gmail (process com.google.android.gm) force closes every time i try to open it. when i first boot up, i get this message process com.google.android.partnersetup has stopped unexpectedly.
and a couple of minor suggestions, i really like the see through window shade and wondered if it's something that you can modify on this one. and the black font on the steel gray buttons can be hard to read.
i look forward to future updates, but for noe, i'm going back to the base theme.
Thanks for the feedback yeah, I had planned on changing the buttons a bit to make them more easily readable. I had problems with a few apps at first too, but I did a full wipe and reinstalled and it works now. Does anyone know how to change the text color on the buttons without changing all of the text on the device?

I would try repartitioning, but I understand if you don't want to do that =) I'm uploading a slimmer version without all of the unused apk's, maybe this will play nicer? Try doing a complete wipe and flashing this new one afterward

What ROM are you using? You might want to try it out once I upload the slim versions to see if it works. I don't know if it would or not to be honest.

3) Wipe cache 3 times

same theme with some updates. im calling this version 1.5 due to im releasing where i was before eb13 was released. i was working on 2.0 so this is halfway to where i wanted 2.0 to look

No need to reboot your phone. The reason it fc is cause its missing an audio file. and the system can't find it so it fc. After you end the call your free to make another. I'll have a fix 2moro night.
I just need everyone to tell me where its hard to see the icons in the menu so I can continue working on those and that's why I released this tonight in its current form

It is nice so far, one thing I noticed was I got a new email in the gmail app and there was no difference from the emails I read, like how in the stock one it would be bold font and then not.
Wifi looks better but still off to me, not sure how to comment other than its still better than stock

First of all, ****ING BEAUTIFUL! I missed the beast the last few days with EB13. I see you're working on the end call bug, cool! Thanks for the hard work! My issue is with the black facebook. I can't get stock fb uninstalled and it won't go black for me, reflashed theme a couple times. Anyway to get a standalone .apk? Keep up the great work!

Flash at your own risk, this isn't inherently dangerous, you are not messing with any bootloaders, but do a nandroid back-up just in case. Regardless of what happens though, I take no responsibility.

Yeah, I haven't ported the theme to the newer versions of the roms because I'm in the last 2 weeks of school so I really don't have much time to work on it. In about a week I'll have much more time and I can port them very quickly. I will also be porting the theme to whatever new gingerbread roms come up, such as GR-12. And once school is finished I will have much more time and I can start working on my actual theme which will be much more complete.
Can't wait for this!!!!

Yeah I'll be porting it to as many roms as I can but right now I'm on a 17 day vacation to Australia so I haven't done anything with it lately.
Added the Blue Darkness port to Cognition 5 Beta 3, all other ports will be up in the next few days!
I tried this twice on Cog5B3 and both times it deleted amost of my apps including. Cog install, Market and TiBu not allowing me to install them again without a reflash of the ROM.
I re flashed Cog5 and then immediately flashed this Theme before installing any apps and all was fine until I did a revert which eliminated market and the same apps.
Wanted to use this . I am a huge fan of Reefer's Darkness theme and PaulDiddy neither of which I think will be ported to this ROM
Would I be fair to assume that when you release it for Continuum 6.1, that it will work fine on 6.0 or will be a "find out yourself" kind of thing?

Sorry if I find that hard to believe, there is nothing in the installer script that would do that, and there is nothing in the theme that would do that. I'll look into it but you are the first case I've ever had with a problem like that. If you want I can work with you privately when I get back home Sunday to try to figure out what is going on. And I will be portion this to Continuum 6.1, if there were no framework changes in the update then it should work with 6.0. I will put a note up when I port it whether it works with 6.0 or not.

Will be porting all of the themes to as many roms as possible today. Today is the first day I have had any time to do this.
Added Apex 8.2 for Blue Darkness v1.3! I ran into a lot of problems that I wasn't expecting and it took a while to sort them all out. It should be fine now but please report any problems you may find. Now that I've figured out how to fix all the problems I had with porting the theme to Apex 8.2 it will be much easier porting it to other roms and porting updates to the theme here on forward. I will try to get the other roms ported to as soon as I can, which hopefully won't take quite as long!

Working on the Continuum port as I type this .
The Dark blue theme for Apex 8.2 suffers from a bug that the Matted Blue theme had previously concerning the SGS lock screen. It will display a large fuzzy 0, and wink in and out until you unlock it. SGS II and other lock screens do not have this behavior. Again, this was a known issue with a previous version of the Matted Blue theme for Apex, but was fixed in subsequent versions. You might be able to ask the author what he did to fix it.

What's about updates?

How to install and update the theme?
Download the latest theme.apk, open it with the file manager of your choice, allow unknown sources and install it.
After applying the theme you should reboot your phone to apply the theme correctly and prevent problems.
What's planned for future updates?
First I want to finalize the White OS theme. This means add more themed apps, clear bugs and add support for more custom ROMs if requested. Then I will make some more light themes and after that I plan to make some dark themes too.Maybe a RRO/Layers version will follow.

Looking good! You may have missed the 'Buttons' Settings icon in CM12 though
@jackfacespoon I use Euphoria OS as my daily driver so I didn't test my theme on other roms. Will have a look at Cyanogen Mod GitHub tomorrow to find the missing icon.
When you find more bugs tell me and I will solve the issues.
The screenshots look very nice, will put this on once my OPO gets delivered and I update to cm OS 12 and will report back, nice work so far!

Hi, thanks for sharing this theme. I really like the theme concept, looks very simple and clean. Rounded edge on the card UI also looks awesome. Using it on my OPO with Euphoria.
Btw I found something that you might missed. Nothing to rush but absolutely will make it nicer when gets sorted out.
1. The network speed indicator text colored in black which make it rather unreadable considering most apps using black status bar.
2. There's some empty space between the wifi/signal icon and the network indicator arrows.

Hi, yes it was all white with stock theme. I'm using Euphoria on OPO (Jul 02 build). Here's the screenshot and apparently it was the root icon which also turned black that caused the empty space.
Also I found the gesture icon in setting main menu still using Euphoria stock icon.
