How long do you let it sit at the dell logo? If your flashing the stock system and boot img. It may take a while too boot

Have you tryed reseting the tab with the pin hole in the sd slot? Might give that a go.
list of tried things :
reset with pin hole
factory reset without user data
factory reset with user data
fastboot erase system -w
fastboot erase boot -w
fastboot flash system system_orig.img
fastboot flash boot boot_orig.img
fastboot reboot

result same here.
So it will boot up but wont go past the dell logo. Even after flashing the stock.img. huh. Im stumped.

Hi guys,
I was trying to flash the Pac-Man rom onto the new KFHD7 (bought it a week ago). It had Amazon OS 7.4.7 on it.
I was succesful flashing TRWP and bootloader (downgraded to the Amazon OS 7.2.3 bootloader) using the fire flash application as described in this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2271909
I then installed the Pac-Man rom and the google apps. Unfortunately sth went wrong and the keyboard was not working at all - every few seconds I was getting a message that the AOSP (android keyboard) stopped working. I tried few things to fix that (like clearing the data and cache for AOSP but that didn't work.
Then I have downloaded the CM ROM for Kindle from this link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2388341
I have installed it and wiped the data and cache.
That did not work and I got a red text telling me that there was a problem with my Kindle and I should wipe the data and restore it to factory status. I did that and then used KFFirstAide to restore the Kindle from the backup I have taken beforehand.
After the restore I sort of got the system back. Unfortunately I got no applications on the home screen although in the list of installed applications they were there.
So I decided to flash the TRWP and bootloader again (as I lost them doing the restore from backup) as I just wanted to boot into recovery and try to flash another rom (Kinology). I flashed them using fastboot no problem.
Unfortunately once I flashed them and did the "fastboot -i 0x1949 reboot" Kindle stopped playing nice and is looping.
Kindle Fire orange logo appears for about 4-5 seconds and then flickers and kind of restarts and then again orange logo apeears for 4-5 seconds, flickers and just loops like that.
I have already ordered the factory cable but I have a question what do I need to do once it arrives.
Can I go back to stock OS somehow? Where can I get it?
if not then what should I do to unbrick it and flash any rom on it?
thanks in advance
Raf
fastboot -i 0x1949 getvar product
fastboot -i 0x1949 reboot
If the logo doesn't turn blue anymore I would suggest restoring the stock system with kffa and starting over again, though you may have to flash the boot loader again, and if you do check the md5sum of the download before flashing it to avoid a hard brick.

Hold the power button down for 20 seconds until it power downs and save your battery. When you get your fastboot cord use this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1951254
can somebody please help me? my screen just went black at work today and it does nothing at all now. if I hold the power button it vibrates once. if I hold power+volume down I get to recovery. I tried to reboot from there and I get the unlocked bootloader warning screen and from there it just goes to a black screen. so I get back to recovery and installed my back up and that didn't help at all. somebody please help me.
So the bootloader is unlocked, what else have you done to the phone?
You may need to reflash it with rsdlite.
OP you need to provide more details. are you getting the M logo? is it bootlooping? is the phone doing ANYTHING but getting in to recovery?
load the fastboot menu and use mfastboot to flash the system, boot and recovery images. you should be able to bring the phone back to life without losing data.

the only thing ive done to the phone is put xposed framework on it and gravity box. that was prob a month ago tho. this is the first prob ive had with the phone.
You may want to follow this guide to return the phone to stock firmware:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446515
You could also try commenting out the line that overwrites user data so you don't lose your data.
Try plugging your phone into the original charger and then boot to recovery, from their try rebooting while still plugged in. If that doesn't work try this again but wipe just the caches and reboot while plugged in. I have had a screen go black before on other devices and plugging the original charger(car and most others didn't work) in and booting to recovery then rebooting would get it working again.
PS When you boot to recovery check your battery level.
well...I used the moto x toolkit and returned to stock using that. everything booted up. so far everything is looking good. lost all my data but that's not that big of a deal.

Well im with the same problem but i got the M logo and is not stuck in bootlooping.... right after the boot it goes black...
My out of the box Nexus 6 is now stuck looping on and off at the Google boot screen after it tried to install the system update.
I've used the toolkit 1.9.8 to go back to stock. It goes thru the steps appearing to show OKAY and finished at each step. It never reboots the phone at the end. I try to force reboot after waiting for several minutes and it still boot loops. I try again the process again and sometimes it loops and a few times it actually starts up to the welcome screen. However, if I try to root or update recovery (using the toolkit), I get the boot looping again.
Did google bork my phone during a failed update? Is there anything else I can do to completely restore the phone? I've also downloaded the images on google and flashed---same boot loop.
Ultimately, my phone is now booting up to the welcome screen as expected and shows LRX21O. BUT, if I try to do anything (root or recovery), boot loop results again.
(I was able to unlock the phone and know about the usb debug and OEM unlock settings in dev menu, fyi).
Hello all I am in a Real pickle here lol
I received a Nexus 6 today as insurance replacement (my awesome one did a triple back flip out of my pocket) I was able to start the "new" nexus 6 followed prompts data restored on device and prompted to install 5.1.1 updated went thru process and initializing then phone got stuck on a Boot loop of the google screen and would not get to boot animation so then i went into the boot loader menu and recovery and performed factory reset and wipe cache now the phone will boot up past the google screen into the boot animation and then freeze on boot animation then restart back into a google boot loop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (And before anyone says send it back T-MO by accident sent me 64gb N6 and I had a 32gb N6 hence the reason I am trying to fix it )
Thank you !!!

Try manually flashing all the android 5.1.1 system files. You can download them on Google's dev site which includes instructions on how to flash the files.
