My SGS can connect and synch data normally but it can not connect to KIES in download mode. Can someone help with that?

I have this weird problem where I can still get into download mode/CWM recovery but when I'm in download mode and I'm trying to flash with Odin, Odin doesn't recognize the device?

nvm I'm a n00b and didn't reinstall drivers. my bad.
When i try to connect to Kies it says that the phone is in a mode that Kies dont support. I have to change to PC mode.
How can i change that? When i plug in the usb cable and then open kies it doest not show any option to change this connection mode.

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 1 to PC through downloa mode ,it can't connect to my PC in odin
I have change my Rom to Supernexus Rom
What can I do?
Make sure usb is in back (mobo) port, make sure using stock cable, uninstall kies and Samsung drivers, restart computer, reinstall latest kies. Delete kies processes from task manager. Connect normally powered phone and let drivers install, then disconnect. Disable any virus scanner and firewall. Run odin as administrator, restart phone in download mode, then connect phone and hope.

I've done some searching, but to no avail.
I have a newer Samsung Galaxy S III Mini (G730A) that refuses to connect to my PC. I've put it in download mode and connected it, and the PC recognizes it just fine. But if it is not in download mode, it is not seen as a connected device and just charges.
I've tried connecting it and resetting the phone, but no dice there either.
Any solutions?

And for clarification, I have not done anything to this phone yet.

hello when I connect my s3 mini to the pc, it only loads it, it does not recognize it and I do not receive the usb notification when I put it in download mode, it does not recognize me either. I have the drivers installed
