Not much else to say. The game features cross platform multiplayer and its $2.99 in the market. I made a preview of it on my xoom .

Just thought I would let everyone know that the newest version of Robo Defense now supports larger screens and much better graphics. This is my favorite game on my Evo but never fit the screen on the Gtab until now. I use Dropbox to copy my robodefense.bak file between devices to keep my achievements synced.
That is great to hear I love RoboDefense! Now only if Hex Defense would start to work.
Zoom
It is nice that they added a zoom function on the top of the screen too!
It's been awhile since I've played this game, looks awesome on the tablet. Thanks!
Yes, the beautiful game!
thought it would be nice if everyone that has a gear vr could list the apps they have on their Gear VR or mostly use heres mine
1. Verse
2. samsung browser
3. Vtime
4. Smash hit vr
5. Temple run
Sorry to see so little traffic on this site, and no replies back to your OP. Last time I read it I was on my phone, but now on Macbook. The Browser is a given, as it is very well done, but needs some more settings to delete histories and for privacy. The other ones I have liked a lot since getting this last November are:
1. Herobound. All three of the games are very good, and the multiplayer is fun once you have mastered the moves in the demo and the Spirit Champion.
2. Netflix and Hulu. Close enough to the same thing. I pay for both services, so it is fun to watch on the giant screens.
3. Adventure Time game. Short but very fun to play and the 3D parts are cute and give you that immersive feel more.
4. Oculus Video.. Some great shorts, and lots of other free things to see, presented in a very beautiful opening theater scene in 360. Renting movies also a good feature, but we tend to buy what we want to see, unless we don't expect it to be worth seeing again, i.e. Krampus : )
5. Gunjack. I finished the game finally and got 3 stars on all levels, but it was Hard. I used to love Galaga, so this was a no brainer, as it is basically that in VR 3D. This one took a while, and was definitely worth the price and more.
Thanks.
Mark
Thanks for sharing
Milk VR, End Space and Minecraft VR are my top picks. Well minecraft is more for the kids, they love actually being in the world. Milk VR has loads to watch for free and plays all my videos 3d, 360 or normal
I don't have GearVR, but I find NOMone VR Browser to be very useful for cardboard. Based on the user feedback, it should be usable on GearVR, but you can't use the controller though. You can use any earphones with a button to overcome this issue.
Hello all,
Was wondering what games that you have played that are a must have.
Thanks
Surprised there aren't responses yet. I find Bandit Six to be very addicting. It's a simple game, but really fun. I just started playing Dragon Front, which is cool game. The graphics are a touch blurry, but I like the gameplay and quality. Then there's always Minecraft, which is so well done it is worth buying a game controller for.
Dead Drop
Affected Manor
Dead and Buried
Face your Fears (fear of clowns? This one is great, Please record video and youtube it)
My kids get a kick out of Jurassic World Apatosaurus
A game I got a lot of people hooked on is Zed Shot If you like zombie shooting games, this is my favorite. :good::highfive:

I was at a very high level on Bandit 6 with almost all of the upgrades on my S7 Edge. I assumed the games were backed up on Oculus. It stinks that all that work is lost and I have to start from the beginning. But it is a fun game. [emoji4]

I don't have a gear VR, but I do have the Daydream. Do they both have the same game selection? I do LOVE that the S8 and S8+ support Day Dream out of the box! I love this puzzle game called Claro. Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.superbright.claro&hl=en
Claro was one of the free games I received with the S8, pre-order, free Galaxy VR promotion. I played it once. It looks nice but not my style of game.

Hopping onto the VR train again. Tried it out on a Samsung S7 Edge and it would overheat... a couple years later, I now have the Samsung Note 8 and giving it another whirl. Just curious what you guys think of must-have apps and/or must-see experiences for Samsung Gear VR.
I'll share some of my experiences:
- All the animated movies. They're all good and have the same formula of cute that just works, like how Pixar does. Rose, Invasion!, Crow: The Legend, Asteroids! are all pretty good and I recommend them highly.
- Gala VIP Shows. It's really just a collaboration of videos with artists... some free, but most you'll have to pay for. Great way to get into VR and see how good it can be.
- Epic Roller Coasters. It was cool at first but is kind of meh now IMO. Graphics are okay but you still get the fun of going on a virtual roller coaster.
- Angest. Highly recommended. Controls are easy and the game has a great psychologically-eerie feel to it but no jump scares. Graphics were pretty good and although there's not too much you can do with just a touchpad, it was just enough to keep you entertained.
- SpaceWalk VR. The gameplay is very limited, and the graphics aren't top notch, but this is still a pretty darn good intro to space VR. Very nifty!
- Shooting Showdown 2. There's not much here, but it is still a guilty pleasure of mine to fiddle with a VR shooting game. Very simple and works with the touchpad. I feel like I'm going to give myself whiplash each time I have to reload quickly, but it's still a lot of fun to play.
- Minecraft. It is worth buying and is the first VR app I purchased. There are two modes: one is just a classic view of being in a room with a "TV" that you play MC on (so what's the point?), but the real money is when you can stomach being IN Minecraft in a first-person view. I admit, the "classic" controls are a little nauseating but it is still a very, very awesome application of VR: placing yourself IN a game. With the nature of it being a sandbox game and Creative mode, you can do anything.
- Blade Runner 2020. Not bad, but not great. It's basically just a short experience and the graphics aren't fantastic. I wish they did more with this.
- Tomb Raider VR. Another short experience, but this one felt so much cooler. I wish it was longer.
- Conflict0. A short game, but being able to put yourself in a mech is pretty cool.
- Notes on Blindness. A unique way to show the world from the perspective of a blind man's point of view. It's kind of a short documentary but even if you're not interested in documentaries, I highly recommend at least giving it a bit of your time.
If you've noticed, most of these are free, and that's because I'm cheap. However, it would be nice to know what's worth buying. I heard "Virtual Virtual Reality" may be fun thanks to its cheeky humor.
This is cool! I like to play in VR games. I know that there is a lot of intimate games on SLR, https://www.sexlikereal.com. What do you think about this site? I know that this can become an obsession, so I look only occasionally. There are passionate videogames, you must register to confirm your age and get an account.
Nature Trek is a must have for me, totally absorbing, now on an s10+ and noticed much better graphics over the s8(+), even better than the quest. Netflix is good, keep wanting to put my feet on the damn coffee table! Bait is fun and therapeutic, would never fish in the real world, but enjoy this. Dead and buried is a good zombie shooter, Rush is great fun and also enjoy Ocean Rift.

New Pokémon game is a MOBA for Switch and mobile
The Pokémon Company announced a new title,*Pokémon Unite, a multiplayer online battle arena game made in partnership with Tencent.
The game is a five-on-five fairly traditional-looking MOBA for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. Players run around a symmetrical map with each team having a base on each side. You’ll be tasked with catching Pokémon, which you can do by standing on certain capture points, as well as taking down your enemies using your Pokémon’s moves.
Players can choose from a handful of different Pokémon that have various combat skills. Snorlax, Pikachu, Talonflame, Machamp, Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Clefairy, Gengar, and Lucario were shown on stream, but there may be more Pokémon added in the future.
