Anyone able to use the eTrade app?
I can't sign on, keep getting "We are unable to connect to eTrade, please check your data connection and try using eTrade mobile Pro again"

I've got a problem and don't know what to do.
My phone is reporting a data connection (and reports that it's connected) but every program accessing the Internet fails with an error message that there is no connection.
Does anyone know whether there is a tool to check for an actual connection or maybe get a log of what exactly the phone is doing?
Any help to solve this would also be appreciated

Are still able to get email or update weather? If so I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling your internet browser(s). Have you tried a cleanup utility like ClearTemp or SKTools? That may help.
No, I actually couldn't use anything that was using the data connection. It all failed, stating that there was no data connection.
The only thing that (kind of) "repaired" it was doing a hard reset...

Just got my HTC HD7 today (in India), and I am experiencing a lot of troubles..
1.I connected the mobile to desktop and used zune to install one free app on marketplace. It gave a msg like "the app will be installed soon". But, when i checked in my mobile, the new app was not there Am a missing something????
2.Whenever i try to connect to some other mobile or computer through Bluetooth, it shows "not supported" msg. Is it that we can connect only bluetooth headset through bluetooth??

why dont you try to load the app over 3G right on the phone..
yes the bluetooth is for headsets only...

Hey dude..Im in India too and thinking of buying this expensive piece of plastic...BUT..what other problems do u have can u tel me...Does the HTC Hub work properly...the weather and all??

i also encountered the same.but after a couple of minutes the app was already in the list. try installing it again using zune but this try waiting for acouple of minutes more and check it out in the app list if its already there.
no need to reboot the phone.
I've used Motorola Connect with my Moto X from Telcel on Google Chrome with success. But recently I noticed it is not signing in and trying to do so fails. It gives out the following error:
Couldn't connect to your phone using "my email".
Make sure your phone is turned on and connected to the internet, then click Try again. Still not working? On your phone, go to Settings > Active Notifications. Make sure Motorola Connect is turned on and using the same Google account.

Happened to me to, completely log out in your phone and computer then re log in, also clear data for app in settings

Thanks, worked great. Just had trouble finding the app to remove the data from. Turned out to be "ID del Dispositivo" (mexican phone) instead of the Motorola Connect app.
S voice has stopped working when my phone is connected to mobile data. S-Voice works great when connected to WiFi.
Anyone else?
Yes, I know s-voice sucks but, I use it on my gear 2 and in order to use it the app on the phone has to work too. I just got off the phone with samsung to trouble shoot it and they want me to send the phone in for service.
Had the same thing. Google searched it and found if you install the newer s-voice apk, it should fix it. I think it's 11.4.
