S voice has stopped working when my phone is connected to mobile data. S-Voice works great when connected to WiFi.

Yes, I know s-voice sucks but, I use it on my gear 2 and in order to use it the app on the phone has to work too. I just got off the phone with samsung to trouble shoot it and they want me to send the phone in for service.
Had the same thing. Google searched it and found if you install the newer s-voice apk, it should fix it. I think it's 11.4.

I can connect to other wificonnections just fine. I have not had the opportunity to try this since I posted the problem. As soon as I get the chance I will and post back with answer.

I have only been able to connect to those connections when running stock. I have not been able to get it to work with any custom rom at all. I think there is something in bloat that att uses that allows it to connect, as you can tell only ATT phones are supposed to be able to connect to them.
If you don't have the att wsprservice all(or whatever it's called) you can't connect to hidden att hotspots and won't automatically connect to their open ones.

The thing is that it connects but there is no service for receiving or sending anything neither any app shows option for sending

It hasn't been implemented for i9000 yet, but if you look over in Dev you will find a thread where it is being worked on, but don't hold your breath!

Well... i would say it worked for me cuz i took 3apps consernig wifi direct from SGSII port then install them but the search app crashes if you're not already paired and the file transfer doesn't always end. will tag the 3 apps sooner. have a good day..
EDIT: Sorry I can't find the apps in the rom archive will take a look at TB archives..

Is it JB or stock ICS?
There is an app called WiFi Direct which allows file sharing among two devices on the Play Store

You should try this app. I cant because I switch between GB and JB , none of which have Wifi Direct . There is a WiFi Direct Menu in JB , but there is no way to connect or switch on WiFi Direct.
Anybody know how to stop this ? The first few weeks of using my phone it was quite low but now it's sky high! Have had a Google and tried unsyncing everything, turned off background data, turned off back up and still it's getting worse! Any ideas ?

Looks like something is failing to sync properly and is stuck trying to do so. Have you had a look in your sync settings to see if anything is doing this?
My browser once got stuck in this state. Turning off the sync for it, going into the app settings and wiping cache and data sorted it.
Failing that, try Settings> Call Settings> Use Internet Calling, and check not settings in there are causing it.
Not left Wi-Fi hotspot on have you?

Most of my synching is off and it's not on auto sync, but my internet calls was on to accept only internet calls ? Although an account isn't set up with it, but I did download Skype once at perhaps the same of this rise, have changed it to ask for each call and will monitor it!

Does anyone know how to get internet access on gear... i know that bluetooth tethering is impossible at the moment... but did anyone tried usb bridging or some kind of successful internet connection... i have SecretVideoRecorder Pro... but cannot activate it without internet connection. THX

In the mean time you can try activating it on your phone, backing up using Titanium, push the backup store to your watch, restore from Titanium and choose the app+data option.
I've used Motorola Connect with my Moto X from Telcel on Google Chrome with success. But recently I noticed it is not signing in and trying to do so fails. It gives out the following error:
Couldn't connect to your phone using "my email".
Make sure your phone is turned on and connected to the internet, then click Try again. Still not working? On your phone, go to Settings > Active Notifications. Make sure Motorola Connect is turned on and using the same Google account.

Happened to me to, completely log out in your phone and computer then re log in, also clear data for app in settings

Thanks, worked great. Just had trouble finding the app to remove the data from. Turned out to be "ID del Dispositivo" (mexican phone) instead of the Motorola Connect app.
