No idea, I rooted before it got so damn difficult. My advice can only be to follow the guides

TGF: If they just read an learned they would see that it is not difficult at all.. only problem is.. it is easier to ask than to look up info yourself

don't know just 1 that i saw on a thread and thought 'can't hurt to have it' i might need it 1 day
I got it off another thread on XDA and the name has not been changed so you might be able to locate the original thread if you search for the name of the file

But you can't use ClockWorkMod without root, cause it might result strange things like brick.

No problem your welcome! Root allows you to use some very useful apps, most of them requires root acces to work!!
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda premium
Root gives some apps permission to control for example your CPU so that you can overclock etc.
Apps are not allowed to control cpu, gpu, modifying system files etc so when you are rooted the app will ask you if its ok to give access to them instead of making the descision itself to just deny access.

No you can't. You need to flash the stock rom and then you can unroot. CyanogenMod uses many features that require root. And also CWM needs root to do mostof its job.

This or the toolkit works on all fw.
If you feel like you still want ota or kies to work for updates... don't even try it if you can't even find root on your own
There's a lot more to know than just how to root it.
