I use Moxier Mail and think its a good option
For composing in HTML, or displaying?
The stock app displays HTML emails properly for me.

You have to be on > Exchange 2003. If you are connecting to an Exchange 2003 server Touchdown or Moxier are your best bets (having used both I'd reccomend Touchdown over Moxier personally).

I was wondering what people are using on their Nexus for a email client for Exchange.
I have tried Touchdown and it just seems to slow
Roadsync doesn't support html on exchange 2003
Moxier mail seems a good package and on the face it seems to support html on exchange 2003 but it doesn't have a trail and isn't cheap.
Any suggestions (must support html on exchange 2003)

In my eyes the most glaring is no "peak times", a schedule of when to sync and when not to

I have to say, I really like this feature in the HTC Sense email. Just wish it had a universal inbox like stock.

No inline forwarding, messages are sent as .eml files, which Android can't read.
No folder syncing, as well as the ability to move messages to specific Outlook folders.
Signatures only on initial messages.
does HTC Sense email have HTML supprot for exchange 2003?
Stock email can't search... huge issue for me.
I like Touchdown. I have not had any speed issues with it. I am running Exchange 2010.
Seems like Touchdown has had a recent upgrade, a lot better than what it was a few months ago.
Anyone found an APP that will work with Hotmail with a Captivate? Stock, tablet and even K-9 don't support it. There must be a decent one out there! Thanks!
No longer sent from my BlackBerry.
I just forward my live account to my gmail.

Stock email app works like a charm with hotmail. I got 2 accounts configured under it and my local provider email also. Never had issues getting hotmail.
If you want to fully managed your hotmail (delete mails on server) then your right default email app on the cappy cannot do it but it can fetch the mail.
EDIT: Tried delete on the server option and it works. Fluke bug probably.
Do a Google search on "Hotmail activesync android" and you should be on your way use stock email to do push Hotmail. server deletion is supported last time I checked.

Correct .. last time i tried it failed miserably.. maybe just a bug or a bad connection.
Haven't tried it personally, but I do use Maildroid for gmail,Yahoo, and my ISP email. All set to push, even free Yahoo.
I used the exchange server for hotmail on my Captivate, worked fine with the stock email. Set it up as exchange, using m.hotmail.com as the server. Your username is your full email address. I don't have a Captivate anymore so I don't know if you need anything else (like port numbers). Google should give you the rest.
Also, if you set it up as exchange you can choose to sync your contacts and calendar with hotmail.

Hi,
is there an app like chronobis (for windows mobile)
or maybe one like "Outlook Mail" (for IOS)
I'd like to have a convenient way of access my Exchange mail and calendar
without using active sync etc .
has anyone any ideas or successfully used an app for this on the Note?
Gary
Hi!
You mine to have a app like outlook? Not to have data on your phone only "interface" to your exchange account? I use the normaly EMAIL App with "push" activated, nearly like "online" account.
regards
i think the built in exchange client uses active sync to access outlook.
I use Touchdown (free trial available on market) to access my works ms exchange server as touchdown uses different protocols and my work blocks active sync.

I suggest you have a look at www.syncdroid.net
They have a comparative grid and an honest review of almost every good sync app for this purpose of syncing with outlook.
By the way, companion link is thier favourite... but then it just depends on what YOU need!!
Why you ask for OWA and then ask for an app ?
OWA runs in your browser.
I too use touchdown for exchange access w/o active sync... . Works well . .
FWIW prior to gb 2.3.6 (but > froyo) there was a funny obscure boog (ssl related android boog) that caused booth touchdown (in owa mode) and owa in browser to malfunction.
Because of this and that i use linux on my worksations and laptops full time. . .I use a widget called davmail (goto sourceforge to find it). DAVmail is a sort of exchange proxy that turns owa into other common mail and calendaring protocols. . .
It is not an app. . .but an application you run on a desktop, workstation, server etc... Then you can configure just about any email app (on about any device) to pop or imap email to your davmail install. . Etc.etc.etc.. it worked fine using whatever the email app is that comes stock or with common roms for an SGT.

Intersting site but no owa sync that I could see
I might try some of the software regardless

Yep OWA is accessible via the browser but isn't offline
so I effectively want to save it's data. there are program/apps that work by effectively attaching to echange as an "OWA" client and bring the info over

For the record, i've even gotten my [email protected] account to work with exchange server
Set your username as your email address, and m.hotmail.com as the server.
Use the 'allow all certificates' setting.
Just in case someone searches for this thread later...
Official Microsoft application for multiple Hotmail account
https://market.android.com/details?...lt#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5ob3RtYWlsLlo3Il0.
Doesn't look like it is working with ICS. Does not show up in the market when I search from Galaxy Nexus. Any ideas?
I would love to use native client, and keep my built-in e-mail or 3rd party just for my work exchange server..
Thanks!
Hey guys, I've set up 3 exchange emails (Gmail, Outlook, Uni email) on the native email app. The problem is when I read an email on the phone it still is marked unread when I check it on the web apps. However, all deleted mail, send and receive syncing is working perfectly fine. only the unread/read syncing! The gmail account was having the same problem but seems to have corrected itself somehow, but I'm still having problems with the other two.
Any ideas?
sorry you don't have any exchange email. exchange mail is different.

sorry I meant that I set up these accounts as "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" accounts on my phone, rather than POP3 or IMAP accounts.
