Which shipping option?
In the past I have always used standard ground and it has always been next day delivery when I ordered during the week.

I did the ups express shipping, I don't like to wait

I told them I was thinking of canceling my service with tmobile and they wanted me to stay so they gave me all these offers including free 3-day shipping for upgrading to the g2x. So told them I'll take the deal and stay with tmobile even though I was going to stay anyways.

correct me if im wrong, but t-mobile isn't shipping the phone till tuesday. These are just pre-orders

I don't know why I didn't feel like wheeling and dealing with them today. Maybe I felt bad for the guy on the phone since the AT&T merger will most likely cause a giant downsize of their call centers. . . Either way.
I ordered one, 298 out the door. Minus a 50 Dollar rebate. . . . We shall see what this thing is about.
So far I have had pretty much every T-Mobile smart phone except the MyTouch 4g.

I just ordered mine over the phone with a tmobile rep. I used my sidekick special update to get a pretty good deal on it too. But besides that I got the standard shipping and the estimated delivery date they told me was the 26th and thats with UPS Ground. I am pretty sure the phone doesnt ship today...

The tmobile customer rep. said the G2x was being processed today and shipping out Monday.

I received a text this morning at about 8:30 saying it was shipped, with a tracking #. Haven't tracked it yet though

Everything's kinda held up right now. If I understand the dates others have been throwing around correctly, your phone probably won't ship until AFTER Tuesday.

I ordered mine Friday night at 10pm. Got it today. Funny thing is that I knew it was coming before the cs reps did... I called fed ex, told them that I had something shipped to me but didn't receive tracking. Gave them my address and that it was express, sure enough, it was in transit and scheduled for delivery 9/24... Checked the moto site and it still said that it hadn't shipped. I got my tracking in the email about an hour after I picked it up.
BTW. I freaking love this phone! It was everything I hoped for. And the cement back, blue accents and black front is gorgeous!
Edit*** didn't see the t mobile part. Mine was a custom from moto maker, so take my shipping experience at face value.

Sign up for Fed Ex's free delivery tracker on their site - it's your best way of finding out if the device has actually shipped to you. Moto has this bad habit of not letting people know they've shipped things.

How do you track something without a tracking number?

I think I signed up for the correct thing with FedEx. However, I ordered Sunday, its Wed., and I have not had any delivery or email confirming shipment. When I login to the Moto X site, it still shows as "not shipped". Seems much slower compared to everyone else...

I did motomaker, so AT&T. Strangely, it still says "Not Shipped" on Motorola's website but I received it in the mail yesterday.

In a similar fashion to the Surface RT, I believe.
I like this watch a lot. But I like a lot of first gen, poorly received consumer electronics.

What fashion was that? They didn't sell out of surface RTs, did they? .

Yes, Microsoft "sells out" of the Surfaces. Microsoft did the same things with Zunes.

I currently own a Surface Pro. (It's fantastic.) I used to own a Zune. (It was the best PMP.)

exactly! This is unacceptable. T-Mobile should honor all of the purchases. I wouldn't mind waiting a month if I came to me at the 209.99 promo price. I placed my order tonight using some new promo for 30pct off, Card has been charged and order confirmed. I hope I get mine!

Unless Samsung only manufactured a limited amount of these things and carriers will not be replenishing their stocks. On the launch day of the Note 3, the store I went to only had two. I was not looking to get one anyway because I have heard mixed reviews but if they pursue a second generation version of the watch maybe this time they will get it right.

i noticed at&t replinished some black gears and when i checked (online site) new york stores they were out of stock again except for a few ones lol

Yeah, I figured Columbus day would mess with the shipping, one reason I chose overnight or the cash - Still saving over $80 with that added in. The CC Company said it processed, so Im hoping ... debated ordering another one to make sure it goes through.

I think you'll be fine. There seems to be less interest this time around so maybe tmo won't notice

I was stupid last night and waited because I called AT&T and they told me I could use my 25% off discount for it in the store. I go to the store today and they are like sorry that's not covered as an eligible item. I am going to hassle them until I get the discounted price now.

25% off 300 is only 75, which is not as good at the T-Mobile deal was. Just doing the math, you had no reason to let AT&T cause you to pause.

Amazing to catch such a deal so shortly after its release here in the USA.

Ordered on Saturday 11/22 and finally got a confirmation Monday night. Status changed to shipping and I should be getting it on Wednesday
