second. adding to that, ive had a LOT of issues with certain apps not working with the experimental ginger/vegan build. im not complaining- its experimental. in fact, im in the process of recovering the tablet as this app was my final straw, and i decided to haphazardly restore to a titanium backup of plain vegan (major mistake). as soon as ive got a full working version of vegan on the gtablet, ill report back on this app

Can someone repost the all file, and I tried to download the file from the original thread but it keeps giving me an error during the download.
Does not work with G-Harmony-Gingerbread v2.1
Works with VEGAn 5.1 Beta
Must be something with gingerbread that won't let this work on our GB OS's. Wonder if the people over at VEGAn-TAB labs could take a look at this, hint hint.

But would be nice if it had a timer option too. I don't like shaking my tab and it taking like 10 screenshots.
There is a timer option if you click its entry in the notification pull-down.
And I tried with TnT Lite, it just captures a black screen

I am currently running this on CM-4.2.2, but I don't see why it shouldn't work on any 1.6 based rom.

The power widget itself is a part of the Settings.apk file in /system/apps/. To install this theme, you need to use MetaMorph.
in theory you could pull and replace/push the settings.apk on your phone... it would just give u a different settings icon, but should still cross over... assuming its based on 1.6, not sure much if different

i just tried on latest cyanogen and worked perfect. no reboot or problems. excellent job!
Just installed on the new Cyanogen 4.2.4 and its working with no problems.
installed on ra 1.6.2 with metamorph.

I just Metamorphed it on to CSDIv4 and it works great, HOWEVER it seems kinda small on my screen. maybe a tad bigger and it would be just right.
Does not work on SuperD 1.10.2 with Darkstar theme, unfortunately
Does it work on stock roms? Im getting an error message from Metamorph saying "The theme you selected is invalid because the theme control file could not be read or may be missing". Running on Nexus one using MM 1.9.4

- Just install old market as normal apk, reboot.
or
- Remove market from system/app with Root Explorer and move old one there. Restart phone and must be ok.

Use Root Explorer and delete old market, put inside new one. Reboot.. Thats it.
And backup your old apk coz new is 2lagy for Hero.
New market is just a preview for u guys. Hero can't run new market...

For anyone who is using MIUI i changed up the orange to blue for the theme I made and figured id share...enjoy
This will not flash it has to be pushed into system/app/ directory make sure you backup old torch with titanium or just save to SD card...
also for MIUI users this will not change the lockscreen it will still be orange
If you want to use the blue torch from lock screen simply take the lock_screen_torch_cover.jpg in link below and put into your themes

Yessir! Same spot - To keep in mind though, the /system/app/torch.apk is packaged in with new nightlies, so it would have to be replaced anytime someone upgrades... not a big deal tho.
after you install just back it up threw titanium backup
much easier restoring back after a rom update

but one thing sucks, i have changed my lcd-density to 185 and by some apps, i got the message "this app is not for your phone", so i must load the app "LCD-density" must load density 240, download the app and reboot system to get density 185 back...

Honestly, it's pretty pathetic as far as custom ROMs go. It's based on the stock Safestrap that Hashcode provided here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1528557
I basically just went to work trying to get rid of as much as possible. I stripped out a bunch of the Motorola apps and Verizon apps, and anything you can easily download from the market. The only significant things I left were Music, MotoPrint, the Blur Gallery (because I wasn't sure the effect that removing this would have on the Camera). I also got rid of Motorola's Car Home and added the stock one. For those of you who don't have official car mounts, you'll find Car Home now listed in the apps. I removed the Blur Home, and dropped in Zeam.

I welcome feedback, ideas, and suggestions. I would love to figure out how to get 1% battery increments, toggles in the dropdown, replace that horrible Blur Gallery, and in general, continue to try to de-blur the thing.

Once you install to the second system, SafeStrap will continue to boot to that system until you switch it back.
