Droid Launcher help

Can some one make this into a update zip for me. I have tried doing it myself and failed. I am using fresh 2.3.3 rom but would realy like this launcher
My version of the Droid Launcher:
Pick with or without "Glow"
Drop these into: com.htc.resources.apk/res/drawable-port-mdpi

I'd do it when I get home but I'm sure someone will beat me to it. I can walk u through steps to putting it in a flashable zip urself if ud like

Yea I want this one as well please! Also on fresh 2.3.3

this is for fresh 2.3.3 roms...i did this per request of op from an pm telling me what he is running.

Works great for me
Finally got around to flashing this. It works great thanks for making the flash. For those that may use it I am using Fresh 2.3.3 It only changes the graphic of the launcher. so It still says Phone across the front I prefer it that way, so I did not ask for that part to be changed. Thanks again.

Ur welcome. Anyone that wants it with the phone text and remove text gone let me know. Its only two files and very easy to change

[APP] Honeycomb Music Player!

I didn’t see this posted here so here it is…
Honeycomb Music Player, works really well (I only tried it on CM7 nightlys ROM), try it on your ROM and post results…
There are so many roms for our HD2! It’s insane!
Installation Instructions:
1) Download apk and Install (It does not replace your stock music player)…
Also look at JumperTest! Can you say “stream live music” ???

I'm using same RAF rom as you. Can you confirm that the honeycomb player as the same equalizer options (dolby, ssr,...) than froyo 2.2.1 ???

This is a good animation, I think it is better than stock CM.
I take no credit at all.... I'm just bringing it to the Nexus S side...

I had the same problem. What i did was, 1) delete the original bootanimation.zip and rename the cyanbootnanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip

Is that in the rom itself or in the system. I been trying it. All I get it just a blank boot loader.

Im on cm7. All u have to do is to use root explorer, get to system/media and replace the bootanimation.zip thats already there, and replace with the one u downloaded

[Q] Themed swype keyboard

First off, let me just say, what a great forum and a great group of devs and regulars! Your work has made me LOVE my Captivate hardware (but I still loathe my provider)
Has anyone done any standalone Swype keyboard theming since the new version of the Swype beta came out?
I am currently running Phoenix 7.0 (don't want to update yet), but I can't seem to pull out the themed swype.apk from the 7.1.1 update and get it to work correctly (it says it was build for a different ROM), so I am stuck with the stock keyboard still.
I searched the threads, but was unsure of current versus old Swype-themed versions.
Any suggestions?

Take the swype apk, the libswypecore.so and my build prop and put them all in 7.0 and you will be good to go.

I have themed a standalone...just apk and lib file. No need for buildprop. Confirmed working on Phoenix, Firefly, and Fusion. Based off the Cognition fix. Have an orange theme in the works...and once I get the visual kinks worked out I hope to make a few different colors.

There's no reason it shouldn't, as Phoenix and Serendipity are both JS7 based. Even if they weren't, I believe they'd still be compatible.

You can either push bootanimation.zip yourself, or use the flashable zips below for what type of rom youre running...

Landscape!
Since the Dell Streak boots in landscape, I had to rotate the files sideways and swap the pixel values in the desc.txt.
Displays in fullscreen for me now. =P
Attached, just in case anyone else with a Streak wanders in.
