how to install net 3.5 please

Hi have downloaded a few net framework 3.5 but have no idea how to install it put it straight on but when i tryed to open it got an error message have been using NETCF_3.5_OEM. Any help please as am new to this have just got a htc diamond phonead want to use a few games which use it.

Look in my signature and download the CAB that i have. You shouldn't have any problems with it.

Install the MSI on ur computer. In the installation folder you will eventually find the cab's for mobile devices. Take the appropriate one and put it on your phone and execute it as from there.

.net Compact framework problems

Well. i need new version of .net compact framework.
so i tryed to install NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.CAB
But that gives me an error, and cannot install..
tryed a lot of different thingies, but cant get out..
who can help me with this??
Got tytn2 (original MDA vario 3) with newest original HTC rom availible

what error are you getting?

program i wanna run says it needs newer version of .net CF
installation .cab says cannot install shut down programs free up space error info : 2
(i have enough space free and shut down all programs... )

That means .net is already in the rom

i also had the .cf configurator installed.. sayz nothing about the new 3.5 version installed
and programs i wanna run, say they need newer version..
How 2 fix?

i also cannot install the NETCF 3.5..my file is NETCFSetup35.msi (downloaded from microsoft site, 33.3MB)
it said that Installation of Microsoft .NETCF 3.5 was unseccessfull..
i dont know whats wrong with it..
my net compact version:
2.0.7045.0 (ROM)
pocket pc

(just the same as above)
so how to upgrade become 3.5..or which files should i download?

Download NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.CAB
install http://www.dinarsoft.com/memmaid/download.html
goto running processes, and terminate all the processes wich arent system..
--> install NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.CAB
reboot, run NETCFCFG.cab and set the 3.5 version as the one wich needs to be used.

I've already installed memMaid..
but the problem is..i dont have the NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.CAB file
i just have the one downloaded from microsoft (.msi, size 33,3 MB) is it the right file?..because when i tried to install,it said unsuccessful..no other warning to kill other process, etc..

certain progams will not function because of this and i get an error message, can someone help me with this because im not the greatest at this

If the .NET Compact Framework is installed on a storage card, please ensure that this card is in place and launch the application again. If this fails, a re-installation on the .NET Compact framework is recommended, support info -214749552 (80001000)

I found this to be a problem in several 280xx builds too. Wouldn't let me update or anything.

I Feel like am idiot now, its a simple download... but maybe someone should look into solving this

i cant install manila hd

it says
The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permission
how can i resolve this problem? what is the system requirement for the manila hd?

did you install SDKcerts?

where can i download the file sir?

i already installed the sdkcerts.cab,
tried to install in phone memory and memory card, still has no luck

[Q] XDAndroid Stable Version (HTC Touch Diamond)

Hi,
I have read lots of post from install XDAndroid to HTC touch Diamond and how to configure Gen.Y Dual boot.
I try it lots of tips but can´t run my XDAndroid with Gen.Y dualboot.
Can anyone help me with a simple tutorial How can correct this issue.
I have change the AndroidBootFolder and the others hive´s but.. it´s the same sh**.
Perphaps, Anyone knows any stable XDAndroid for my mobile (WM6.1) (without unzip to 4GB and run from there) firmware to flash the ROM
if NOT a XDAndroid GOOD version, that works with last Gen.Y 1.06.

Hi, i'm actually running it with thaidai it works better for me, but you need to format your sdcard to make 4 partitions, look here. Anyway i'v try succefully version 7.0, 7.1 and 06.
Just install in the internal memory (not in device) and if you dont have your xdandroid on the root of the internal memory just edit the registry keys, the keys path is [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gen.Y\DualBOOT] and are described here

Extract it to the 4GB drive on the Diamond, use a file explorer on the phone to get to the 4GB drive, run HARET - wait for it to boot
When it freezes on white text screen with 1 little white box, that is the screen calibration, touch each white square then wait for it to boot fully
done
