Hello all, long time lurker and frequent android phone swapper. I just came from the locked down Droid X to the Incredible, GREAT phone, sad to hear that it has reached it's end of life with Verizon. Though I was wondering if anyone here knows if they are marking down the prices on what's left of the inventory of cases? Just trying to find a deal, yea I've called the stores in my area and they are the same price, just wondering if anyone here has heard anything different.

Talking about battery covers, anyone knows an online store thats ships the OEM Red battery cover oustide the U.S. i'd love to have one, but every site that has the cover doesn't ship to Mexico.

eBay. Got mine for like $8.
i got mine from hastings, the store still has a backstock of inc accessories and trying to get rid of them. (because everyone bought the OG Droid, the inc didn't get much fanfare)
Hey so I ended up picking up a note here in Vancouver i love this thing but am scared to use it as a daily driver without a case lol does anyone else in Vancouver using the note where I could buy a decent case locally as I came wait to use this beast on a daily basis thanks

Edit: Seems They sent it out already. Its in FL and im a Cali so its gonna be about a week shipping though. Just glad it got sent out fast!
That explains the sudden increase of $100 lapdocks on ebay.
I got mine in the mail today. It's pretty slow. I don't have 4G where I am yet. Using it on wifi. Sometimes it lags a lot, but I'm actually pretty happy with it for $85! Very solid.
What is the benefit of the lap dock? Don't really see the point of it..

I've used 1saleaday several times and even had a defective item replaced. Theyre great to deal with.

Turns Bionic into a netbook/linux laptop w/ webtop2sd + webuntu or just a full screen web browser with stock webtop. Lapdock is pretty small so lugging around for travel when u want small form factor works well for some.
Oh that's cool i guess. I use citrix and leave the whole laptop at home. just bring the ipad if i need a larger screen.

It's not that bad, it actually is pretty acceptable for most stuff, email, browsing. Every once in a while though the mousepad seems to freeze for a bit. It's weird since the keyboard input is still accepted, like the mousepad is taking a nap ;-) Again, I am not complaining for $85, it does provide a nice 1376x768 display with a dock, additional power (small battery) and it thin, pretty compact. Now if I can get webtop2sd + webuntu working I will be very happy with it as a pretty useful laptop for travel, conference, lite duty use.

I saw the same thing, went to verizon store and they knew nothing about it and can't find it online, I was thinking I dreamed it up while watching football till I saw your post, lol. Chatted online with a verizon rep and they said there was no such promo?
I saw the commercial also. Been waiting for it to come back so I can take a pic. Told my friend about it but he got the same answer from Verizon, that they can't find the promo or haven't heard about it!

Went to the Verizon store and asked them about the BOGO offer on the cases. They were clueless even though one of the reps said he SAW the commercial. Went to the car and called Verizon, after being on hold for ten minutes they came back and told me it was a T-MOBILE COMMERCIAL. What? What a fail.

I saw the commercial too. I'm going to try the store near me tomorrow. Wonder if you need to be a Verizon customer...lol. Going to walk in with my ATT phone.
It's on the Verizon website. You have to log into your account, go to accessories, select your phone model, then View All Accessories. If i'm not mistaken, when I saw it, the colors are green and teal... I was going to jump on it, but the colors are tad too feminine for my taste.

Right 50% off at samsung is the same price for 2 as the BOGO with Verizon. I got a white flip, orange flip and a TPU for like $50 using the 50% off.

I have only owned a Samsung android phone. First the fascinate, then the gs3. Gotta say, the feel of this Moto x is amazing. It sucks though, that Samsung turned their back on us, Moto encrypts bootloaders. And I doubt Verizon will let Sony give us an unlocked phone. Do you guys think we will get any goodies?
We might get root, doubt the BL will be unlocked though. I probably still won't root mine though. Don't need to with this phone. I love my leather back though and I am amazed at how fast I got it.

I have a turquoise one with a black front and silver accents, 32 GB. The Hula case is awesome, matches the turquoise or teal perfectly, is truly light weight and adds extra grip.
I bought mine off contract from Moto maker site. Purple with metallic lemon lime highlights. I got the phone on Tuesday, love it!!!
