I know dutty has moved on, and is not supporting his roms anymore, but there are people still using his roms that know a lot about them, so you really should post this in the rom's thread.
Also most mms problems are settings problems , so it is a good idea to post what carrier you are using, to get the settings right.
I am having issues as well.win6.1 i have at&t. either i don't recieve the mms at all or it comes like 12 hours later. at&t has already replaced my tilt, whats next, sim card?
update: at&t replaced phone and sim card, still not recieving mms texts

Are you using T-Mobile?
So I don't know anything really about what rom is right for me. I have a htc diamond cdma version for the us my carrier is alltel. If I could get some help with this that would be great. Also from what little I understand installing a new rom would wipe my memory? would it also wipe important things that I need to use my phone on my network? Thank you for the help.

I am SO lost I was trying the CM6 vanilla mod and I loved it, but it was made for sprint. I thought it would work anyway and it did for the most part. The only problem i have had is that the mms will not upload or download. I have an htc hero ran through cellcom in wisconsin, not the cellcom in Israel. anybody have the apn i should use or preferebly specific instructions on how to fix. I'm a fast learner but i am still new to this stuff so any help very appreciated.

There is a thread in this forum on the topic. Find the post by thoughtlesskyle. There is an update that must be installed as well.

Thanks, I gave the fix a try and it still didn't work. I don't know if this build would be different then all the others. Looking for someone that has this build on a Vogue with Sprint. (working MMS)
I did do it with this build, on Sprint. It worked fine for me.

I'm on the same build and this worked for me as well.
can you please tell me exactly what you did and what update you used. Are you on the Sprint network?
it's been a while so I can't cite the steps but just follow the instructions in the thread. yes I'm on sprint. the instructions are specifically for sprint users.

Has anyone has this build loaded onto the sd card?
Hi everyone !
I want to know if there any problem to upgrade to IZS 1.1 V30c in Canada.
I've made some research but I'm not sure about the impact this can have on my OB with bootloader v30.
Anyone have tried this from Canada ?
I will give it a try and give you the feedback as soon as I have news.
Everything is backing up.
Wish me luck !
Everything look great but I can't send picture via SMS, i've updated the APN correctly... i'm not sure if it's the problem.
Still trying to fix it.
Everything should work the same. No difference in the phones. Make sure data is enabled when sending or trying to receive MMS. And also that your settings are correct

Connection problems
I had to rollback to V20i, i had too many connection (3G) random drop.
I will try to install IZS 1.1 on V20i.
Should work fine. Just be aware that your baseband version will be "unknown" but again should work fine

Yes if you only install the Rom, everything look's to be okay.
But I tryed to install Bootloader V30c from Huexxx blog ( Pre-Installation ) and this was the problem.

MEC-777 had similar issues with running in Canada. Maybe these will help:

Im sure its just incorrect APN settings because I've had it working on all Roms old boot loader/new boot loader. Its just a matter of setting it correctly and having your data enabled while sending/receiving MMS. If you need a walkthrough to setting it correctly shoot me a pm. I'm also a Canadian user (koodo)

Maybe but I've copied my own APN setting, base on my provider (Telus) web site, and tried APN setting from a friend on the same provider with minor difference, but no success... there's probably differences between Koodo and Telus !?
Set up 2 apns. Fill in all the spots that you would normally port proxy MMS port MMS proxy the mmsc address. And leave the APN type blank on one(default) that'll be your main data one. And on the second set the APN type as mms. That one won't be selectable for data but it will allow MMS messages. Then make sure your data is turned on when sending/receiving. There's only a select few Roms that you don't need to turn on data for it to work.

Okay I will give it a try soon and post feedback !
Thx btw ! I appreciate your help ! :highfive:
I'm in Canada
I'm in Canada using Telus. Running baseband from a v30e i extracted from the KDZ file and my APN settings are correct. I have no issues with the service from Telus. I did replace my sim card recently though ( pre IZS v1.1), kept losing signal like I was in a dead spot.
Edit:
here are my settings-
name: Telus SP
proxy: sp.telus.com
mmsc: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
mms proxy: 74.49.0.18
apn type: default,supl,mms
mms port: 80
mnc: 302
mcc: 220
here is the baseband that I use
