can anyone help me if i want to change the language of my 9100 from russian to english. can you please ptovide me with the rom and step-by-step instructions?
and if someone has the contents of the CDs in package, is it possible to upload them somewhere on ftp?

You need to read the wiki how to change the rom and in your case select a dutch rom.
The only other way is to change the TFD language to dutch but that will keep
the rest in Russian.

I think you can find it on the HTC official website ?
If you need help I've WM6.1 in French for T3232.

My suggestion should you install the rom english, and to be able to get the rom go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Diamond_Upgrades#Shipped_Full_ROM_upgrades
