How to add a background for new sms application

Is there any method to add a background for new sms application?

Email text color

Any programs out there to change the color of the text (fonts) when composing emails?

White font color in TF3D "Home Tab"

Does anyone know, in which manila-file is the font color of the home tab?
Or better, I need this file with white font (Alarm Clock, Calendar, ...)
If the wallpaper on the home tab is dark, I can´t read any text on this tab.

Need help with Custom Taskbar Icons

I have been having trouble with getting some taskbar icons to match with my current theme. I have the darkstar taskbar with some custom icons on it already, but there are a few icons, such as Mail and eBuddy that still have the default HTC background where my current taskbar background is pure black. I tried pulling the ebuddy apk, editing the icons, and pushing it back but that just resulted in the app not showing up at all. I did the HTC Sync icons with no problems but some others apps are just not working. Thanks for the help.

check to see if that icon is a .9.png those can be tricky little SOBs

launherpro and handcent widget

Hi
I am using launcherpro and handcent sms.
I am tying to add my handcent widget to the launcherpro quick shortcuts (the bottom icons). I can add the handcent application, but this does not show unread message count. only the handcent widget does.
Is there any way to add a widget?

Go to the Launcher Pro preferences, select dock settings and under that you can enable dock notifications to show missed call, unread sms and unread gmail numbers.
