So I'm doing well with gingersense and I notice some people still use froyo. So would you all like froyosense weather I compile and modify froyo myself or port it from the desire or evo 4g. Would you all like froyo sense?

chances are that it would work with sprint without any changes needed. worst case you could use an eri.xml file to change the carrier name. all of the sprint roms will work on cellular south. i just wanna see one built from a CS image, and i am sure that there are several others here that would like to see it too.

cause its pretyy solid now, minus no gps, Mnetwork fc's and the camera is totally useless. but other than that, its sweet

I'll try that after i finish my gingersense and/or froyosense port. I found out why i was having issues porting from the evo or any hdpi device.....you can't
So I'm now trying to port from different devices Hopefully this time all goes well and I have 5 different rom ports I'm going to try
EDIT: Whichever out of the 5 boot I will be releasing Its 1am here but I'm not going to stop working on the ports until 3am
Ill stay up waitn I'd love to test one out I need to flash something new haha
Also ok so I posted before about this but its super important to me is there any way we can somehow fix our heros to put out a infustruction wireless signal so the ps3 can pick it up I do it with my bros evo I rooted hacked ect and well my hero I really wanna b able to connect to psn like I do on my bros evo I mean on 3g cod black ops runs super smooth

Wow, there's been so many leaks recently. I can't wait for S roms or Thunderbolt roms to replace Z roms, possibly with Gingerbread or even Honeycomb/Ice Cream (or whatever) instead of Froyo.

Yeah, the phantom calls is the ONLY complaint I have about wes' SuperZ.
Ziggys latest kernel flies on my DINC too.
Looking for a custom or stripped stock rom for the Sanyo Zio, the phone is just too slow. Sprint version of course!

I for one am enjoying the Zio It actually feels like a solid device ( Using 2.2 and OpenZio ) compared to my HTC Raphael. Decent specs, just needs a streamlined ROM. Patience is a virtue Besides, Cricket here in Baltimore is AWS so it looks like the device lineup is limited anyway...... you might want to check up on the type of service you are using in your area too Not ANY WCDMA cell will work.....but maybe I should have let you buy it and waste money / time trying to flash it to cricket
Happily enjoying my 50 / Month all everything plan..... much cheaper than the 140 I was paying ATT using my Rhodium. I get the same if not better speeds with MUCH lower latencies!!!!
We've got a pretty decent rom being put together. It's alot of trial and error. We need more help to get to a beta release.

Any themers up to porting the UI from this ROM over to Eaton ROM?
Both ROMs come from a Froyo Sense 2.0 base and the Evo has the same screen size/resolution as the thunderbolt so I would assume it shouldn't require too much editing.
