Missing color in the bottom taskbar

Hello guys,
Anyone knows how to fix this? (missing color in the bottom taskbar. It should be black)

I've tried changing the theme (.tsk) and it's not working.

Hey gang,
Can anyone tell me if they know off-hand which xml controls the text color in dialog popups? I cannot find it anywhere in framework-res or twframework-res.
For instance - Settings => Display => Unlock Screen

menu background bug

Has anyone any idea how to solve the menu bug in the following screen shot?
Basically I dragged the original image into photoshop, deleted the icon and added my own so the dimensions are the same, confused.

The Text & the background color are same black so the text is not showing. if i want to change the text color as blue or any other which file i need to edit?
