Missing color in the bottom taskbar

Hello guys,
Anyone knows how to fix this? (missing color in the bottom taskbar. It should be black)

I couldnt figure out what to change from framework-res.apk or twframework-res.apk
could anyone help please?

Can anyone tell me if they know off-hand which xml controls the text color in dialog popups? I cannot find it anywhere!
For instance - Settings => Display => Unlock Screen

The Text & the background color are same black so the text is not showing. if i want to change the text color as blue or any other which file i need to edit?
