Hi everybody!
I found a kitchen to make your own theme's but then i got stuck because cwm would instal it.
http://www.uot.dakra.lt/
After a lot of trail and error this is what worked for me:
Compile a theme using the upload of the framework-res.
Then when it is ready replace the update-binary, and insert the lge-res.apk in the same map as framework-res. Do this with a program like winrar.
Upload to external sd and instal with cwm
It was a pain in the butt getting there for a newbie like me.
files you need are in this rar:

This mod is not working for me.. I'm using BlazingDragon rom FR18 and created my own battery mod from the kitchen using BlazingDragon own framework. After creating the UOT zip file, I've replace the update-binary and inserted the lge-res.apk file from the file that was uploaded in the same directory of the framework.res. After flashing, i have a boot-loop.
Tried wiping cache and dalvik but still to no avail... Any ideas pls??

theming framework-res.apk from versions newer than FR16 will always result in bootloop, no idea why ...
i posted original framework from FR14 here, you can theme it with UOT Kitchen and apply it to MCR Fr18, it will work flawless

to get custom bootanimation working, you have to zip it WITHOUT compression !!
then it´s working

yes but most if not all of them are device AND ROM specific no? with countless devices, and infinite custom ROMs for each of those devices pushing through adb may be time better spent then sifting through a plethora of posts hoping to find a .zip that matches your device and ROM.
especially considering theres a detailed tutorial in the thread i linked to. but if there is a .zip that will just work via cwm or edify please link me.

Theming stock launcher with theme chooser
Hi guys, i temed my stock launcher (launcher2.apk, oxygen rom, htc desire), nowi would know how to make the theme usable with T-mobile theme chooser because i don't like to flash directly the launcher apk to use my theme...
can anyone explain me how to do this or give me a link? Thank you all
Hi there,
I have only one question. I'm using right now Rushabh25's SGSII ICS v9 rom, which has integrated 14-toggles-mod.
I've already tried to make some modifications in the zip package of modded stock roms (like SGSII v9, or StockLite v6 and v7.1), with success: I managed to implement UOT-mods, hungarian swype, beats music mods, and some apps into the flashable rom zip. I even managed to modify framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk, by decompile them with apktool and the edit some files.
I'm wondering now about, how to implement 14-toggles-mod, like Rushabh25 did it... Can you help me how to do that? I want to learn!
I can't help you to do that, but, I think this thread will help you.

Hi
Could someone mentor me or link me to a few guides/programs on how to make a .zip flashable theme for a JellyBean custom rom?
I did search, however, I could not find a thread about creating a theme for JB. Most were for Themechooser or ICS or MIUI or various other ways.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would imagine theming JB is the same as theming anything else, mod apks from whatever ROM you're using.
Does anybody know how to deboat this stock rom. Developer wrote that this is possible, but I have no idea how to do it. Thanks

Hi. Search for debloat in s3 mini forum, and you'll find threads/posts on what's safe to remove, then install titanium backup or similar to uninstall systemapps, or simply use a filemanager, go to "/system/app" and delete what you dont want.
i want to know too, Tys0n how do u Deodex, zipalign, and debloat a Sock ROM before flashing and the most important thing how do u make it a flashable zip.
Thanx
