HTC has put the source code of the IS kernel on its developers' page. So, could anyone please compile a OC kernel? I believe I am not the only one expecting a performance boost here... So could anyone please compile such a kernel? Even 1.2GHz will do.
Thank you!!!

l0st.prophet is currently working on one. I'm sure other people are too, or will be soon.

Ladies and gentlemen its time to brew a big pot of coffee and get coding. Time to make this a bloody amazing kernel.
Guys,
Bit of a noob question here:
Now that we have the source code? What does it allow us to do more than what we are already doing to Adam?
Sent from my Adam using Tapatalk
Kernel for Edenx 2.7.1 and SetCPU for OC
@clockcycle: Can you point me to a kernel that will allow scaling that I can flash over blazingwolf's (bw) Edenx 2.7.1 that I can then use with SetCPU?
bw suggested a Beasty kernel but I don't just want a set OC and certainly not at 1500Mhz.
Hope you can help.
Like the title says just wondering if there was a kernel or even an APK for the Revolution for overclocking. I am using setCPU currently just to throttle when need be but I was wondering if anyone had any luck overclocking. Thanks
We need a kernel dev to manipulate the source code LG just released and release an overclocking kernel. Until then, no overclock.
Got ya. That's what I was expected. Ill wait patiently then. Thanks for the info
anybody knows how to overclock a GPU?
reserved....
Hi,
By using a custom kernel with overclock abilities and using an app or a script to set the overclock...
Check the dev sections to find the kernels... and I advice you to read closely each OP of the kernel threads...

You must use a custom kernel that supports the overclock, after you can choose the frequency with an app like TricksterMod.

Not possible without custom kernel.
Custom kernel requires kernel source code, which is not yet released for x510.
