How to install the ROM:
0. Make sure you have CWM, otherwise, install it.
1. Turn off your device.
2. Press [Volume Down] + [Power] to boot into recovery
(3. Wipe data/factory reset) No Wipe version: DON'T DO THIS - Wipe version: Not necessary, but recommended!
4. Install zip from sdcard >> choose zip from sdcard >> select the ROM.zip file
5. When done installing, reboot system now

It's based on my SuperSlim ROM!
It's tweaked and built for speed, has alot of useful apps and widgets, yet has alot of free RAM at boot (240Mb!).
It's a really nice ROM in my opinion

This is the Speed Edition, it has alot of apps and widgets whereas the SuperSlim v1.5a and v1.5b have nearly no apps/widgets.

Nevertheless - you've done a great Job, and my device is running Your SuperSlim ROM, which is awsome. Unfortunatelly, your ROM does a better job than a slim baked ROM at MoDaCo...

Two more questions:
- why are you still using Eternity Kernel 1.3? 1.5c is the latest stable i think.
- the window animations when for example opening a submenu in the settings or going back are really nice but somehow i always have the feeling they somehow "lag" a bit. i think it might be just the animation itself which somehow is folding the "old" screen away but gives me the feeling that it's stuck for a short time. am i the only one with that feeling?

Personally, I would only OC it for brag-worthy Quadrant scores and keep it at stock and underclock the voltage a little for day to day usage
@maini85, it is not necessary to OC. It is possible, but not necessary
I would recommend UV-ing by -50mV on every frequency tho, it helps your battery last a little longer
And I am still using 1.3, as 1.5c does not have Pimp My CPU support..

@aaronkuek, I first need to find the files in which the language support is programmed. I'm afraid that that'll take a while and as I don't have unlimited time to work on my ROMs due to work/university/trying to make a Gingerbread ROM D) I cannot give you an ETA yet.

It's faster and as stable as 2.2.1 (since it didn't fix the SDcard unmounts).

Can we tweak a little bit the status bar, and notifications ? It would be much easier to read if it was like the HTC, or Gingerbread for example.

YES!! Same like me.
Is it normal to only have 156MB free space with base only? I wiped everything before installing. Or should i have mounted everything in the recovery menu and after that wipe?
LE: it's fixed now. after reboot i now have 192mb with gapps + a2sd + kernel oc.
Interesting! I was hesitant to try Prime because I didn't want to lose all the apps you stripped from it, but here you provide a way of getting them back When I have a bit more time on my hands I'll try this ROM out, thanks!
EDIT: by the way, would the sapps zip also work in prime (after removing the unwanted apps)?

INTRODUCTION
This is a Sense 3.0 build based off the latest EVO 3D RUU. It is using the stock HTC kernel from the leaked DInc GB RUU. I have customized this build to my own liking so, I understand if this ROM displeases a few of our XDA members. Have flashed many a ROMS back in the day when I had my Sammy Fascinate (which Ive retired) and of ALL the ROMs I flashed, the COMM ROM was THE best. Cant wait to see what this one has. Im currently running the BEST ROM righ now (in MY OPINION) that the DINC has out, but willing to try/test this one. Will be monitoring heavily this thread, patiently...anxiously...nervously...waiting for the dl!!
I'm running Hybrid 2.2, and apart from MMS making Messaging FC (which I fixed by pushing a previous version of Mms.apk to the /system/app/ folder), it's the best sense 3.0 ROM I've ever run. Maybe this one will give Hybrid a run for its money.
I've compiled a pyramid build with almost exactly as the scripts and features. You guys want me to release it as a community ROM?

Not sure I understand...if its compiled by you, and/or ported a few tweats and stuff from other ROMS, I dont know that I would release it as a "community" ROM. Just sayin...plus with OVORene getting ready to release this actual COMMUNITY ROM, I would say release it, but not with that "name"?? I dunno, makes sense in my head anyways!!

Yep that is correct. Though you should MD5 sum check it just to be safe.

Yes those are themes, I included them inside the zip. Also, they are removable if you don't want them.

When I say compiled, I compiled our gb leak . Ported to cool sensations v6. Added tweaks and what not. I'm the only one that has it, debating to post.

Installation:
- Put phiremod on the root of your SD card
- Boot into Clockwork Recovery and Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Install phiremod
- While still in recovery: Wipe Cache Partition, Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache, then Fix Permissions
- Reboot and let sit for 5 minutes to settle
- Reboot again

This rom is really great and the customization is excellent. I was wondering if you can make the browser loading bar the same color as the battery and bars (baby blue)?
Been using this ROM for the past day and it's been great.
I'm also using the Glitch kernel.
I know it's a bit early for anyone to answer, but I'm curious how this is in battery compared to Phiremod (non-fusion). I stuck with that instead of the last Phiremod Fusion because the battery life was so much better - I can go four days on a single charge. But I'm still tempted to upgrade to the latest Phiremod hotness.
Could anyone port ics transitions to this?

I understand how to put back gapps, but how do u log into ur Google account. There's no option under account/sync. If u flash the gapps zip does it give u that option?

This update does not include the Android Market. I installed the latest apk but I keep getting FCs every time I try downloading an app. Does anyone have it working?

It seems as though there's only 3 languages supported in this version .. English (US) and two Asian languages.
I restored the original version for now, will test again this weekend.

Yep, problem with installing google apps package - get FC's when trying open Market + cannot add gmail account!
The rom is realy fast - but please fix google apps issue.

The locales were removed to streamline the ROM and free up more space according to the changelog in the Chinese thread.

Maybe there is a script for the gapps (I know it sounds crazy), try looking under something like advanced settings and look for a list of scripts, maybe it's there
Edit: just installed it but all the scripts have Chinese names so i have no idea what they do
Previous ROM had way more info and patches and this one does not (and dont forget there is no market that works)
So I'm waiting for an update from the dev with more info and Fully English ROM

Good, smooth, fabulous.
Only problem being, the phone sleeps off when on power save mode in kernel.
When playing games, shoots up the highest freq most of the times.
Daily use has no issues whatsoever with 3G or WiFi .

Its just my mobile! Even on CM11, its having this issue.

What I meant was, when on power save goverver, the screen goes off and does wake again, whatever I do. I have to hold power+vol-up and reboot and change the goverver to either interactive or on demand.
I am using as daily driver and everything is fabulous.

What app are you using to set governor, and what min freq are you setting ?
Through settings, kernel tweaks.
Min tried with 300 then with 422then 652! Sleeps off on all these frequencies.
digital noise cancellation not working...
can u fix this?

Also happens for me in power save mode.
I'll try hooking phone into PC and running logcat to see if I can spot what goes wrong. Feel free to try the same.
