[Q] Bricked Streak 7 with 3 lights glowing..

I bricked my dell streak after i updated it worked fine.. i just reset all the data and then it is struck in CWM.. i used vol up + down buttons and plug the streak 7 in.. that is the end.. now everything gone except for the 3 lights that are glowing.. I am dead now.. first day of arrival and gone...
Help greatly appreciated guys.. please... going crazy.. Popped the charger and it doesnt even charge.. is it completely dead or any sign of recovery?
** Guys.. i used a pin and reset the hole underneath and i got back to clockwork mod.. I have the dell streak 2.2.2 update with full root on my SD.. i flash it everything is successful but still returns to CWM... When i use Dorid explorer all the folder structure is shown.. but doesnt bootup ..
Is it because i removed update.zip which was downloaded by CWM? if someone can provide me the update.zip for DS7 i will put in my sd card and try again..
Got it and restored my dell back to life.. thanks XDA..
Please delete this thread MOD... just to be clear of crap..
Thanks,
Raj

[Help] Galaxy S Hangs on Startup & Vibrates.

Hi,
So ive searched around and couldent find any thing that directly relates to this problem.
I did a factory reset because i had no marketplace and i figured it would give me a marketplace
And after i did that, It just hung on the Galaxy S with all of the colours and sound. and it vibrates. basically 1, then 3 seconds later 3 quick ones.
I did use Odin3 1.3 but i could of used the complete wrong file.
When on the recovery screen it says Android System Recovery <2e> in blue writing. Under that it says Samsung Recovery Utils For BML -
I can still get into download & Recovery mode. I just dont know where to go from here. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.
edit- Now its just sitting on the white Galaxy S GT-i9000 screen...
Im happy do donate to someone if they can help me fix this.

Ok, Thanks for your help Guys. Ive got it to boot now, Only it says its a Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant with IT&T. Oh and the headphones dont work with this firmware, & the phone turns itself off whenever i plug in the USB Or Charger.
Im good with computers, But not with phones (yet) ,
So if any one could leave me some detailed instructions would be great.
Its got Eclair on it.

stuck in bootloop with no buttons responding.

im trying to help a friend out. im a bit new to HTC as i have a D2G myself.
...anyway...she has a G1 stuck in a bootloop. no button combo while booting up will work. when you plug into the computer, the computer wont see it. holding Alt+W wont work either.
she was running a custom rom and reverted to cupcake. she obviously made a mistake and now she cant get into fastboot or bootloader.
any help would be great. thx
If power+camera or power+home = Nothing then the phone is bricked and can only be rescued using the jtag technique.
Thx...but I guess she's just going to get a new phone instead of payin for a jtag fix.
First of all does it go to a bootscreen or just the G1 screen?

Need help restoring a T Mobile Streak 7 without CWM

Okay so I have been searching and trying methods on this forum for days to no avail. I had put Honeystreak onto my Streak and decided to go back. I have used the Nvflash method listed here and it will boot into Android but when you try to connect to wifi a few processes crash and it will not connect. I've tried finding info on what exactly to do with this fastboot method but all I ever see is "If this dosent work try fastboot" or they say to do something in CMW, but I do not have CWM installed.
I would really just like to get back to a fresh, working stock rom on a dell streak 7 tmobile that does not have CMW installed.
Well I have been able to get into fastboot now, and I have attempted to flash CMW. It says it is successful, but when I boot into recovery it is still just the stock recovery. What the hell could I be doing so wrong?
Can you uninstall apps or check things and they reset?
If you answered yes, your a proud owner a a dead streak 7 in read only mode. It has to sent back to dell

[Q] Bricked need help

So I just found my Galaxy S GT-19000 (after moving a while ago i lost it) but when i tried to turn it on it just gets stuck at the splash screen saying Galaxy S etc, Ive tried the 3 button combi to get into recovery mode but nothing seems to work . Im not sure what ROM is on it but it is rooted from when i last used it. Ive tried searching but had no luck
It wont enter Bootloader or Recovery mode using the 3 button combi, it just goes to the Galaxy S screen and boot-loops.
Is there anyway to restore/recover my phone? Im running Xubuntu 12.04 incase I need to run a program to recover it.
Follow the help link on my signature, should help.

Are you sure you are not just holding the buttons down for too long? You have to let go of all of the buttons a few seconds (two is enough usually) after the screen comes on.
Tried the link but cant get it into Recovery mode so it doesnt help I also tried releasing the buttons sooner but made no differnce still stuck at the Samsung Galaxy S screen
