Well, this patch is not my WORK, but i think, that everyone have a problem with it and because the autor from Russia called Duero shares it only on 4pda.ru and I think that for us it´s hard to find it and read Cyrillic, I decided to write a guide how to use it on our phones
1.
First, I am not really sure if it´s necessary but I recommend to download and instal this http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6-jsp-136632.html
2.
Download this file http://www.mediafire.com/?0octk79867ugqn9
then open this downloaded file and find the "game".apk and double click on it. The program will automaticly patched your game and you just save the patched file whenever you want. Then copy the patched game to your phone and install it.
3. Create the folder called GL on your external SD and the game data from your main folder (sdcard/gameloft/games) copy to "external SD/Gl". Then you obviously can delete your original data on sdcard and everythink works !!

Thanks dude, worked for me. Just patched files uninstalled old ones then reinstalled the patched ones. copied folders from /mnt/sdcard/gameloft/games to /mnt/sdcard/_externalsd/GL/ and they worked. saved 1.53 gig on my internal memory.
well when i try to patch a game the programm does nothing..not even a window to inform me where to save the patched game just a window to explore my pc to check which one apk i need to patch and then i hit open button and after that nothing...

Yep then after a little while (depending on the size of the game and the speed of the PC) it will open another explorer window, this time where to save the patched game to.
i am getting mad with that programm...i am trying to patch shrek cart and is patching another one for example fast and furious 5..what the hell is goin on???
i am choosing shrek cart and when a window appears with the message patch finished and the box appears to save the patched file and its saved with another game instead with what i choosed!is that happening for you too ??
A lot of users use this patch and noone have yours problems. Just download the program and open it. Then find your game file in this program and double click on it. Few seconds later it will say, that your file was patched sucesfully and you have to save it somewhere everythink is in my guide

well i managed finally to get it work except shrek cart because its saving with another game!.i get this error after applying the patch for the Asphalt 6,Fast five,Modern Combat 2 :""This is not original copy"" when i try the non patch mod of the apk it does not giving me the its not original copy error!weird...maybe i am not lucky or my netbook is for garbage...

do you copy the Whole Gameloft/games folder or just the Specific game data folder such as GLHS folder?
Confirm, after patching the APK. even if you do not have the game data at first.
Gameloft will still let you download the game data into your SD card GL folder automatically

Well, you can try it but this patch is exclusively for gameloft games so i think that it´s not gonna work

Well, it´s really wier because every games works for me...Have you original games or not ?? Or I can upload the patched files specialy for you and send you a message with them

There is no interface it just asks for the file to patch, and when done it asks where to save the patched file.

An trying to install navigator 6 from CD. Keep getting message that I need to update rom. Its a known issue and it doesn't matter what radio you are using. There is a fix, but it takes longer and is more of a hassle. First I don't know if you have signed up at MyTomTom.com yet or not, but you have to because the version that does work is not English speaking voices, so you will have to download an English voice. Go to the link in my signature under Programs, its called "Working TomTom", download it and install it to the device. If you need help getting the voices set up just let me know and I will walk you through it.

That CAB is TomTom Navigator 6. So just install it from your device.
Got it working, downloaded voices, Thanks heaps for you help!
In my signature is a link for all the free TomTom voices instead of trying to find them all. Just download the Zip file and extract it to your computer. You will need to REPLACE your current "voices" folder with this one. For instance my TomTom is installed on my Device, under Programs, Navigation, and in that folder you will see another folder called "voices" that is where TomTom stores its voices. All you are doing is taking the one you downloaded and replacing it with the old one. **this will replace any current downloaded voices**

will install and test the application.

Hi, can you help me, I'm trying to install Tomtom 6 to my HTC cruise. I keep getting the message to update my ROM, I tried to follow the advice in this thread, but have failed. Can you walk me through it? Cheers
what is the speed of tomtom like on your device mate? mine is painful, screen refreshes every 1.5 seconds, whereas i get 15fps on another sat nav program (which actually holds reception better than tomtom too!)
TomTom support were helpful, told me to hard reset and try again. I think its a software issue with 6.032.
The other sat nav programs arem much more graphic intensive too, so i doubt its the graphics drivers.

Which version of TomTom did you download and install. Usually that error appears when you download the TomTomWWE(World Wide English). The one you need to download and install if you get that error is the Working TomTom CAB which can be found in my signature under CABS, Programs. Should work then.
how do I install the program from you're cab to my HTC cruise? I'm a bit of a novice at this, sorry.
Download the cab file to your computer, and copy it to your Device or Storage Card. Remember where you place the cab file because you will need to open it from you Phone using File Explorer. Now navigate to the file and click on it. It will automatically start to install, usually it will ask you to install to the Device or Storage Card, but this CAB will just install to the Device.

Check your GPS speed in TomTom.
Go > Change Preferences > Show GPS Status > Configure > Oter NMEA GPS receiver > GPS baud rate > COM4
The GPS baud rate should be between 4800 and 9600, if its too fast mine exhibits the jerkiness as described in your post.

Kinda confused now. What do you mean you cant get the application off your cd? If you have downloaded the cab then you dont need the CD. After moving the cab to your phone go open it, by using your phones file explorer program(single click or double click) should automatically install itself. have you made it to that point?

No these files dont get extracted before moving to your phone. When downloaded the file should be a blue file folder icon called a .CAB. Once downloaded take that exact file and move it to your phone. Here is the link to the cab http://www.4shared.com/file/47123724/832a2d34/Working_TomTom.html

I just flashed touch-it 4.5, in which flashlite 3.1 was embedded ...it is fine to play flash games online through IE6...
But if I download the game to our PPC, can I just play the downloaded game without activating IE?
Maybe I can run flashlite, but it is embedded deep into IE, I can not find it...
Any ideas you guys?

No ready-to-use application to run the game...
install flashlite_DP_WM5Professional_EN.cab
and then open fileexplorer and go to Program Files/Adobe/Flashlite and open appzone.exe (or make shortcut and put it in start menu.
and you can open flash files by using the appzone.exe ( you cant start appzone just by tapping on it)
to run .swf files you gotta use fileexplorer (or any other file manager) and tab and hold on the .swf file and tab on OPEN WITH and then from the list select appzone.exe.
here you go.

Some of them in lower resolution can be played by
Bryhtflash...but not very well...
Does any flash game loader come in WVGA res? Bryhtflash is only VGA and flash 7 right?

it's easy...after the flash game being loaded, find it at temperary files folder...copy it to where you want...
Also there is a firefox add-on which can help you pick up the flash file...

**Guide For Playing Flash Games on PPC**
I have an Htc touch pro but the method is the same. This may look like alot of steps but i just broke down every step so no one gets confused
****MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TOTAL COMMANDER ALREADY INSTALLED****
1. Install FlashLite_DP_WM6Professional to device (attached to post)
2. Download a flash game in .swf file and make a folder on your SD Card (or phone) called "Flash Games"
3. Start Total Commander and find the flash game that you downloaded.
4. Press and hold the flash game .swf file until you get a menu that says "open...copy/move...rename...etc" and press "Properties"
5.Towards the top there should be two tabs. Press the "Associate" tab.
6. Press "Associate..."
7. Under "Command", there should be a little box with arrows looking kind of like this >>. Press it.
8. Navigate to Program Files/Adobe/Fliaslite/appzone.exe and press ok (so the swf file opens with appzone.exe
9. When looking under command, it should say something like "Program Files/Adobe/Fliaslite/appzone.exe". If this is correct, press ok until you exit out of total commander.
10. Open file explorer and find the "Flash Games" folder where you saved the .swf flash game and open it.
11. This may take a couple of seconds but it will work.
****I attached the Flash program that you need. Make sure you already downloaded a flash game. Xda wont let me upload any because of the file type. Total commander is not attached but a quick google search will let you find it easily****

The file i downloaded was .apk

sorry, let me clearify... the file you download is called "com.isaacwaller.youtubedownloader.apk.jar"... this does no good on the phone to install so i decompressed it so now its "com.isaacwaller.youtubedownloader.apk"... yet this is a folder now and not a file.apk.... so putting it on the sd and using an app installer doesnt do much when its a folder with the name only saying .apk... i need a file.apk so i can use an app installer, right? or am i way off? Think maybe because i use a mac has anything to do with it??? or does it need to be a dev phone? my phone isnt "unlocked," and im running rc33

Yeah I figured it out. I just plugged my phone into my laptop, put it in "Games and Applications." then used Discover Pro. But thanks anyways. ^^

Hmm well I'm using a PC. And I don't have a dev phone, or an unlocked phone. Just a regular G1. Well why dont u just give it a try? maybe it'll work??

just go to keepvid.com from your phone to download youtube videos onto your phone from your phone.
simply just go to the video you want to download on the browser then hit menu then go to url the url is now highlighted on ur phone copy it by using (hold down menu button then press C on your keyboard) not the big menu button on the outside of the phone the button next to the Z key on the keyboard then paste the link to keepvid.com using (menu then V) for paste then download the mp4 walla use a video player to play the video u just got from youtube

I just thought I'd point out that you don't have to use firefox or save as.
Just delete the jar off the end of the filename. It does this when downloading themes also. So far, I haven't had any issues just deleting the .jar.

I suggest you to first install the application in airplane mode then run it ( before putting the data) you will get a black screen dont be scared and then it will get you at your homescreen.Now check that a folder with name gameloft is in your sdcard at last the only thing you have to do is to transfer the data files in gameloft folder.Tell me if it worked..

Hi all.
As per subject, for some reason I cannot install or update any content in Oculus Store.
I can see download progress but once it reaches 100% it won't install.
I have tried everything : clear Oculus data, un-install and install Oculus Store again etc. The only thing which helps is factory reset. What am I doing wrong?

Workaround: once the download has started remove the note from the vr and go to a file exlorer. rename the temp file in the download folder while downloading. When the download has finished rename to .apk and install it manually.

Not sure how you start the download - oculus app or with vr on your head.
However once the download has started use a file explorer like ES, go to /download/oculus_downloaded_apks/.
There is the temp file. During the download you can rename this file so it will not be deleted automatically when the download has finshed (if installation fails).

I cant even get milk vr to work i did install it but it never shows up anywhere v.1.2 any ideas anyone? yes its silly we have to rename the file while its downloading that's just bad from Samsung and octlus for giving us half baked software.
Im in germany, and its not released here. So after installing it, i have to enter airplane mode before putting the note in the gear vr and i can use milk VR.
And for updates i start the occulus app through Hola just on the phone.

installing software to sd card not rootable
do u know the way to make my note 4 read the oculs software on the micro sd card it is on there but it does not read on the gear vr i love Jesus i hope u do too
