plz help for upgrade hd7

I upgrade my mobile. And when the error was 10 percent and was cut off. Now the phone when I switched. Automatically goes to the bootloader mode. I've tried all the var genes.

Don't know if it's the same for your hd7 but my tmous hd7 would restart at 11%(that's when the radio portion of the rom finishes). Go back into bootloader and continue the upgrade. It did this automatically. Is that what you are seeing? Just leave the phone plugged in and don't stop the RUU.

If in the flash mode the top line of your device reads "security unlocked", then all of those should be flashable (like mine)
If not, the 1st, 2nd and 4th should apply. Just be patient, it DOES reboot in the middle and just sit tight and wait. (I reflashed mine a couple of times due to failed jailbreaking attempts however it is running a jailbroken Mango Beta 2 now.)

I have tried the ROM. Up to 11% off you go then. I'm stuck on 11% of Mobile. The program also does error 226.. I got 10 ROM test. All the vans came.

Can we stop spamming please, ok I get it you need help one post will do, I had the same thing yesterday when I was flashing a ROM and it got stuck at 11% , you need to extract the ROM your going to install to a folder and delete the "SPL_signed.nbh" then run the "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" and it should all work fine.

I have deleted this file SPL_signed.nbh. Rom then poured on the phone. But it was stuck on 11%. Please help me

Ok it sounds to me you might not have DFT HSPL / RSPL installed which mean you can flash ROMS without using the goldcard method, ok try this.
1. Download the "DFT_XSPL_WP7FG1.rar" from here at the bottom of the first post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1195647
2. Extract DFT_XSPL_WP7FG1 to a folder.
3. Run the "DFT_RSPL_WP7FG1_LAUNCH.exe" and follow the on screen instructions
4. Then run the "DFT_HSPL_WP7FG1_INSTALL.exe" and follow the on screen instructions.
5. Now try flashing the ROM you want but remember to be sure you have deleted the "SPL_signed.nbh" otherwise it will wipe out the HSPL you have just installed onto your phone.

I've done this yesterday. Hspl. I've done. It is the same. 11% is stuck. If I did not do all that was not the ROM. Now accepts all the ROM, but is stuck

my friend you should follow Samson291 instructions since the same thing happen to me, when i flashed to the BellMobility signed by ansar where you have to flash twice back to back and i'm sure you did the same. you can not go back to your original branded ROM the phone came with but you can flash any other.

You need to follow these instructions to put your HD7 into Flash mode to reinstall the original OS:
0 Backup your device.
1 Install Zune software since a driver included is needed.
2 With your phone off, press & hold the Power button with Volune Down button down, until a screen with 4 colors appear, and on the bottom line written "Serial"
3 Connect the HD7 with USB to your computer, wait until the "Serial" on your device became "USB", indicating the device driver's installed properly.
4 Run the file you downloaded (an executable, it may be placed in an archive) and hit "next" all the way, until your device reboots into OS version 7.0.7004.

hi...i downgraded my OS to 7004 successfully but now facing very strange problem...internet is not working at all on mobile... error : - Cannot find server or DNS Error. Can anyone advise me how to fix it....???

Hmm have you tried adding an APN (Settings, Cellular, Add APN), I've not had to touch the APN settings on my HD7s (and it's a US AT&T phone but I had an O2 simcard which worked fine)...
Settings I used on my HD2 were from here but the WP7 options look much simpler...

Hi everyone at xda developers, i have a problem with my htc hd7 updating. I connect my phone to my pc and zune finds it fine and i can sync music, videos, pictures etc but everytime i go to update my phone it comes up with this error...

Forgot to mention the phone is second hand so could it be that a custom rom has been installed on to my phone and that is stopping zune from updating it?

That is very well possible...most custom roms don't allow updating through Zune but some custom roms do, although it's not recommended.
You can check to see if it's unlocked by:
1. Enter into bootloader mode and see if you have HSPL by Cotulla installed - Power off device, hold down the volume down button and power the device back on, while continuing to hold down the volume down button. This will bring you into a tri-colored screen, which is bootloader mode.
2. Go to settings, about and more info. Check your Firmware version, it should be a series of numbers like - 22.22.16.1.201. If it's a custom rom it should say the name of the rom... like mine says Deepshining instead.
3. Do you have applications installed like, WP7 RootTools, Touch Explore or XAP Deployer/Installer.
4. When you start your device, one of the splash screens should be the name of the custom rom.

When your in bootloader mode, in the white section was there "Serial" displayed?
Also check and make sure that there isn't a program running on your computer that is preventing Windows Update Services from accessing the Internet. Programs like your - firewalls, antispyware software, web accelerators, Internet security or antivirus programs, or proxy servers.
You may have to temporarily diasable your antivirus or change the setting to a lower protection.

1 - Hi again, yes it did say serial in a white box.
2 - Yes i have tried turning off my firewall (windows firewall) and my antivirus (microsoft security essentials) but that still didnt work???
Im gonna try updating on a different PC soon so i will post my findings.

[Q] Need someone to guide me and explain

Hey guys!
I have just bought myself a HD7. I bought it in Sweden... but it´s not purchased in Sweden from the beginning. It´s the 16gb version and as I understand that one was never sold in Sweden. Also... there are only two system languages in the stock ROM... English and som other strange language. I don´t know if any of this matters when it comes to flashing... but just in case.
I´m no stranger to flashing and modding... but I come from a Omnia 7 and that baby is almost foolproof. With a HD7 I really feel unsure...
This is what I need help with:

Your device is a HTC Asia WWE operator.
Unfortunately there are only 3 methods to downgrade SPL 5.xxx and 2 of them will not apply to your device, so you will have to use the goldcard method to downgrade your SPL to at or below 3.xxx (which is required to install RSPL/HSPL) with a stock/shipped Asia WWE rom.
1. Download this rom, goldcard tool and the goldcard image.

2. Either make or purchase a Y cable from online.
3. Extract the contents (use a program like 7Zip) of the rom to a new folder on your desktop and remove the Ruu_signed.nbh file and rename it to SCHUIMG.nbh (has to be capitalized when renaming)
Use a 1gb or 2gb SD card wiped and formatted to FAT32 ( larger cards can work but need to be partitioned to 1gb) put it in the card reader and connect to PC, place the SCHUIMG.nbh file on the SD card. Run the goldcard tool, click on the "Select image" button and then choose the goldcard image, then click on the "Patch MMC" button and wait for confirmation that it had mad the SD card and goldcard. Disconnect the card reader from the PC and connect it to the Y cable and connect the power source to the Y cable, put the device into "USB host mode" and then connect it to the Y cable and the flash process should begin.
Once the SPL is downgraded you can then install RSPL/HSPL. I recommend to read through the XSPL thread.
Download the XSPL.rar Revision #3 by DFT and extract the contents to a new folder on the desktop.
Put the device into bootloader mode and connect to the PC, run the RSPL wizard and install RSPL first. While the device is still in bootloader mode and RSPL has been successfully installed then run the HSPL wizard and install HSPL.
Download the rom of choice and extract the contents to a new folder on the desktop.
Put the device into bootloader mode and connect to the PC. Run the Ruuwrapper provided with the rom, follow the prompts on the screen and flash the custom rom and enjoy.

I would like to update phone to Windows 7.8,as i can see,i think that my phone hasn't got stock rom,so how sholud I update it to 7.8?Can i install stock 7.8 rom or I have to install some other 7.8 rom?And do I have RSPL/HSPL installed on my device?When I connected phone to Zune,it gave me an update to 7.10.8783.12,I went through,but it gave me a error code 80180048,so what should I do?

First I have entered bootloader mode,than i connected the phone to PC,on phone screen it changed from SERIAL to USB,but no luck,task 29 keep saying that device is not connected,so I can't install 7.8 custom rom.
Please help.

Do you want to install a custom ROM or do you just want to update to WP 7.8?

I would like to install Deepshining HD7 v8.1 ROM,on current ROM I have Nokia Drive,and i would like to have it on 7.8 as well,does Nokia Drive come with ROMs or I have to install it my self?As I said,I tried to install Deepshining HD7 v8.1 Custom Rom via task 29,but i was unable because of device not connected error.
P.S.I am on Windows 7 64bit.

if Bootloader version is 3.xx or 2.xx or 1.xx

extract the contents of the rar.
run DFT_RSPL..._LAUNCH.exe
please, read information text. select 'Next' button.
power off device and enter Bootloader.
connect device via USB to PC, 'Serial' will change to 'USB' once connected properly.
select 'Next' button on the XSPL wizard and it should now detect your device.
note. do not proceed if OSPL is 5.xx or 4.xx, instead go to Step 05.
select the closest OSPL, on the wizard, to the one on device.
select 'Next' button. wait until wizard proceeds to final page. read and close window.
note. device must boot into Bootloader.
if Bootloader reads RSPLX.Y.Z and CotullaRSPL, then RSPL was successful.
continue to Step #30 or #38.

I think this is the problem why it doesn't work,becuse there is not ActiveSync for Windows 7,but I installed Windows Mobile Device Center,but still no luck,what i noticed is that my PC can see the phone in Windows Mobile Device Center only if i turn on Zune,emidietly if I turn of Zune,Windows Mobile Device Center says that device is not connected,and trouble is that when phone is in Bootloader,Windows Mobile Device Center and Zune don't recognize it.

When you enter bootloader while your phone is connected to the PC there will need to be some drivers installed

You don't need to download them you can just connect your phone to the PC and enter bootloader it will start installing.

Can U tell me how to do it,because when i turn off phone and connect it,phone starts up by itself.

Plug your USB cable in your PC without your phone connected, now turn off your phone and press power on + volume down on your phone and the colour screen will pop up at the bottom it will say "Serial", now you will need to plug in your USB cable that was already connected to your PC and the drivers will install and if you have done everything right it will says "USB" at the bottom of your screen
