I've already flashed jvp through cwm and the latest dark core kernel through sgs kernel flasher. On the juwe guide it says you need to flash stock jvp with bootloaders through odin and a kernel through cwm. So could I just go onto flash juwe?

So what 2.3.5 specifically. Did you flash any of the KK4 kernels with cwm that can be flashed with ODIN, heimdall, mobile ODIN or sgs kernel flasher?

Search for a KJ3 kernel. I believe Boog has one in dev section. You don't need root to get cwm, or a rom installed.

you can flash the firmware with Odin then you can use superoneclick to root your mobile
I just rooted and add CWM , can I flash cm10 if my phone is running 2.3.5?

Yep. But don't use Rom Manager. It doesn't play well with the Captivate. Use KK4 Corn Kernel.
