Notification Panel Remain Open When Clearing Notifications

I am trying to find a way to keep the notification panel open when clearing all notifications but I can't find a module or system setting to stop this from happening. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance!

Disappearing status notification symbols

I've noticed that the notification symbols disappear if you pull the drawer down, and push it back up without interacting with a notice.
It's frustrating as I want the notification to remain until "I" decide to action it.
Has anybody else noticed the same?

Notifications stay in status bar after interaction - Help

Every time I get a notification, I click on it in the notification bar and it takes me to the app (messages or Gmail or whatever). I can read the message, delete the email, etc.. but when I drag down notifications the notification is still there... They used to no longer show the notification after interacting.
Why are they not clearing once clicked? Very annoying. I don't think was happening when I first installed Lollipop, but maybe. Anyone else have this or know why it may be doing this? I have to go back and manually clear them after interacting.

Notification bar keeps hiding

Anyone know why my notification bar keep hiding after a few seconds?
I have to pull down to see it again, before it hides again. It never used to do this.
Anyone know how to keep it in view always?

Notifications not automatically leaving top bar Hey

Hey guys so i haven't had any real issues with my notifications except that after i get a notification and click it (or pull the screen down to show notifications/toolbar and click the notification) it'll launch whichever application fine but after opening/reading the notification it doesn't automatically disappear from the top display tray. I have to drag it down again, it'll show no new notification and then the icon will go away. Is there anyway to fix this?
