I've just rooted my phone, installed ROM Manager and wondering what version of cm I should pick from the download ROM section?
Is it just to choose one and that's all? Then it will install?

You should download the latest release.
It will download the firmware and install it but ive had problems with installing thinghs through rom manager.
Try to install it with rom manager and if it fails you can get to recovery and install it there.
You have to install recovery before flasing roms (there is an option to do it in rom manager)
Is there any way to find out witch version that's in the ROM Manager?
I've installed the recovery thing already.
Edit: I found the right version on the homepage of cm. Is there a new version every day? Anyway, I'll try it later

There is a new version when the buildbot builds it.
Normally that happens once a day, but sometimes there are two builds or none, if the bot fails to compile the source for the phone.
Aha! I'm new to all these ROMs
So thanks for answer my questions.

Try to clear your data in download manager.
Settings, applications, manage applications, all, download manager, clear data.
Cleared data, still no go. This is a fresh install from yesterday btw.

I would just go back into recovery, clear dalvik, clear cache and flash the ROM again.
Ill try that

Once make sure that the zip is fully downloaded, if possible check md5 checksum of the zip
Did you try to update through CM updater ?
Check this:

And post a issue in the issue tracker

Install another Recovery. It should be version 5.x.x.x. and if you use touch currently, try to use non touch version.

Hello.
I have been noticed that a new version has been released so I wanted to update. But it was not possible. Cwm says that the ZIP file is not signed. Can anyone else report this error too?
I am currently using cwm 5.0.2.8 [ I think so ] and Avatar Rom 2.8b
I tried to install with cm updater and also manually. Both report same error.
Thanks for reply

Which boot loader are you using?
If you look at the original thread...you can see a few screen shots by troco my friend for the latest version released...
This means you are doing a few wrong steps maybe....just do a clean wipe, download the correct ROM version for your boot loader and flash
Hope this helps

Thanks for your answer.
I´m on the old bootloader.
I downloaded the 2.10 version through cm updater. After downloading I tryed to install it through the cm updater and with doing a wipe cache and wipe dalvik manually in CWM.
Because it is a update I don´t need to do a full wipe. Or am I wrong?
I updated every version since the earliest version.
i like some of the other roms out here, like the dirty unicorns rom and the bean stalk rom but i cant stand the cameras is there any way to get a stock camera app or something close to that?
You can try this. I am running this on CM12 - Resurrection Remix LP v5.2.6 and its working good.
Taken from another post by bender(#2):
1. flash this: File 1 through recovery.
2. set it up..you can't set it up later..set up flash, focus, size etc..
3- install this: File 2 overwrite original app.
that's it
it you want to set it up later you have to "downgrade" it from app settings, then re-install using file from step# 3.

After you flash the ROM you want, boot into the OS. And install the APK I posted above.
I am found another cameras mod based on LG stock camera, it was posted yesterday. I have not tested it yet. This one you will have to flash using recovery.
