Hi all, i write because my a853 touch screen sometimes got crazy. It look like an issue with sensor or i don't know but is behaves strange sometimes: opening and closing application, the browser, dialing, opening setting menus all by itself with nobody touching the screen, so i don't know if is a hardware issue or some kind of malware, so if any of you got an idea about what could this be plz help me out.

Slowness, I would think, is caused by the processer busy doing something else. Close programs that are not needed.

Sometimes the screen get unresponsive and i have to push the power to unlock it, when i push the launcher it opens the application to the right or the left.
Your digitizer is broken, so you have ghost touch issue. You need to change the touchscreen.
So you mean i most change the digitizer, or the LCD screen

I've recently bought a z3c and so far I'm happy with it. Got this issue though. Sometimes when I'm browsing web, replying to a text or doing something else, the phone closes everything or opens the recent apps tab by itself, as if I clicked on the home button or the tabs button. This is pretty annoying when I'm in a hurry to do something, because it makes me have to open everything again. Doesn't happen everytime I use the phone though, just sometimes.
Has anyone got this issue also? Would it be a software issue or a touchscreen issue?
Any help would be appreciated.

i have similar issue but with notification tray dropping down inadvertently...i checked the touch screen test in service menu and even when i am touching in middle of the screen there are marks registered in top of the display

I'm afraid both of You have hardware problems with digitizer and only changing it can help.
Hi guys,
So I had to replace my broken screen.
I replaced and everything was working fine until one day, after 1 month, I start getting some ghost touchs in my screen.
There are some spots that triggers the touch at random times and keep pressed.
I've attached a screenshot showing one touch, that of course it is not mine, but keeps pressed for some reason.
If I press that region very hard sometimes the ghost touch disappear which leads to conclude that something is wrong with the screen that I bought, BUT if I reboot the phone it also fixes it, and that is what bothers me the most, I think it is not a physical problem but a software thing.
Can anyone help me break down this problem?

Hi, randomly, I have always the same part of the screen that is not responding. If I restart the phones, it goes well. Do you think it's software or hardware related? Thx
