Those messages are normal when you boot into the BOOTLOADER screen unless you are trying to have BOOTLOADER run a PG32IMG.zip file. If this is what you are attempting to do, then the PG32IMG.zip file must be at the root level of your SD card and not in a folder.
Did you attempt to copy the Optus ROM.zip file to the SD card and rename it PG32IMG.zip?

Yeah i have renamed the Optus Rom to PG32IMG.zip and put it onto My SD cart and started the bootloaeder. Should i rename the Optus Rom to ROM.zip and turn put it onto ms card ? Or how i have to Do this

OK, if you started with the RUU file which is a program executable file, then you need to run it on a PC to extract the actual ROM.zip file. Once the RUU program displays the opening screen, leave the window open and then browse to the %TEMP% directory and search for a file named ROM.zip. This is the actual ROM.zip file that you rename to PG32IMG.zip and copy to your SD card.
Once you find the ROM.zip file in the %TEMP% directory structure, copy it from there to your Desktop or My Documents folder because once you close the RUU program, this file will be deleted from the %TEMP% directory.
1. Run the RUU on your PC and leave the application open
2. Search the %TEMP% folder and subfolders for the ROM.zip
3. Copy the ROM.zip file to your Desktop.
4. Rename the ROM.zip file to PG32IMG.zip
5. Copy the PG32IMG.zip file to your SD card
6. Boot your phone into BOOTLOAD and it should find the PG32IMG.zip and then prompt you to apply the update.

Ok i will try this. But if i Start the ruu on my pc it says that i have to put my mobilephone on the pc

You can just ignore what the screen is telling you. When the program starts, it extracts a lot of files to the %TEMP% directory with the ROM.zip being one of them. As long as you let the opening screen display and then leave it opened, the files will be available in the %TEMP% folder. You do not need to plug your phone into the PC using the USB cable to extract the ROM.zip file.

Thank-you man i will try it later Edit : I have started the RUU but i cant find Rom.zip in the temp folder

Now i have managed it but the bootloader started to up/donwgrade but it says main version is older update fail waht should i do now?

Factory ROM Kaiser (HTC branded) stuck on Smart Mobility screen

I've tried to do a hard reset but it doesn't do anything. I can enter bootloader screen though. Is the wiki correct about hard reset being the two soft keys and the soft reset button?
Please help! I'm stuck without a phone!
The wiki is correct about that, but if that won't fix it I suggest flashing a new firmware to your phone from the microSD card. You can follow the instructions from the wiki on how to do that, just one thing that it leaves out: you must format the microSD card to FAT32 file system, most come set to the FAT file system.
This has saved me when my device couldn't boot after a bad flash, in fact I now do all of my flashes using this method and they never fail. Good luck!
Is there a HardSPL file to run from the MicroSD card?
Download HardSPL, extract the files, find the .nbh file, then follow the wiki instructions of renaming it to KAISIMG.nbh. That will work fine.
There only seems to be one file...an exe....
You have to run the .exe file to extract its' contents. In the folder that it extracts to you can find the .nbh file.
Sorry to pester you but which file do I rename...
sspl-kais
or
kaiser-hardspl
?
Actually both are required, first do the sslp file, then the hardSPL file.
So I rename the SSPL file and enter bootloader...
then repeat for the other file?
That is correct.
Thanks for your help.
For some reason when I format the MicroSD to FAT32 and copy the file over (and rename it) it enters bootloader and quickly accesses the card only to say something to the affect of no file found and then return to the bootloader screen.
It will only detect it the file if 3 things happen: it must be fat32, the file must be named KAISIMG.nbh exactly, including the caps, or it will not be detected, and the file must be valid for your phone. If the sspl isn't working, try just the hardSPL.
If all else fails, put the official AT&T firmware back on the phone (it can be found in the FTP under the wiki), then flash hardSPL from your PC.
down load the att rom found here ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads/Kaiser/Roms/ run the update.
download pof/olipros hard spl found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334679
no more worries, have fun flashing all the roms you want.

How to flash .image file with hardspl?

I just downloaded R3AA010 (generic). The file is APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_UK_CDF1215-1832_KOV_R3AA010.image
My X1 is HARDspl. Does this mean I can simply rename that file to kovsimg.nbh and flash it from the memory card? Or do I need to convert it somehow? I read
the tutorial but it says i need to change from .image --->.image.nbh
Can I simply rename the file to kovsimg.nbh and flash it?
Any help would be appreciated!
you can simply rename, i did it and it works fine

This is the way you can flash from your computer (when the X1 is connected via ActiveSync / WMDC)
1. Download X1_CustomRUU.exe and put that in the same directory as your rom.
2. Rename your rom from .image to .nbh (the rest of the name doesn't matter)
3. Execute X1_CustomRUU.exe and follow the steps on the screen.
If you want to use SD-card flashing you have to
1. Rename it to kovsimg.nbh (I don't know if the case is important)
2. Copy to the root of the SD-card (i.e. not in a sub directory)
3. Power off the X1
4. Enter bootloader bij pressing 'volume down' and a little later 'power' until you see a four-colored screen (red / green / blue / white). If everything goes well it will flash automatically

[Q] phiremod v5.1

I'm getting an error when trying to install it...
"cant open sd card/phiremod-nook-v5.1.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted."
no idea what I'm doing wrong =[
try redownloading it, thats what i did
try redownloading everything and putting it on the root of the card
I'm going from 4.1 to 5.1 would that be a problem? and I've redownloaded like 3 times, all with the same result. =[
Try unzipping it first, I seem to recall that it was zipped up twice...

also when i copy over the unziped "phiremod-nook-v5.1.zip" and i copy it to the SD card, it gives me a popup. "Please insert the Multi-Volume set and click OK to continue"
maybe i should just burn a new SD Card, i have yet to get anything to work on this CWM SD card.
Drill down to the zip file gz > tar > zip.
I used 7zip Freeware to unpack.
Move both the ADW settings file and zip file to card after burning the clockwork image to ur sd card
Win7 64bit

I had to return my Nook to stock first using stock-1.1.0-CWR which is simple to use.

exactly what i did, and I did a tested and could install other things, but i just cant seem to get the file hosted off of his site to work... maybe it's corrupted now?
edit: also it never starts as a GZ... or atleast the version i have never does,..
About this version I've been wondering, is there any way to turn off those windows and menu transitions? I'd like it back to the way it was.
so what I've done is removed .tar from the name, unzipped, put the .tar at the end again, and unzipped from there. and that gives me a zip file right? using winzip
and that worked, for what ever reason when i was unzipping the GZ it was thinking the result was a zip not a tar, so it wouldnt unzip it more unless i renamed it. thanks for the help!!!

[Q] How to flash radio/firmware/s-off/unlocked bootloader/rooted

Am I doing something wrong? With my past HTC phones all I had to do was put my .zip folder on the root of the storage directory and as soon as I would restart into the bootloader it would say 'sd checking' and search for any .zip folders and then proceed to flash them. With my bfs HTC One, his phone is rooted with s-off but every time i try and restart into the bootloader it never checks for any .zip files. Any help would be great.

[Q] "cannot load ruu.zip"

Im hoping this hasn't been asked before (if so please give me a link to the thread)
Im trying to return my HTC One to stock by flashing the RUU zip file, but every time i enter the "fastboot flash zip ruu.zip" (my zip file is named ruu.zip) it says "cannot load ruu.zip". I have checked to ensure that i have downloaded the right RUU file for my CID (HTC_038).

It has been asked before, but no harm in asking again, I guess:
cannot load = MyFilenameIsWRONG.zip
if you renamed the file using Windows Explorer check for double extensions (ruu.zip.zip)
You can simply ad your CID by extracting the zip and write it into the txt file
Afterwards you repack it
