Is that Fruit Ninja tegra? How does it run on a non tegra device? Also how does N64oid run?

Which version are you running of Asphalt 5? I paid and downloaded the Galaxy tab version from Gameloft, but can't get past the opening screen before it closes.

The version that works on my NC is 3.1.8
And it runs flawlessly!
If anyone has any more questions on game versions and compatibility just ask.
That isn't the tegra version of fruit ninja either.

My version is 3.3.7. I thought the Galaxy Tab would scale well to the Nook screen, a previous version had a white bar across the top. I guess I'll try to hunt down 3.1.8.

words with friends works its a little glitchy, but it always is. atleast now i can see all the letters.
also tried "PewPew" which worked well.

I found "Tank Hero" last night and have been really enjoying it. (running CM7, should work fine on Froyo though) - seems like it would be a cramped game on a smartphone screen but is great for the size of my NC.

If you are using ADW or Stock launcher, long-press on your homescreen, press "Folders", press "New Folder", hoo-ray! You have a folder. Drag things into it, or open the folder up, hit the menu button, and press Add.

Thank you.

Was able to play dungeon defenders even multiplayer with an iphone but it wont be smooth at the highest graphics quality.

You forgot turbofy 3d! When you first play it you think it doesnt work, but if you change it from accelerometer to touchscreen it works freakin great, i cant get enough of that game

Hungry shark with accelorometer? or dpad

Hungry shark works with accelerometer or toch control, but IMHO it works a bit cranky, not slow, but not smooth either.

No I didn't have to use spare parts.
I usually just look for the Galaxy Tab versions of the game if there are any. So games tagged with "i9000" or "GT-i9000" then it should be compatible with the NC.
Dungeon Defenders works, but it isn't the smoothest. But I never checked to see if I could dumb down the graphics.

Not as many as yourself mate but we have some of the same games, Modern Combat 2 -Black Pegasus rules but i cant get beyond the sniper on the roof level 3 i think it is.

Only one game I play, and that's the.......OI....STOP staring at the bird on my homescreen... CONCENTRATE your eyes to the bottom right corner....right, i'll start again....
Only game I play, and that's the one in screenshot, called 'X Construct. I can only get to the 7th bridge though...been stuck on it for WEEKS!!

40 games BUT still missing some.. (farm tower, gun bros, pocket legends etc.)
By the way, I cant get asphalt6, dungeon hunter, nfs shift and sims3 working...

Its there now, search "Pinball HD for tegra" or use the tegrazone store to download it

I purchased it. Going to a post video impressions tonight.

Just bought this (yes, bought), but when opening it says that my my copy is not genuine, and exits. Anyone else experienced the same?

Yes this happened to me, I think you have to leave your wifi on so that the game can verify the purchase at first..try that

Yes its a must own for any pinball lovers out there...also it was confirmed that the graphics are better then the Ipad 2 version. I love it!

Just played pinball for the last two hours. Its a great game! Well worth the 2.99. I see many more hours being spent playing. The tables are very detailed and responsive.

Had a bug where it almost hanged my Xoom. Luckily after waiting for 5 mins I could get back to home screen.
Other than that and the sometimes slow framerate, it's a pretty solid pinball game.

It's hanging on the name entry for the app - it worked the first time, never since.
Other than that, I can honestly say that I'm 100% happy to see one of my favorites from the iPad show up on the Xoom. Bought, enjoyed, but it needs some bug fixes before I rate it 5 stars.

This game might make me a pinball fan. It is sooooo fluid and behaves exactly as I would expect. Well worth the cash. If we end up seeing a bunch of games of this quality, the xoom and other HC tablets are going to be fantastic gaming platforms.

Lol, so it turns out the good graphics in this game have absolutely nothing to do with the Tegra 2. Some coders I know have removed the Tegra 2 check and this game plays flawlessly on both my Galaxy Tab and Thunderbolt!

Wow, I wouldn't mind having this on my Vibrant and also have you tested any other Tegra 2 games on non tegra devices like Fruit Ninja THD or Samari 2?

Thanks but not sure if i want to mess with the build.prop as i have had issues in the past, not worth changing just for one app i can live without it

Asphalt 6 is also not working.
Neither is Electronic Arts Need For Speed: Takedown. If you want an HD car racing game on the 7.7 without modifying the build.prop you're SOL for now.

The gt-p1000 is the tab 7.0 with a screen resolution of 1024x600, wouldn't it be better to change the build.prop to the 10.1 or 8.9 tab where the resolution is the same as the 7.7 (1280x800)?

I've changed it to P7500 (10.1 Tab 3G) it works fine!

Did you leave the build.prop as is for all other apps or are you modding it each time you want to play Gameloft games? Seeing any side issues because of it?

As is, one time change, all other games and apps are fine

hmm.. interesting, will keep this in mind

I've tried asphalt 6hd as a p1000 and a P7500. Steering doesn't work on the p1000 version and crashes. P7500 version, colours are wrong and it's unplayable.
Has anyone actually got a version working correctly?

You have to root and use Chainfire3d using the nvidia plugin when set to 7500 since that tab uses a nvidia CPU. That's how I got mine to work.
I also have backstab, modern combat 3, and a bunch more working this way
Also, modern combat 3 with the sixaxis app using my ps3 controller is amazing. Worth the price of rooting. I'll pm anyone the mapping file for MC3, gta 3, and shadow gun.

Im getting a ps3 controller very soon. So please send the mapping files to me for gta and modern combat 3.

which version of asphalt 6 you have installed? i have used the ones for p7500 with nvidia plugin, but it crashes after the intro. can you link me a working apk with private message?

I tried the 7500 build.prop edit method, set Chainfire 3D to Nvidia default OPENGL mode, and Starfront: Coillision crashed straight after the intro... any advice?

download the latest version from google play (Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD 1.3.3)
build.prop edit gt-p7500 download data after that change build.prop to gt-p1000 it works flawlessly and there is no need for chainfire 3d

Your way works flawlessly! One thing I can add - I had to reboot device to make Asphalt see the build.prop changes. I wonder, is it running full 720p in the P1000 mode?

I believe its running in full hd the graphics are smooth and there isn't any lag

I don't have pleasure to play with Asphalt 6 at officially supported device, but in P6800 with modified build.prop in game textures aren't HD, so this game is looking terrible at 7.7" screen. Pixels are to big to make my eyes happy... Only fonts like speedometer and other in game messages appears to be HD.

So I bought it on another phone and sended the apk to my ob
But it lags a lot unfortunately

Deal with it ,not a single asphalt 7 work on any ics /jb rom , not compatible with our device for some reason for 4plus android versions , dont lie to people .And it sure would not lag if it would manage to run... failzor.

Its compatible , but you cant play it , app runs , and stops at loading screen, just as any other gameloft hd game and some others.

Yes you are right, same problem for me.
I have been sending the issue detailed to Gameloft customer care, they replied that they will look into this issue.
But Asphalt 7 v1.0.1 is working definitely, I played the initial version on IZS
