Actually, it has been days. This thread (still on the first page of the Apps section) was started July 12th. I only looked because I saw your thread though, so thanks, I guess. I spoke with Mel and he said he's gonna continue on droid-tech.com. From what I was told it was a misunderstanding of some sort. Just follow him on droid-tech. He'll definitely be missed by me and many others. Luckily I have the privilege of contacting him via gtalk.

Looks like it got locked because he got banned from xda. Don't know why. If you want to follow his ROM, like I do, I think you can find his thread on Droid tech. It's a much smaller forum but I think he's there.

What's the actual URL of that site please? Can't seem to Google it. I've tried a number of combinations. Yes. I did put specific wording in many different places so that if I see something claiming uls and a free....and ICS theme...I decompile their app and find my many easter eggs. I found all of them in this app. Anyone can change splash screens...and PNG files...and XML but most people don't know smali...and there are lots of files and lines I only know what I put there.
I don't really know why people do it but I've stated before I don't care if people theme it...but if the app I moddedd is used as the foundation for your themed one...a simple credit to yakitori is all I asked for.

Also...on that note...I have been out of theming for a while..but Im trying to get my feet wet again. support for this app continues on DF where it originated. The current app can be found there. 1.7. I skipped 1.6 because it was basically a segway to a complete UI overhaul...I didnt want to bother with it as it was a temporary update (i guess you could call it that).

I used themer solidly for maybe a day total before uninstalling it. Its a great concept in terms of making a phone look different from stock but it completely fails in ease of use. I don't use social or shopping apps but over half the themes have a folder for those. And deleting either folder kind of kills the look. Also, that weather widget almost never shows the actual temperature. No matter how my times I reopen the app, it refuses to update.

Thank you for sharing this information. Honestly we do care and are very greatful for it, its just we needed that little bit more info on the source, as you may have seen its very easy for people to just claim they know things and post them publically and with tensions running so high as we are very happy about the device I feel many of us jumped to conclusions.

I work for a big media company which has got more than 15 apps in Play Store. Most of the apps are in Top recommendations from Play Store.
Our business works closely with Google and we had issues when 4.3 was released. So Google gave us a heads up. Some people from our office are going to Google as well for testing on new device and Android OS.
