Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd post and say Hi to everyone on XDA.
Love the site, was lurking for about 6 months, before I decided to join up, but wanted to say a big thank you to all the developers on here.
I have an HTC Desire HD running Android Revolution HD 5.1.11 and as you may be able to tell from my username and avatar, am an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
Hope to make myself as useful as I can on the site, and hope you all keep up the good work.
Cheers guys.

my advice , do not post anything on devs section , its the most place you'll get trollllolololll there
Welcome to the forums!
No worries, I will not close, but please, do as Kosh says, and read the rules and follow his advice

Hello folks, my name is conantroutman and I'll be your forum moderator this evening...
If your new to XDA then welcome aboard
First things first, you should probably familiarise yourself with the rules
If your not new then you should already know them.... no excuses
If you have any suggestions on how to improve this little section of XDA then just drop me a PM or leave a post in this thread and I'll see what I can do. Also if you have any issues with whats going on around here then the same goes.......
Enjoy...

XDA noob vs. Veteran trolls.
GO GO GO!
I am most regretful, dear noob, to be the one informing you of the impropriety of you posting videos outside of the designated YouTube thread. Please be so kind as to post this there instead, as one of the ladies or gentlemen in our fine moderating crew will certainly lock this thread. Good day, sir.

Wow XDA has become a friendly place of late. Firstly please dont call me a noob. It was an honest mistake. I dont normally hang around these parts rather i spend my time in the phone forums, so forgive me for not posting in the correct place.
Secondly if there are any mods around please feel free to close the thread and chalk it down to an error.
Wtf is she doing xD
So dumb , ppl upload all kinds of pointless vids to youtube and then noobs share it xD

Alright, let's finally get all this off topic chatter out of development forums
Welcome to the place for us to hang out when we want to talk about things other than phones
This is posted in the 4x HD general because its intended for us to talk as a 4x HD community, not in the off topic forum
I think it would be best to keep personal things like where we go to work/school out of this, as this forum is a public place that anyone can see
Also try to keep things clean, as we have young people among us
Any 4x HD user is welcome here, don't be scared by anyone Australian, feel free to ask questions too
I'm thinking new topics every now and then, or we can just go where the thread takes us
Again, anyone is welcome, please feel welcome, and if you like, please contribute to the thread
But don't see it as a place to get over your 10 post barrier
If you are spamming to get your 10 posts, we will dob you in
So, what to talk out?
Id just like to point out New Zealanders are far scarier than Australians.
Nice idea, but i dont know how moderators will act when they see such topics even on non development sections.
i do agree to have such off topic thread and see what will happen.
