Forgive all if you've had in unknown but until I've fixed the issue thought to be a little cautious with the only comment my great anger with LG VALENCIA SPAIN SAT, and the alleged perpetrator VA Also I'll be a bit lengthy.
In the month of April as many here bought the LG terminal OPTIMUS 2X P990, excited to be the first dual-core, that does not remove anyone.
From the moment I arrived I carry the typical start and begin to use it, and set up the whole issue and the radio. The day after receiving it walking down the street listening to the radio, I notice that hangs would not release the button or anything, I can only remove battery cover and wait five seconds and put it back. A mosque as so many here in the week I get to spend up to five times, reading through the forums and other contact LG service through its Internet chat, they told me to call at 902500224, (which is not a phone call is free and each one nailed) I took notice and told me first to initiate this sequence (1809 # * 990 #) and activate the options of the Log to record what was happening, I was going to send a new terminal to directly manage the change that defective within three four days back and give receipt on the defective, we draw from the box and ZAS surprise when it detects that the phone was not supposed NEW, was repaired and presented as a big scratch on the side control volume and another at the entrance auricurales, I call and I get in touch and tell them I send the photo subject even with the scratches, I say they will study the change because I told them that I have not bought a phone second hand that is not new. Well handled the change again, after another fifteen or twenty days finally received the change, but first I did send the terminal scratched and then they sent me the new ... I draw from the box install programs do everything perfect test well all good, I download some games in HD and of course my nephew who likes my phone almost like me tells me to connect to my full HD TV to see it on TV and play with great surprise that When connecting the phone went TELE BLACK DEATH NOTE AND SUDDENLY THE PHONE AS temperature 60 degrees take off running .... .... Cable ñosssssssss battery cover and leave to cool, I put the battery and not turn on, charge the battery and starts charging but the charger is soon on fire too, the phone starts but gets hot and shuts down, and the battery does not last two seconds or my luck .... GO ... that step the HDMI cable was shorted ****ed NEW ORIGINAL LG ..... ALMOST charge my FullHD TV ... call LG again running VALENCIA SPAIN I tell them the problem and are amazed, especially when I explained to them that if this problem as more users would have a bomb but, apart from the restarts and crashes for nothing .... all this with a lot of calls on my part to this service with the high cost involved, imagine since April and the month we are, then you hit all processing mobile phone will come and bang the phone .... supposedly new as they say in the amount of emails they send me since they assure me by email that the terminal is new and others, because when it comes the messenger home I see that the box does not weigh anything, and tell the messenger without pick who removed the terminal box and there is nothing under the weight inside (think honestly that have put the phone in your course), I call another Once I tell them the issue calls to the voicemail to report the alleged robbery or theft, and LG SPAIN .... nothing again to wait about twenty more days until a fortnight now, when I finally get the last terminal , ALLEGED TO NEW AS THEIR EMAILS, good for nothing when you remove the protective plastic receipt and see that underneath the front camera is a small hair, and screw down the antenna on the rear two screws retightened see me mosque more than hell, it was supposedly a new terminal, well I start it and start using it and WHAM you hit restart, I'll call and restart, I put the radio and lock, let it idle for a while I get it hang and bang drums .... had to remove the latest installed 10ve, angry ranting again call the service that the terminal was not new JV coach told me that they are not required to change a new one, but repaired AS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM VODAFONE to a new terminal ... it is what it is, speak with the department and as we call it .... uffff ... a day goes by and nothing and I with my ladrillito go, I'll call and picks up the phone, Mr. RT very polite and amazed as I did in the past very nice good answers at all times and not to worry I already changed the terminal once again this new talk of Mr. always the other not, we like that between they blend the words and everyone throws a different ball, my impression ... the next day (by the way The Times called Ask RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAT AND I SAID THAT ALL WERE THE SAME, LIGHT TAN TO LOOK GAVE ME MOSQUE LONG, but I assure you IN NO TIME HIGH REPEAT His voice, disrespect, ACCEPT ALL TIMES IN ALL ITS TERMS), because that next day I called Mr. VA and tell me you're sorry but you are not going to charge more than my terminal, as if I already have changed four times, including theft over messaging, and that they could not do anything, let it spent the law of consumption of the lining, as it says but if I only had problems, I purchased a new terminal, he was happy with and now have left me lying helpless and humiliated further with an incredible economic damage calls made and end all ... as if what we have ... for nothing ... UNTIL THE SAD STORY HERE SAT LG VALENCIA or better yet with LG, is that as your terminal has a fault of origin I have researched do not change that until they solve the plates do not really, however much the final update .... as I have no reason, so let me LG SPAIN. I just contacted Vodafone, and discuss the problem a South American lady tells me it can not do anything to KEEP FIGHTING WITH LG, I say again and again that the seller is responsible and not say Vodafone SAT, hang me for nothing call again ask department casualties, another tells me that Mr. South America can not do anything and will use ... as nothing in the end .... pissed off and ask you to call me through the claims department at the end light after the tunnel, I have tried all the trouble I apologize and without hesitation to tell the terminal was 2X LG OPTIMUS tell me to send it to us we will refund the points, we pay postage and I will make up some way off or something so the damage .... THANKS VODAFONE back and repeat .... and sorry and I apologize to the ABOVE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING BUT bother UNDERSTAND MY MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH angry and LG, a brand HAS SPENT MILLIONS WORLDWIDE MOMENTUM IN YOUR MOBILE PHONE ANDROID AND DOUBLE CORE, many millions have gone to FRET INCOMPETENT BY A SERVICE, AND EVEN MORE BUGS WITH A SOURCE TERMINAL TO STILL HAVE NOT SOLVED ... AT&T Wont let me Return my Tilt!!!

I purchased the phone about a month ago, from the day I purchased it the camera did not operate correctly. I took my device to the store in an attempt to get it replaced with a new one. Unfortunately for me my camera just happened to work that day which was also the last day of the 30 day warranty. The guy pretty much said that he couldnt help me because my device worked, but then he gave me this number saying that if there is any further problems they will take care of it. So I call the ATT warranty department the next day (my camera broke again) and they said that they were sending me a REFURBISHED phone. I talked with them for 2 hours and they pretty much sait there is nothing they can do.
So I get this refurbished phone and right out of the box it looks of poor quality, I later find out that no matter what I do, the device will not charge. So I send in for another refurb which is of even worse condition and this one wont sync to my PC.
Do any of you guys have any ideas that could help I called the warranty department and coustomer care TWICE, asked to speak to both supervisors, threatened to change my entire family's service and they dont reply with anything except that the phone can not be replaced with a new phone. What do you think I should do?

u need to speak to managers and managers only, throw a fit make a scene in the store they'll work with u!
Learn from your mistake so you don't repeat it in the future. If you have an issue with a phone within the 30 day period, make sure it's fully taken care of within that time frame. Unfortunately you took some clerk's word for what would happen instead of double checking yourself.
AT&T most likely isn't going to do anything more from you. They have pretty good customer service and retention, but it is within their rights to give you a refurbished phone.
I also find it hard to believe that they shipped you two refurbished phones that right out of the box appeared to be of "poor quality." If the phone's had a shoddy appearance they wouldn't have been sent back out.
If your next replacement (refurb) is not functional, then tell them that it is getting ridiculous that you have had 3 replacments and they were all bad (again, I find that dubious). If the phone's are malfunctioning to any extent that you can't make calls (like a phone won't recharge) then they should be crediting your account on a daily basis when you can't use the phone.
Lastly, you can threaten to go to your credit card issuer (assuming you bought it with one) or to the BBB. Again, these are mostly threats, and I don't suggest you follow through unless you are truly getting bad refurbs 3 times in a row. Don't just take a negative attitude and look for problems becuase it isn't a new phone...you aren't likely to get one.
However, you could realistically cancel your service, and then refuse to pay any cancellation fees because they weren't honoring their end of the deal by providing you with functioning equipment. Even though you might have a leg to stand on....it will still probably get sent to collections and mar your credit.
Of the refurbs I got, these were in the condition I stated. When I called ATT they said something along the lines of 'every once in awhile a bad one slips through, but its pretty rare.'
I don't doubt a bad one slips through.... but two in a row....
What I am saying is third time is a charm...you can't keep getting bad ones
Also, I know how it can be mentally (as I would feel the same way) that a refurb just isn't as good and you would rather have a new one even if you saw a refurb pass every single test.
Try for #3 and if you are still out of luck...go with the other poster's suggestion and make a scene in the store
This reminds me of when i had the 8525 hermes. I was sent about 3 phones from them that were of bad quality. Bluetooth problems and yellowish tint screen.. The unwritten rule is that after 3 phones youre sopost to get a upgrade of the latest comperable model. Right now the tilt is the latest pocket pc but at the time, the tilt replaced the 8525 and thats how i recieved my tilt..
Moral is.... wait til the next ppc comes out and make a scene.. but also bring that point up to warranty replacement.

Happened to me last week, two bad ones, and a third one that was good. It's possible, and somewhat probable for a scenario like that to occur. It's not like saying he put a million dollars on "00" at the roulette table and won

The first one got fried by an ebay charger (I think) my daughter threw the next one and messed up the display (can't believe they haven't charged me for that one... yet) The third did't sync with my PC like one of yours and the forth one's been great. All of the replacments have been refirbs but have looked as good as new with the one being bad out of the box.
I agree with bengalih just get another one if it's bad you'll know right away if not it should be perfectly fine.

Ok you said the second phone couldnt sync to pc. If you search through this forum I guarantee there is a fix for that.
Switch providers and tell them that you are making the switch because of the level of service (with details) that you have to date.

I got a brand new custom built HP laptop ( to replace my custom built 2yr old laptop w/ 3yr accidental damage protection) because I followed the same advice I am going to give you. Similar situation with my laptop...sent it back twice, never fixed it right, 14 phone calls, over 450 minutes with customer support and such..won't bore ya with the details
Here's what I did...
Got all my phone records to them together
Had all the invoices etc together
Called and told them I had been "advised" that I had to give them one more chance to make it "right" ! Implying I had legal advise....Then I told them I was going to take them to small claims court..Period !
YES I was going to take them to court cause statistically they always settle!
If not I had my records and was in the right !!! Like you seem to be
Be stern, firm and assertive, not angry or yelling. I basically told them what will happen if they did not make it right...they folded like a cheap lawn chair and I got a brand new custom built $2000 laptop plus a full 3yr accidental damage warranty!
I still get a rush thinking about it !!!
I understand what you mean, but I am completely unprepared to take them to court over such a minor issue. Im going to expend all of my other options first, I still have to go back to the store and argue there that it is there fault because they did not support there 30-day return policy in the first place. The man let me walk out of the store with a broken phone. I should have handeled it then but I didnt realize I would be dialing in and getting more refurbs.
Also, my third refurb arrived today, the device functions completely as intended. The problem now is that the keyboard on this new device does not seem very responsive, or at least, not nearly as responsive as the keyboard on my first device (which I still have). I am upset with this as my other Tilt is in premium condition, not a single scratch. I think I am going to return this one as well.

1. they kinda HAVE to exchange your phone in store if you got it over the phone, over att.com or at a corporate store. if you are within 30 days the rep should do the exchange, the rep u got was an A*&*LE. some act like the store stock and shipping cost come from their pocket.
2. if you get an idiot customer svc rep just hangup and call back , sometime u have to bend the truth. say u have a phone that drops calls ( they are afraid of this) and u tried ur friend's SIM card and still does not work correctly.
3. sorry you did not come to my store.(NY)
4. almost impossible to get a new phone through warranty or insurance.
5. if ya'll have any Q's bout stuff PM me.

This is exactly why sometimes the "best deal" is not a good deal...
I only buy my phones from the bigger retailers, Best Buy & the company directly....
Mom & Pop shops, and online retailers:
- Cheaper up front, can usually get you the best deal if you read the fine print and agree
- Usually require a 2nd contract stating you will not change you plan (or features) within 6 months to 1 year or they charge you a penalty (usually $200 for removing OR changing the kind of data service from a phone like the tilt-- ex.: change from Unlimited data $30/month to Unlimited data & Text for $50/month, you broke the contract, they will charge you $200)
- Do not have to accept returns. Returns are done by companies as a 'favor' -- they are not required by US law (for most stores/products, some exceptions)
Big retailers or the Service Provider directly:
- Always have a return policy
- Almost never require a 2nd contract agreeing to keep features
- Usually $25 more for basic phones, up to $100 more for smartphones (they do not require Data, which most M&P/Internet sites give you $75-$100 off for getting and keeping for 6 months)
Other nice advantage of Big Retailers: If customer service at one place gives you no help and you're within reason to return it... go a few miles to another location and try again.... (again, if you're trying to return something 45 days later, you'll probably get no help where ever you go)
This wasnt a 'Mom and Pop' Shop, it was an official retailer. I was going to get the phone at a smaller AT&T but they said I would have to go to an official store that carried there high-end products. When I bought the phone the person I bought it from, I believe I have his buisiness card, but I will check later, allowed me to open the box in the store. He then told me if I wasn't satisfied I had 30 days for a return or replacement. I came back, 29 days later and they said that I had to call there warranty department because the device was not broken, and there fore he could not replace it. Essentially, they lied to me.
If it's not an AT&T corporate store, it's a Mom & Pop shop...
If they say "Authorized Retailer" they are not directly AT&T, they are reselling AT&T services and do not have to follow AT&T Corporate return policies...
Most of these locations are owned by individuals, or groups of individuals, as a business venture...
Keep in mind, anywhere from 50 to 85% of Wireless stores are NOT corporately owned by their service provider, and all of them (except T-Mobile) are allowed to put giant signs on the front of the building saying "AT&T" "Verizon" or "Sprint"... Sprint requires "Authorized Dealer" added to the logo, T-Mobile requires you to name your store something, and if you use T-Mobile logo it can be no more then 25% of the total sign space. AT&T I don't know the exact policy on their signage, but should require "Authorized Reseller" in the sign...
Of course, people can ignore these requirements, One of my old bosses did.. Hence why he's an old boss..
Quick Tip:
If they don't offer the IPhone they are not corporately owned...
At least in the DC metro area, every corporately owned AT&T store has a live active IPhone on display for customers to try

Test driving LG's VIP service

Hi Guys,
Thought I might share the first experiences with LG's VIP service.
Canyouhandlethespeed.nl is a regional LG initiative where P990's are registered and given 1st year VIP membership to support. Registration is only for a limited time and promises 24hr device replacement if all pre-req's are met.
So, 7 days after unpacking and completing registration on the website I had to call support... call was logged this morning, let's see if they can handle the SLA's
I called in to get the battery cover replaced; after only 4 days (!) of light use and stored safely in a sleeve, the brown silky coating on the battery cover was fading away, initially thought is was some dirt, but it appears the "paint" is coming off after only 4 days, wonder how this will look after 4 months of moderate use.!?
So on the phone explaining my 'problem' , the internal speaker died, strange conversation that was, hello...hello... anyone...anyone... Bueller...why aren't you responding..? -glad I didn't loose my temper, the mic was perfectly OK so all I could do is use the handsfree or headset and found another reason to swap the device.
So , the clock is ticking, let's see if support is aligned with marketing and hopefully tomorrow there's a new shiny O-Speed 2x in my hands.
EDIT 13h15: just got off the phone with support, they will send a new device, appointment is arranged for tomorrow afternoon.. I'm impressed
hmmm, today I had the same again (dying speaker, first with alot of noice, then very low volume then entirely dead) only a battery pull seems to help.
Almost sounds like the speaker cables are contacting something....
Anyway will try the VIP service aswell. Let me know how yours goes ?
Mine was replaced this morning as my touch buttons only responded above the icons, not on.
Called monday 10.30, received a call back from support on tuesday 10.35, had a new phone this morning (wednesday) 9.55 am. Not quite the 24 hours new phone, but i did get an appointment for a replacement in +-24hours.
Handed in my phone lose (no box/accessoires) and received one in a box, with charger/cable/headset.
Only thing I was worried about is that the plastic was taken off the backcover already (where is shows how to peel it of if i remember) and the battery was nearly charged, and placed inside the phone already. Doubting how new the 'new' phone was they promised haha.
To conclude it's a great service compared to sending it off for 2 weeks without replacement!

my cleaner threw out the box did you have to show them the barcode of your packaging at all ?

Good to know there are refurbished phones floating around as a replacement, I was under the impression they sent out new phones, I'll doublecheck before accepting the phone and check for screen issues and such, I can refuse the swap and apply for a new phone, after all we're VIP's right !
LG's service partner just left and delivered me a brand new device !!
I'm happy to say it all worked out fine, in this case they lived up their promise , the phone is new, not refurbished as far as I can tell, all the protective covers are in place, even the tiny ones over de vol buttons so there's a fair chance this is indeed brand-new.
I'm a happy camper, it worked out fine, within a day a replacement I can't complain.
Time to root and a Ti-restore

Hmm, so far a no go here...
Contacted them yesterday at 10 AM, was told I would be called back, however nothing yet today 3:30 PM (almost 30hrs later).
Called them today a couple of times, still a no go... everything from LG's end seems to be ok, they say, it is the 3rd party "pro assist" that seems to be messing up....
latest call, issue was escalated to LG's management, will get a callback today... let see....
(p.s. problem with the phone is the speaker, which seems to break down during a call with alot of noise)
ok well after 50 hours and several phone calls, i got a "new" phone. It has clearly been used before even the gmail account was still there [email protected]. reset it and will see if it is working better now... Still the call volume is not really good....
At least the speaker issue is not present on this one...

Arawac, oh man, I wish you weren't going through this silly phone exchange mess. Is there any way you could e-mail the previous owner & ask why he returned his phone? Therefore, when you contact LG again, use it as leverage now *knowing* you were sent a phone that perhaps wasn't fixed to begin with.

Lol i think I know, and i told them as soon as I found out ! The phone still has the same issue as the previous owner and wasnt even wiped, in fact on the internal sd i can find whatsapp conversations !!!! (and readable)
So yes i do think this is a painfull issue, considering privacy regulations and the whole VIP service idea....
Offcourse I was send to call pro-assist by LG, who after trying to reach the right person told me I would be called back.... (offcourse it doesnt happen)...

[Q] Random power off

Hey guys,
Firstly, I will admit from the start my phone has been dropped a couple of times but from around knee height at most...
I bought a contract, of which I am 2 months into, and in the last 2 weeks my phone keeps turning off randomly and wont turn on. Only sometimes when I remove the battery and sim card even, that it turns back on again. Its really frustrating, especially that I'm moving home in the next few weeks and agencies cant call me.
I am wondering if I can somehow go to the store of the company I bought it from and ask for a new one or a different phone?
I am happy to pay the difference for a galaxy note 2 dare I say which was my original choice but the LG was £10 less a month. Only thing is I purchased it online?
Many thanks to any help or advice on what might be causing this?!

A couple drops shouldn't cause this unless you're really unlucky, I dropped mine from the bench on the second day of owning it and freaked though luckily not a mark on it. I would say it's probably a fault so yeah try and return it, if it's bought online get in touch with the customer service team, most sites will have the phone number somewhere or it may be on your invoice. Check for damage or loose connections around the battery first though, good luck!

I was looking around the device but nothing is visible. I went to carphone warehouse store and they said they have to send it to LG. I will be able to tell if its a replacement or not as mine had a little dink taken out of the frame..ahh well, now two weeks of waiting to do.
They offered me a replacement phone as I went to leave like they forgot and I got a simple looking Samsung with chunky buttons! XD love retro style!

You're welcome! When I was with carphone I brought in my HTC desire z (now drowned in the toilet one drunken night) Because it was not receiving messages, and I had updated it to 2.2.1 which made it impossible to root. When I came back to the store after my holiday I was thrilled to find a brand new phone (gave me the old backplate back though, cheapskates) with the original rootable 2.2! I proceeded to root and flash my first ever ROM, cm7, crapped myself cos I bricked it, then realized I had just forgot to wipe data! Booted into cm7 and never looked back, I can't stand unrooted devices! hopefully they send you a new one, that sort of fault usually does get a new one as its hard to detect the source of the issue, good luck!

I saw on an Italian forum (androidworld.it) a thread really fun and special.
practically everyone was telling a story divertende spent with a few friends.
this is an example: long ago a friend of mine bought a galaxy ace, did nothing but talk about how it was "powerful" and fast. Once I asked him why he had not bought a galaxy if he said "That ca * ata? do not even have the processor!" a few months after they stole him and took a replacement for galaxy w. One day he told me he did not like, which was slow etc.etc. then, seeing my old modded Vodafone Smart, asked me how I did and so I talked to him a little bit of root, overclock, and more. Two days later comes back with 'I'm w galaxy where he had installed go launcher and a theme to nokia, the beautiful thing is that then I said, "I have labored hours to change the operating system, I put one of my old nokia. While doing transfer system I almost risked twice to break it ... "At that moment I did not know whether to laugh in his face or jump out the nearest window.
Another time a friend of mine came up to me all happy and told me "I bought the smartphone, the new advertising there." However I wanted to spare me tell you that there is no difference between a smartphone and a lg tribe

i just finished unbricking a HTC one v which was my friends-friends sons. he said that his son tried to flash a kitkat rom on it, and he screwed up becuase he flashed kitkat for HTC one, lol. he mentioned that his son is 12, so i wont expect that to be true .

Ahahahah epic
today i had a stupid moment of myself. i received a HTC M8x(asian variant) to root it for a friend. I did everything and proceeded to flash a custom kernel. when it finished the screen went black. holding power button did nothing and connecting to charger didnt budge it. for 30mins i was panicking and trying to revive it. so i tried turning it on after 30mins so i pressed the power button to see id it does anything.... and it turned on and it was still in recovery. the lock feature from TWRP made a fool of me, thinking that i bricked it lol.

A couple weeks ago I was fixing a cracked screen on my friends phone. I had to drive quite far to get the part and when I had just replaced the screen and started replacing all the other components (the screen is under everything), I managed to pinch a ribbon cable and rip it off. This was only a few hours before I wanted to surprise him with the fixed phone. I ended up going in rush hour traffic to a closer more expensive shop to get another replacement and fixing the phone with only a few minutes before I had to go meet my friend. Overall he was happy I fixed it but I don't think he'll ever know how much trouble it was to do.

Phone exploded (solved.)

Issue solved by Nokia/Hmd together with Mediamarkt Sweden with above and beyond kind of service,
They handled the issue quick and effective without any pressure from social media or newspapers. Kept me up to date with any type of progress in the matter.
And even let me replace the phone with another brands phone due to certain reasons, they also provided for extra accessories to the replacement phone even though it was another brand as well as putting out extra credit at the store of my choice for future purchases.
So my hat comes of for them for the 11 star of 5 stars maximum service
got real issue on my phone night between 23/24 july wich resulted in me and my girl waking up and in less then 1 min the appartement was smokefilled and the phone was like a blowtorchand we managed to toss it from a 3 floor window onto the street wbelow.
we ggot lucky that we ive in a small 1 bedroom appartment with a working smoke alarm just few meters away in the same room .
the phone is now seng in to nokia/hmd EU service center for inspectionon what went wrongwith the device.
and even though this happend i cant wait to get a replacement/new nokia 7plus since i realy loved the model.
hope they find anything fast if there is something wrong with it since the model in my eyes still is a greatphone

atm the phone is on the way to nokia/hmd main service in EU since they where extremly eager to check it out on what may have gone wrong and they helpedme to get a basic timeline by lots of questions so to see if there was any strange behaviour with the phone prior to the event
and as i understood this was basicaly a first for themwith this kind of event specially since it wasnt plugged in atm of the explosion . so i am waiting on reply from them for reciving and first checkup on the device.

Oh yeah, didn't hear such a thing before. Please keep us updated. I'd like to know more about how they handle the issue and what information they provide about the root cause. Also, I'm glad they intervened and took notice of it without needing a special pressure from social media (which is the case for most brands).

I've never heard of HMD Nokia Android Phone explosion incident before - at least in China, only battery bulging incident on overused Nokia 6.1.
Please keep this topic updated, we want to know their attitude upon this issue.
still no news from nokia/hmd other then they are putting everything under a microscope to try and find anything that might have gone wrong.
So update on this issue.
So far they couldn’t find anything wrong in design of the phone and or battery so it looks like it was just one of them crazy bad luck happening.
They still haven’t completely checked everything as I understood but they felt satisfied to close the matter on mud end and do more testing without me having to wait for all answers.
And the solution on the matter for me as I got. New phone and accessories like SD cards, cases, Custom screen covers, wireless headphones as well as a bunch of extra store credit for future purchases.
However due to demands from girlfriend that the same model of phone was not allowed inside ever again if I wanted to sleep in the same bed/apartment ever again I had to pick another model.
However since they didn’t have any similar phone model.
They came up with the suggestion of me picking from any brand of phone even from their competitors. So now I have bramd of phone and really happy with the solution in the end..
So to all that might be worried about this repeating itself don’t be.
Also even hat it took some time I am extremely happy with the solution in this matter as well as they will update me with any future findings in this matter.
Best service i ever experienced in a cellphone warranty issue.
Nokia/hmd gets 11 out of 10 stars for their handeling of the service around this issue.

I took a samsung A40 instead due to the fact that it was good enough for my current needs but I do miss my Nokia. But as My girlfriend Put in her veto against the Nokia 7plus model I didn’t have much choice.
Nokia’s work in the matter is the best I ever encountered when it comes to Customer service and I feel they took it extremely serious to find a solution on the matter and as I understood it was just a one time happening.
But I am happy with the new phone since it is quick software and takes decent photos, but I am going to miss the Nokia.
