I am using froyo v 0.25 and i have no problems. Today i flashed froyobread v20 , 21, 22, 23 and froyo 1.0 and in all on them i have the same problem...WiFi is very very very slow...i can't download anything...
1.Does anyone have the same problem???
2.How to resolve the problem???
I have no such problem.
I had slow wifi at Floyo 0.30 if i am not getting wrong,and i had this problem because of the wifi N enabling.If you are slow because this reason,just disable it.(but i am not wrong,i guess there are no N enable for these version.)
My phone's performance works the greatest at Floyo 0.20 but i am using Floyo 1.0b now because of it has more features xD.
I never had such a problem... Using FroyoBread v023b now.
Did you do a full wipe after flashing ?

No...i did a full wipe before installing them
I installed it again...i did a full wipe after installing....at the beggining it worked very slow...then i rebooted...and it worked fine for 15 minutes...and now it turns on and off by its self...it says...connecting...disconnected...turning on...turning off...obtaining ip adress...scaning...again and again...this rom is useless without wifi...is there any way to solve this problem???...if not im going back to froyo 0.25...al least that rom is stable
can anyone help?
I have the same problem. My solution is to manually change the IP settings on the phone and after a couple of restarts, everything was normal. I hope you to succeed.

I Confuse
For me Froyobread runs very smooth and stable. I didn't noticed any memory problems (I don't pay attention to have 100 or more free MB). You could definetly give this ROM a try
Froyobread is without a doubt the best ROM out there at the time. I'm using it for month or two and I haven't had to reboot/full wipe/.. a single time (if I don't count reboot to apply new theme). I've tried other ROMs, but with Floyo I have market FC, which makes it useless, xGin has camera limit as all GB ROMs and it couldn't find my SD card (I may have done something wrong, but I wasn't able to find a solution). Only thing that I don't like is that the video recording is out of sync with audio.

its stable.i updated from 20 to 21 but i had problems updating to 21b
I didn´t find any differents in stability between v020 and v021b

i have updated and very stable and having great features like no froce close for google maps 5.7 and cyanogenMod 7
I have tried nearly all roms, minicm6/7,xgin,floyo, racth other ports and i find v22 the best, all froyobread was smooth for me. 1 problem was the CWM included with Froyobread keeps giving fatal error so i just flash dualboot in xrecovery from the multiboot thread and all is well again.

Also for me FroyoBread (v022) is really smooth and full working. I had only a problem with WiFi connection, solved using WPA2 + TKIP encryption instead of WPA2 + AES encryption. This worked with my router DLink DIR-635.

I have tried out several ROMs during the past days and, it seems, I came across a strange thing I can not solve. My problem is that I am not able to use my wifi network at home and at work if using Kuyadroid 3.149 or GingerDx v10 ROMs, but it works if using the stock ROM or FroyoBread 023b. However, I was able to connect other free wifi hotspots in the town with all ROMs.
Wifi router at home: Zyxel P-600 series
I tried with enabled and disabled encryption.
Tried 802.11g, 802.11b, 802.11g+ and mixed options
The phone connects, but there is no traffic at all with Kuyadroid 3.149 or GingerDx v10, but it works w/o problems with Froyobread.
Wifi at work:
With Froyobread, I am able to connect using LEAP Wifi Free app from the Android market, but it does not work with Kuyadroid 3.149 nor with GingerDx v10 ROMs.
I would like to use the Kuyadroid or GingerDx, but I am not able to solve this issue. Is there some difference between these ROMs which could cause this behavior?
Any advise would be appreciated.
PS: I always wipe out everyting when installing a new ROM, including Dalvik etc..
This is just to let you know guys, that my problems were solved using the latest GingerDX v011 rom.

Yea...if u havent root, use stock rom,2.1 eclair (not like u have other rom),root,install xrec or CWM, then flash Gingerdx ( follow the instruction at gdx thread)

nop just have that on your cel and you can flash it, and remember making a full wipe for better results on the rom

Facing a Problem on gingerdx on Linuxdx,
Used this combination for last 2 wks had no problem, today I activated the 3g on it,
Now the Market App is not working, Internet is quite slow, Apps are not downloading and restarts.
It is not so that i have not updated apps, I used to do the same by Wi-Fi Hotspots,
Can somebody help me on this,

To flash KERNEL you need unlock bootloader.
To install ROM you need root + recovery.

Excuse, but I installed it with xRecovery and I have no bugs. I only feel that battery draining is higher than stock ROM, but that's all. I've used it for a week without problems.

i also installed it with the xRecovery but i had alot of bug until i installer it with CWM buy strangely i have only 1 bug whit all the roms (without counting battery drain in some of them) it's the camera after having the room like 14 hrs when i put tehe cmaera it appears a black grid :S in the gingerDX there were only 8 lines all in the middle anyone knows why?

how do i check if the camera it's the problem?
really i don's have any idea obviously with the stock no problms but only appears with the roms sometimes they don't appear(lite 2 of 20 :S) i can take photos they dont appear with the grid lines...

u can use with stock kernel too, if u wanna use custom kernel then u need to unlock bootloader, and all gingerdx roms v14 and above needs to be installed with cwm
go to settings/ Accounts & Sync and hit auto-sync or down on list hit on gmail account
I have cwm 3.2.0.0 is the same thing with cwm v014+???

I suggest you the XGin 6.1, tha only bug what i found its the reboot, you cannot reboot to CWM from reboot menu, but if you tap the screen you can enter into it!

You should try STORMIX V2.2.0 or CM-X V1.1 , this ROMs works great with stock kernel, I tried both and everything is fine, fast, and the framework is most cute than GingerXperia.

I've installed Rocket Rom v21 and Abyssnote 3.5 and
after booting, I can't seem to open facebook anymore.
It opened once but it took about 30 minutes and it loaded with only text.
Has anyone else experienced this?

There was a problem wit facebook app which use to show dual toolbar in V18 of rocket rom, but after when i updated it to v21 everything is fine now, FB is quick and bug free.. with v21 everything should be working good..
Try wiping the rom and install it again or jus use basic LA4-ROM and upgrade v21 on it..

NVM fixed. It was just my wifi. I thought nothing was wrong since I could access it with my desktop just fine.
