how do i install the stock weather app of lg p970 to nova v8 rom? i tried copying the apk of the original app of lg opp black but wen i installed to nova v8 it said installation unsuccesful. please help really want that app. i dnt want to use the orig rom coz its slow. tia
install weather with terminal emulator:
type "su" then "nova"
then search the install app point,
next install stock app´s, there is the weather app inside.

is there any way i cn get xperia s launcher with xperia widgets...n most importanly xperia events n timescape.....
i tried installing another version of xperia launcher but it wont install....i tried flashing xperia event zip file but the timescape wigets isnt appearing,,,,,
I HOPE I HV POSTED IN THE RIGHT SECTION....IF NT PLZ LET ME KNOW.....i just want this for my self....if anyone knows plz let me know....

thanks but timescape isnt working...i flashed the addon from suppresed rom.....
It wont work.. its only for xperia... only ported apps of other rom works.. difficult to port timescape.. ask achyut.. he is into SE a lot.. suppresed rom is his creation

You know the significant changes between the soft cam of S and T??
I have no changes i flashed it in cwm but the stock camera from Xperia T stays the same.
I have no more FC systemUI when i am using the camera with Tab 'n' grid mod

I like this mod also, put in on my T and used the S camera mod. But I get a bug on the dialpad- see here:

I tried a few things mentioned on the forums (see below), but no luck. I know this hasn't been officially ported to the T yet, but was just wondering if anyone got it working on their T and how they did it. Otherwise I will just wait for the dev to port it (please do so soon....)

Before I try it, just gonna clarify: the regular dialer works fine, as your screenshot shows. m is the dialpad that pops up when I need to enter numbers during a call. That's the one that's messed up...did you have that problem?

I have a fix rename the Dialpadfix Xperia T apk to SemcPhone copy it to system/app with rootexplorer overwrite set
permissions rw-r--r--change owner an group both 0-root reboot

Hi, I flashed you XS camera zip along with the Tab n Grid for Xperia ION v3 (My rom is XperimenT 1.5, fw 7.0.A.223) and I got no more SystemUI FC But whenever I try to use the "3D Sweep Panorama" function I got the SystemUI force close again I tried to wipe cache partition and dalvik, flashed the zip again and rebooted but then I got it worse :crying: It popped up "Error: Camera is not available" Please help, I'm now using a clean rom, but I really looking forward to having the Tab n Grid fully fuction on my screen :victory:

Hi,i don`t no if this gonna work first make a nandroid back up. Rename the Xperia fix 3d to SemcCamera3D put it in system/app overwrite
set permissions rw-r--r-- change owner and group both in 0-root.Go to settings/apps/all/3D Camera clear data reboot

Btw I just wanna ask : Does the XS camera reduce the quality of the picture ?? I flashed the zip, and I know my camera still have the option 10MP and 13MP But when I take a picture, the picture seems a little bit "unclearer " than before And also the focus doesn't seems to work well, focus very fast but not accurate Or may be it's just my eyes , but still want to ask you if you feel the same thing, and maybe we'll find a solution for it Also, now I have a little problem: Whenever I tap on the third tab in systemui preference (Open by tap the "three dot block" on the bottom left corner of the expanded status bar. The third tab is to customize the toggles, toggels' orders, etc...) I got the message : "Unfortunately, System Preference has stopped" I'm using the Xperia ION v3 mod. Please help

I´ve been trying to install some Xperia app packs like this one... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2059203 . I´ve changed the update-binary on every zip to flash. Always the apps stop inmediatly when I open them. Anyone can tell me what can I do? I´ve used AIO pack that installs flash player and do more stuff.

Did anyone try to use Xperia's clock (with alarm, timer, world clock and others in one)?

Hi,
FYI root is not mandatory for using a 3rd party launcher...
Anyways, just install the desired launcher app as you normally install an APK
> go to settings
>display
>default launcher
>select the launcher you have installed
>click the Home button..
That's it...

Yes it is. I thought Xperia Launchers need proper framework and stuff to make it work. I tried installing just by the APK itself and it has problems. Pushing the needed framework files solved it though.
