[Q] GT-1000 cannot root, cannot format

Hi there,
i have Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 with 2.2 Froyo installed on it, my problem is that i cannot start it up, the real problem is that it starts but restarts after booting ( not at the samsung logo but when the display shows the applications that are not responding ). i tried to restore to its factory setting from boot-loader (power + vol-up buttons) wiping cache, it does say that formatting done but once it restarts it has the same problem, restarts as previously described. What comes to my mind is that probably it has some security that doesn't allow to wipe everything and get it to factory settings (if this is the case that would suck).
baseband is: P1000XXJMA
another question (probably a noob one ): is it possible to use another baseband or no?
i would appreciate any suggestion/solution to this problem!

Get your model right first.
You are sure it is a tab 7.7? Not tab 7"?

[Q]

i tried to flash a zip for galaxy y to my friend's galaxy ace.
everything was perfect ultil i press "reboot system now"
the phone shut down and never turn on again
i try to boot in to recovery and download but the screen is black as f*******
what am i supposed to do beside take it to the samsung centre

More details please... What zip was it ? A Rom ?

the zip contains ext manager to increase internal memory. my galaxy y works just fine. but my friend isnt very lucky
i search on the internet, they said it is hardbrick

Try to flash stock via odin. See if the phone is detected despite of the black screen.

Galaxy mini cdma help

I have flashed a wrong package in galaxy mini cdma i559,
The phone is dead
No download mode
No recovery
Try to get it jtag, but still no help.
Any last solutions? Besides sending to SSC

If not, What happens when u plug your charger and try to turn on ur device?

a local shop guy said it's the problem with device's hard disk.

I'm sorry to inform you that your motherboard is , and you must change it but i don't suggest changing it, beacuse it can die quickly

Galaxy Tab P1000 Upgrading was unsuccessful and it dose not want to boot

My galaxy tab p1000 won't boot up, I tried upgrading it and it was unsuccessful, when I try to charge it the camera flash keeps coming on and going off. Is it BRICKED or Soft BRICKED, or is there any solution. Please help and thanks in advance

GT P1000 Won't boot, won't go into recovery or download mood

Please guys I really need your help, my tab p1000 won't boot after an unsuccessful upgrade, only the led light and a blank screen come up when ever I want to turn it on or charge. It can't even go into recovery or download mode. Is there any solution for it? Please help me and thanks in advance

some background information on what you did exactly would be helpful..

I wanted to upgrade to 2.3 Using Odin, after watching a YouTube video by Vio Tutorials and reading some tread here. Odin showed pass and when I tried to reboot the tab only the sound came up the screen was blank, I tried connecting it to PC at first the PC recognized it but later it discontented and since then if I connect to PC only the camera led comes on and off, Thanks
