however, it has been deleted from Multiupload. Does anyone have this zip laying around (latest version) and wouldn't mind to upload it for me and this community?

can any one tell me how i would get the wallpapers from cyanogens latest test build onto rodriguiz rom that dont have them? thanks in advance
This has been asked a quite a few times in the past. They are in ADWLauncher.apk, extract and they are there in /res/drawable-hdpi/.
Can someone tell this newbie what the differences are between these two ROMS? I've currently running Eugene's (saw it first), but am curious as to what I would get (or miss) if I was to flash Team Whiskey's instead.
My biggest gripe with the Vibrant is the piss poor batter life. I run Launcher Pro and never really cared for TW.
Can someone post the biggest differences between these two ROMS so I can decide if I want to reflash? Also, I assume if I flash to Team Whiskey's Obsidian, I'll have to reload all my apps....... yet again? I have them backed up using Titanium Backup.

honestly its all personal preference... theme... included apps / removed bloatware... each rom (and theres actually one or 2 others floating around the first couple pages) offers different things... I flashed eugenes unoffical stock tmoobile rom... and like yourself i hate stock tw launcher so i installed the modified tw launcher.. which is located in the i9000 forum... (also in eugenes r10 rom... and a link to the thread in his rom description)... so flash each one.. if you use odin make sure you are able to access recovery / download mode via the hardware buttons... (read the vibrant bible.. all the info you could want / need on customizing ur vibrant)

If you go with Team whiskey's Onyx it already has TW removed and LP installed since no TW also cuts down more on lag since TW never has to load

is there an adobe flash apk floating around for the Hero? I rooted my friends Hero with Cyan 6.0 and now updating to 6.1 and he wasnt happy that he couldnt play some videos since it had the HTC flash player. I noticed that the adobe flash player app is not on the market. I searched and didnt find. I rock an N1 so im not up to speed on things for the hero. If someone could link me or point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

there isn't flash for the hero, 10.1 won't run on our armv6 processors, there are some roms which contain flash 10.1 lite, but as for an apk, couldn't help you. with the lite version, check around in some of the roms, or tell your friend to check... good luck.

I have been trying with no luck to find the directory of all the wallpapers for the custom roms I have downloaded for my captivate. I have tried about 10 new roms and I really wanted to try and get a collection of the wallpapers that come with each one... Has anyone done this already that could share a zip or rar of them? Thanks in advance! btw I settled on paragon 5.
p.s. I especially like the "stone like" one from Assonance.
Hi there, I want to upgrade my SGS to ICS, seen some threads, read some but still I'm not too sure from where I should start, what should I load and what tutorial from here is the most usefull.
I would like someone to point me towards a simple, yet working tutorial on how to install ICS. Thanks!

just check out the development section, look especially for teamhacksung ROM.
I did it the following way:
Base: SGS with latest stock-rom
0. Backup your data
1. Install CM7.1
therefor head over to cyanogenmod, a detailed description is given there. At a glance: install root-kernel, install cm7, do the wipes
2. just install the ics rom from teamhacksung or other via cwm-recovery as described in teamhacksung-thread and do the wipes.
Of course it's possible that something goes wrong, but I've tested already several new roms and nothing went wrong...
