try full wipe in xrecovery it will resolve your problem

Try using the application Fasterfix from the market, choosing your region. I think GingerDX is optimised for North America ! I know I have no problem with GPS on that rom, it is very fast after the optimisation of Fasterfix.
Hope it will be helpful and solve your problem.

Maybe you have to update your agps data with "gps status" or "ulysse gizmo", both from market.
For me i have a gps fix in a few seconds

In another forum I find a fix for europe, in system/etc has two archives: "gps.conf" and "gps_brcm_conf.xml" if you change with my archives you can connect to GPS satellites.
Sorry for my English.

Download that archives: dl.dropbox.com/u/82170661/gps%20espa%C3%B1a.rar, change the originals and try it.
It's work better if you change before flashing the update: open the .zip enter in system/etc and change then flash in CWM

You can try by changing region Code.

yes maybe the problem is in the region code...in some roms you have this issue
WiFix Manager will solve your problem, just tic emulate on every boot option if i still remember to solve your reboot problem, and change your region code to scan for new network.

Updating apps

Hi all,
I have a Xperia Z1 running KitKat and have a problem with app updates, wonder if I'm the only one or that others also suffer from this problem. I have disabled in the Update Center the automatic update of apps and also in the Playstore, nevertheless apps get updated all the time. Since I use mostly my data connection, this costs me a lot of data usage. Even if I set updates only to be done via Wifi, which is most of the time off, apps will get updated all the time via my data connection. Any ideas/fixes to solve this problem??
Thanks in advance and kindest regards, kuzibri
Go to Setting -> Data, set limited value and find restrick background data. Good luck!

First go to settings/data usage. Set data limit. Or even go to settings/more/mobile and networks/apn and delete your APNs
Even if did not work, do the below method
Flash a stock Rom
Then see what happens
Hi guys,
thanks for your replies. I already installed a data limit, but with your answers, the problem is potentially not solved. Question still is: How is it possible that apps keep on updating whilst this possibility is disabled in the Playstore as well as in the Update Center
kindest regards, kuzibri

Download Avast anti virus and in the firewall part, choose which which apps are allowed to use net
I don't know whether this option needs root or not
So if it needs, root your phone and maybe your problem will be solved

Try the Avast
If didn't work, I think its name is AF WALL
It has a firewall that can let which apps could use net and which could not
And also it needs root access too
