hi developers
last few days i fixed my galaxy s screen in samsung-iraq .. the screen is good
but they skrew up the menu button once i return to them they said we cant fix it
so
what should i do ?
is there another way to use this broken button ?
like change the function of another button like Home button ?
some one told me about something called s3c-keypad.kl
but i dont know what it is
my ROM is
F1 galaxy s2 V6

hi guys,
i have a problem with my tab. i just got my self a new galaxy tab. i noticed that whenever i charge my phone/tablet the touchscreen does not react. if it is locked it wont unlock the slider wont even move the power button works and wakes the tablet but touchscreen does not react but when i remove the charger it works just fine. i noticed it after i bought it and charged it at home.
can anyone tell me whats wrong or is this normal? so that i can return it to the service provider that i got it with.

no its not normal . its kinda of lags ... maybe wipe cash , wipe factory reset will refresh your tab ... NOTE : this will delete everything in your tab .. give it a shot , if nothing happen , then perhaps a visit for the SP you bought it from will be a good thing
btw : whats you model ? firmware ?
ok i will try that out but i need to be rooted to do the wipe right? mine is not rooted yet.

nope you don't have too
just off your tab ... after your tab off , hold up volume and power button together until your tab boot .. after the tab boot directly move your hands from the buttons , you'll go through the stock recovery , you control the options by volume up and by home button you choose the wipe for both

I think i may have got some water damage on my phone. My home button has stopped working but the other two at either side of it are still fine. The thing is i can still use it to get into recovery.download mode. Has anyone had this problem? Is there anything i can do?
I have been reading about a softkey that can be used if home button dead. Is that a program or part of a rom?

My Galaxy S3 mini keep pressing home button or hold the home button by itself for no reason. The home button is half-broken.
Is there anyway to disable home button and disable recent-apps???
i have disabled home button from wake up. Just need 2 things to be disabled. Recent-apps and home button...
my phone is rooted and i already lost my warranty.

I did it on my SGS3Mini GT-I8190 some time ago just to see if it really works and it does so no problems (don't know about the SGH-T599 US version though)
But bare in mind that TouchWiz will look strange with soft-keys as it is designed to use physical ones instead xD just change launcher

Had the same problem, but cyanogen mod can disable homebutton.
Hi guys few days ago i used a rom Alliance 5.0.1 tw based on my note 4 tmo there was a option if your screen is off u can turn on your flashlight by pressing vol up im thinking is there any way that i can start my video by pressing some button while screen is off thnx in advance
