Hi,
I have bought the Philips SHB 6110 Headset and I can connect it succesfully to my HTC Touch HD.
Hoever I want to use the headset for calling on skype or realated PC software, thus I want to connect the headset to the PC.
I had one bluetooth dongle but it didn't want to connect, I bought another one cheap just to try, Trust Bt-2100p, which comes with a Toshiba stack, however I cannot connect with those ones either.
The Trust dongle supports BT 2.0 + EDR
I think it is because of the profiles, the headset has the following profiles:
Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, Bluetooth stereo
support (A2DP – Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile, AVRCP – Audio Video
Remote Control Profile), Bluetooth mono
support (HSP – Headset Profile, HFP
– Hands-Free Profile)
However, for the bluetooth dongle usually it is not written on the pack which profiles it supports.
Do you think I could try to make it work, or do I need to buy another bluetooth dongle with A2DP?
I just put mine in discovery mode and it find the headset
and it see the profile
I use the ms stack got the usb bluetooth with a ms mouse
with bluetooth
used a bluetake stereo headset before and that worked ok with
the toshiba stack unlike the broadcomm bt stack which would
only do headset not a2dp
I have a Pioneer DEH-500UB Car Head Unit with a Pioneer CD-BTB200 Bluetooth adapter
The Phone Syncs and works with Audio and Phone, however when I choose to transfer phone book, the bluetooth is disconnected
I have Eclair 2.1 ( Rogers ) , any ideas?
Also, is there is way to auto connect to Car Bluetooth with Phone and Audio Profile?
Team,
I have a Z1 with 4.4.2.
I ride a motorbike with on-board bluetooth and bluetooth enabled GPS. I also have a bluetooth headset.
I have an application on my phone called Garmin Smartphone Link that enhances the information on the GPS via bluetooth. I have just seen that the phone can handle simultaneous B/T connections so would I be able to connect the phone to the GPS (for Smartphone link) aas well as retain the main B/T connection between the phone and the headset?
Cheers
I've tried using a smartwatch with wireless headphones and a heartmonitor and it was too much for it, it lags and wasn't communicating well.
I can use smartwatch + HRM, didn't try SmartWatch + Heaphones, but it works well in my car with SmartWatch + A2DP audio.
I use bluetooth headset and the quality is terrible poor.. I use the same bluetooth device with an old samsung windows mobile and is fine.
Is there any issue with bluetooth and our device or android system?
My handsfree in the car is also very quiet.
Bought a new smart tv that is capable of outputting bt sound. No bt headphones tho. So i have an "old" android phone just gathering dust. Can i make it into an A2DP receiver so i can plug my wired headphones in ?
