I'm currently using MIUI rom on my HD2 (with tytung kernel r12_beta1) and wanted that same image to be displayed for the entire boot process.

2. Restart your phone
3. Enter Recovery by Holding the 'Home' botton
4. Install zip from SD card > Choose zip from sdcard > Navigate and select cLK_ppp_tytung_r12_white_HTC_splash.zip
5. Reboot

For boot animation:
1. Copy HTCwhite.mtz from MIUI_bootanimation folder to your SD card
2. Start Themes application > Customize > Boot Animation > Press Menu > Import from SD card > Browse and select HTCwhite.mtz > Apply
Click to collapse
Restart your phone and check if that same image is displayed.
Note: MIUI FM radio and data are working

Or is it possible to get an file, that only change the image, that we can use it for further kernel changes?!
I hope that tomorrow will have some time to update it to 12.4.

Installation instructions
***First and foremost, extract the zip file to a folder on your desktop. It is NOT a stand-alone CWM zip file!***
To install the first splash screen(displayed before MAGLDR):
1. Power off your HD2.
2. Holding the volume down key, press the power button and turn on the device. Continue to hold the volume down key until you see a rainbow screen. This is the bootloader screen.
3. Plug your HD2 into your PC and you should see it switch to "USB". Your PC may need to install drivers. If it does, wait for it to finish and then you should see "USB" on your device.
4. Once you are connected to your PC and your phone displays "USB", open the folder labeled "First (Before MAGLDR)" and run "CustomRUU.exe". Follow the on-screen prompts and instructions and you will soon see it flashing your device. Don't worry, this will not erase anything on your device. It will only change the first splash screen you see before MAGLDR and nothing else.
5. Once the update is complete, your phone will reboot itself.
6. Enjoy your new first splash screen!
To install the second splash screen(displayed after MAGLDR):
1. Copy "HTC_Splash_Screen.zip" to somewhere on your SD card that you will remember where it is.
2. Reboot your device and hold the power key until you boot into MAGLDR.
3. Select option 8 to boot into CWM Recovery.
4. Using install zip from SD Card option, browse to where you copied the zip file to and select it as the file you want to install.
5. After installation has finished, reboot recovery and your phone will boot back up again into Android.
6. Enjoy your new second splash screen!
To install the Boot Animation(displayed after 2nd Splash Screen):
1. Copy "HTC_Boot_Animation.zip" to somewhere on your SD card that you will remember where it is.
6. Enjoy your new Boot Animation!
You will find the download for this great new HTC "Stock" Splash Screen and Boot animation below.
Enjoy and don't forget to hit the Thanks button if you enjoy my work!

Splash 1(before MAGLDR) is to be flashed from bootloader using CustomRUU. NOT CWM. If you try to use CWM it will just fail since it's not a CWM zip file.
Splash 2(after MAGLDR) is to be flashed from CWM.
Read the instructions I wrote up in the first post and it will walk you through every step of the process.
Enjoy!
Boot animation removed temporarily. Ironing out some bugs.
EDIT: Boot animation is fixed and back online! Enjoy folks!!

I'm noob too. So, I'm make some step by step to get you to your goal without any worry. (If you have mobile odin pro of cause)
1. Download this 4 package
- ODIN 1.85 for Windows
- Sheep Rom v2.2 (You can flash this rom with odin with out any flash counter and it's build-in root)
- Mobile Odin FlashKernel for Note (will need this for your Mobile Odin Pro)
- Kies (You need this package from Sammy to install Mobile driver for you)
- Stock Rom by your choice
2. Make your phone into download mode by press and hold "Volume Down + Home + Power" until you see screen with yellow sign (Don't panic this is not legendary flash counter sign )
3. Press "Vol Up" to continue You'll see green android mascot.
4. Unzip "ODIN" package and "Sheep Rom" then Install "Kies"
5. Run ODIN with Odin3 v1.85.exe
6. You will see something like this. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable (program status become yellow when you connected to PC) (If Kies try to start just cancle and close it)

11. If you can boot normally then you're good to go. Just Install Mobile Odin and FlashKernel package.
12. Move new stock rom you want to flash to Build-in SDCARD by connect your mobo phone with USB cable. (New portable device name GT-N7000 will show. If it's not just try reconnect again)

1. I replaced my boot animation, but my phone does not show the animation instead gets started up on its own.
A. That can only happen when you don't have any boot animation, so make sure you place the file in the correct folder.
2. I replaced the boot animation but my phone doesn't startup, hangs on the boot loop.
A. This means you probably had something error in your system/OS earlier. Follow these steps to recover it back :-
What you should do is first try to boot into Recovery. To do this, first turn it off. If you can't get it to turn off, press and hold both the power and volume down and wait until the screen goes black (this can take more than 10 seconds). Once the screen goes black, IMMEDIATELY, press ALL THREE BUTTONS (Power and Volume UP & DOWN) at ONCE and HOLD them until a white text on black background screen appears, then release all. This screen is called the Boot mode selection menu. You should see a list of menu selections, and one should be Recovery. Press the Volume DOWN button until Recovery is highlighted. If you pass it DO NOT PRESS Volume UP...instead keep pressing Volume DOWN and it will start back at the top again. Once you have Recovery highlighted, NOW press Volume UP to select. The screen will go BLACK, then you'll see the Motorola Red Circle with the M, and then the screen will go BLACK again for a bit, then you'll see a Green Droid on its back with the belly open and a Red Triangle with an Exclamation point in the open belly. This is known as the "Triage" screen. Now press BOTH Volume buttons at once and release. Now you'll be in the Android system recovery utility screen with Blue text on a Black background. The Volume buttons here both work for up and down. First, I'd like you to try simply wiping the cache partition by highlighting that line and pressing the Power button and then wipe data/factory reset. Once done, highlight the reboot system now selection and press Power. All your data will be lost.

3. I cant see any "R/W" button on the top of the screen of ROOT EXPLORER to tap.
A. This means you are probably not rooted. Root your phone otherwise it wont give you permissions to write into /system.

Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 - CM 10 Maclaw/Rooted/V6

Root BlueStacks Beta-1
DROID BIONIC BOOT ANIMATIONS
This is something I can get behind, I also thought the list would be bigger. On the other hand I guess it would be bad to go around ripping custom boot animations out of custom roms and then posting them.
Can you add the boot animation sounds?

Complete noob here. Any help in recovering the device would be much appreciated.
I was trying to install a custom ROM on my T713.
1) I started without unlocking the bootloader. I was under the impression that Download Mode is substitute for unlocked bootloader on Samsung devices.
2) I flashed TWRP using Odin. Booted in TWRP and took a backup. But the Internal Storage wouldn't mount for me to save the backup file on PC.
3) I decided to see if I could save the backup file by booting in the regular OS. But then the display got stuck in the loading window ("SAMSUNG").
4) I booted into TWRP again, and tried to (a) reset the file system and then (b) change the file system (first to ext2 then to ext4). Still the Internal Storage wouldn't mount.
5) So according to this thread, I decided to unlock the bootloader.
6) I referred to this thread mentioned on Samsung support forum. Downloaded CF-AUTO-ROOT from firmware.mobi and flashed it with Odin. That's when I got this error:
{

}
:
The tablet won't boot into recovery anymore. The forced reboot (Home + Power + Volume-) would bring me back to this screen.
7) Smart Switch PC software didn't recognize the device.
So, latest update is that I am stuck with this screen and no way out.
Hate to say that but if this is what you could only access you are left with a nice paperweight, Unless you can access other any screens than this.
I feared so. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
Do you have any other wisdom to share in the matter? E.g. where did it go wrong? at what stage should/could I have turned back?

That blue screen is not the end a such, as I undestand (I'm still learning), you have 2 options:
1. Boot into download mode: hold down Power & Volume down until the screen switches off then flip straight into download mode by holding Home + Volume Down + Power
2. Flash your tablet with stock ROM with ODIN (there are some tutorials online if you duckduckgo it)
