Netflix

I heard there is a way to watch netflix on the captivate... I heard you must ber overclocked to at least 1.2 can anyone confirm its not a netflix app theres some workaround to watch from the website

I know you can now get Hulu on your Cappy, haven't found a Netflix mod as of yet.

It would be nice if it worked. I use it all the time on my ps3.

Netflix already posted on there blog a few months ago that they are coming out with the same App WP7 has soon. They accidentally showed a new phone at CES that had the Netflix App on it... Just a matter of time.

Has anyone tried the Netflix apk just released? Does it work on Incredible S?
I'm thinking about getting a membership, but need to know if works first.

I was able to install the app, but like sdxda posted, streaming is not working.

Alternative to Smartshare?

I know I've seen an app on the market for doing the same as smartshare but I can't for the life of me remember its name. Tried googling for it too but to no avail.
Can anyone recommend a good app that'll stream the vids on my P990 with CM7 through my PS3?

Why no support from Hulu for tablets?

I'm curious why Hulu isn't supporting the android tablets yet... everything is supported except our tablets
I've seen alot of posts here for people trying to make it work, but that's it... nothing official
so is there a reason that we know of?

I have Hulu.com working on my Xoom.

Yeah, we have it on our fire and the ipad. No love for xoom
To make it work on the http though, don't the xoom need to have a hacked flash apk?

So what if there's no support for hulu. Pretty sure someone made it possible for xoom users to watch hulu on the browser. I did it awhile ago and the steps are really easy if you have rooted your xoom.

Well that's the problem... if it's rooted
why do I have to root my phone to do something that it should do from the start?
my atrix which runs a very similar OS can run hulu. it's the same damn thing almost...
or my gf. she won't know the R of Root if she wanted to root her tablet to watch family guy on hulu...

Pretty sure because the Kindle is based off of Gingerbread and not Honeycomb.

Very good point. Maybe ICS will bring Hulu without having to root etc...

Never tried on Xoom till today, have Atrix. Xoom is on Moray , no dice either user agent string so scrolled down and going to probably use ... Have netflix and had Hulu plus but didn't use it enough... Basically just watched Tosh.0 with it and every thing else was free

i think this has to do with the phone identifier, story says 4x is not compatible,
afaik the 4X is identified as x3 .... dunno, i cannot download .....
i sent a mail to gameloft, but .... they didn't answer .......

Gameloft answered me that the 4X HD is too recent. They have not updated their compatibility list yet.

Why we should use chainfire 3d to open the game? I just pay in google play to download the game and normal to play....

I just buy and download it from Google Play (more than 1GB of data) and play normally, except a little lag while playing.
Sometime the game become not responding if you accidentally press Home and then come back.

Even when side loaded it just loops on intro screen for me.

Are you sure that the files were downloaded where they should be?
I cant say a lot but I think the files should be in a folder named "obb" in external sd, now I don't remember very well...

i have Optimus 2X and Optimus 4X.... and guess what?
On Optimus 2X Asphalt 7 i very smooth and playable, but on Optimus 4X it lags like hell and is unplayable! WTF NVIDIA/Gameloft?
