YES.. AFTER UNLOCKING AN ATRIX YOU CAN NOW MAKE IT WHERE IT WILL NOT SHOW UNLOCKED ON BOOTUP.... Instructions below...
After receiving my warranty phone I was desperate to make it not show the unlocked symbol where they would see it.. so what I did is research first.. I had remembered a team called M3 here while back make a bunch of unlocked stock SBF files. I specifically downloaded the newest Gingerbread SBF file. I then rooted and flashed Alien #4 on it as well. Well need to say the least my digitizer went out. Don't really know how that worked but anyways I called AT&T and got it under warranty then I realized OH SH*% I have it unlocked. so what I did is I went and grabbed a STOCK NON UNLOCKED SBF GINGERBREAD file and flashed it. THEN WALLLA it was gone and back to stock.. NOW HOW DID THIS WORK? How did it bypass the fuse from the boot loader WHY did it not brick the phone.. My thinking's is that it is still unlocked but just using a locked boot loader software. hmm maybe someone here can find that out.. I was just doing anything I could to make it not show that symbol so needless to say I was a brave mother F'er So I would be COMPLETELY enthused to how this worked and how it still loaded the phone..
Umm, this information has already been known. Also, you shouldnt be using SBF anymore.
I have never seen a post about this.. if you know about this somewhere please show me so I can delete this thread if it is not necessary..
I have seen this same thing happen before while just using an sbf on my phone, but the unlocked symbol usually came back after the next restart... I would restart a couple times before getting too excited

There is the one @g33k3r found and also here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182871
@mramirezusa also confirmed in the OP of his thread that you could RSD the sbf.
* CONFIRMED, IS SAFE TO RSD THIS SPECIFIC SBF FROM MOTOROLA:
1FF-olympus-user-2.3.4-4.5.91-110625-release-keys-signed-ATT-US-GAS_NA_OLPSGBATTSPE_P011.sbf

SHA1: e00786e975b4f1d9fba2ff90c1ee6bbf95bb47b2
SO NOW ON FOR UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER USERS THIS CAN BE A BASE IF SOMETHING GO WRONG AND YOU NEED OUT OF THE BOX STATE FROM MOTOROLA
Need to be flash with RSDlite V5.3.1

Where is there a thread with a how to unlock your bootloader not using SBF files?
I think you HAVE to use the "Pudding" sbf to unlock.

Really!? You would have to be blind to not see the 17 posts about "relocking" scattered all around the Atrix forums. That is unless you came directly here to the dev forum and imediately hit the "new thread" button. For sure you didnt do a search.

I just don't understand how this was not a popular topic in the very beginning when the Atrix first came out. I had bought my Atrix the day it came out and had started looking out for the day someone cracked the boot-loader. I never once saw the topic about a fake re-lock... HMMM I guess Technology falls further than my brain does lol...

That's unlikely to be legit. Access to these units is tightly controlled, and resale is forbidden (they actually have "NOT FOR SALE" stamped on the inside)
edit: Nevermind, it's legit. See the third picture? That button is different from yours. That was the menu button in one of the earlier revisions of the phone, so this is likely to be an early unit. It will probably be unlocked, but keep in mind the hardware isn't exactly the same as the retail release (this one will have camera issues, for example, and no gorilla glass).
In any case, ask for the output of "cat /sys/firmware/fuse/secure_boot_key"; If you do get a reply, paste it here (retail units return nothing on that, unlocked units do. But I won't tell you what, since there's the possibility that seller is reading this)
My phone is a developer version. It doesn't accept kdz updates. My phone is bricked and only power up in Upgrade mode.

Our colleague gave us a hope here. He says he has succeeded, so why will not I? Does he even have a model "developer"?
I'm not doubting it, but I notice that I am the one who is harmed by this procedure. In the tutorials teach to do the KDZ flash by in no time is cautioned that does not work on models "developer". I find this very strange. I ask all of you to help put an end to this issue.
And can you give me a kick in the butt if I'm mad at this point of forgetting simple things hahaha

2. Does Xposed installer work with this device?

1. Yes, the same way as every other Nexus device, so just read the stickied guides at the top of this section.
2. Yes and no. It works on 5.0.x but not on 5.1.x, which is what your device came preloaded with. I'm not sure what parts of your firmware can/can't be downgraded if you really want to roll back to 5.0.x to use Xposed, so maybe someone else will chime in with those specifics.

If you downgrade from 5.1, do not revert your bootloader. Downgrading bootloader from 5.1 to 5.0.1, then eventually back to 5.1 could potentially lead to a brick.

Since you're unlocking and getting a custom recovery anyway, all you have to do is flash a 5.0.2 rom and 5.0.2 kernel. Most devs have updated past that, but you can find links to their older builds usually from the same download folders.

I would suggest that a little bit of patience might be in order here. Xposed is very popular, and I can't imagine that it would be more than a couple of weeks before it's functional on 5.1.
Does anybody knows a solution to the unlocked bootloader warning? You will get it if you flash the newest firmware. The message will be gone if you downgrade, but the RR rom works better with a newer firmware. Even flashing a new bootlogo didn't solve it.
Why should you get rid of it? It just informs if your bootloader is unlocked or not...
why not? Its just ugly and if there is a solution, than wouldn't that be great? Hope someone has a solution for this without downgrading the firmware.
Hello, sorry for OT, but if you relock bootloader it gets out of that warning ? Because in one or two days ill buy this phone and when i read this im get surprising... Thanks in advice.

It's just a warning that bootloader is unlocked and therefore your device is less secure. Nothing to worry about. Most of OEMs have bootloader unlock warnings on bootscreens. I had it even on Nexus devices.

Lol, it seems you can't read. I'm asking for a solution and not your opinion about other people's personality. Other threads like the one on falcon (moto g 1st gen) has a flashable bootlogo as a solution.
Also if someone wants to flash a nice bootlogo, you will still see the warning and not your bootlogo.
Yes you can,you need to flash stable miui rom than flash any rom you want and there will be no warning as long as you dont flash firmware zip and i think you dont need to becous xiaomi eu roms have the latest one and are the best choice i think, also when i flashed slim 7 from slim roms the warning was gone so try what you think is the best for you, I recommend xiaomi eu rom

When he posted this he probably didnt know about the not rooting thing and maybe there are people who dont root in the first place and just want to update to the latest security patch. Just dont be aggressive next time. You could get banned for cussing btw.
Thats cool this is posted just to let everyone know the update is here. However, if you care at all about root do not flash this,,,you will lose root forever and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Why Samsung decided to lock down a three year old phone is beyond me??

Motorola is being unbearably slow about their Pie rollout, so here we go.
Do NOT try to downgrade back to Oreo if you've already taken the update.
If you haven't updated yet, please be sure that you will not want to return back to Oreo once you've used the guide below.
Thanks @smyaknti for the tip.
Prerequisites:
1. 100% Stock ROM with no system modifications of any kind.
2. This file is only for the Indian variant of the Motorola One Power.
3. You should already have the September security patch update installed on your device.
Please don't install this over the August security patch update.

1. Download from link and move it to root of your internal storage(not in any folder like Downloads etc). Put it outside all folders.
2. Go to Settings>Apps¬ifications>Show all apps>3dot menu(top right of the screen)>show system apps
3. Find Motorola Update Services and give it storage permission.
4. Go to Updates screen and check for update. It will show up. Install as any normal OTA. Enjoy Pie!
I've installed Pie on my own device using the same file and the same method. So it's tested by me.
For users who are currently using Magisk to root their devices, this method is not for you. You'll have to return back to full stock using fastboot images.

What about future updates??
Hey @reddevil08, would you believe it?
They banned you from the official Moto One Power forum for providing people with the official Indian OTA.
Look at the screenshot. Really disappointed with Lenovo and Motorola.

I agree. I'm just waiting for the warranty to expire so that I can move to a custom ROM like LineageOS.

Stupid admins on that forum. Merging threads that have no relation to each other just to hide bugs in Moto's software.
People on OnePlus' forum share ota links freely and no one complains.
They banned me for distrubiting pirated software  If it wasn't the official OTA file, it wouldn't have installed from within the system and with a locked bootloader. It's gonna look pretty stupid when that same firmware is distributed few days later

Exactly ?
That's why OnePlus is doing so well as a company. It works with the community and not against it.

The path they are on, they gonna die pretty soon. Lenovo is just using Moto's brand to sell a few devices. People are gonna realise soon that they are buying poor devices from Lenovo.

The moto forum admins are such a-holes. They keep banning users for sharing the link in public comments but they won't reply to anyone who's asking for update timing and date.

You'll have to wait for a year to do so, lol.
Well I'm gonna wait for the lineage to release.

Haha, yeah.
I previously had a Moto X and you might not believe, I had to get the motherboard replaced 4 times under warranty. So I think keeping the warranty intact is the way to go because even Motorola's hardware can't be trusted.

I guess that's pretty good for you.
But how did you manage to do both the things?
I means losing your motherboard 4 times and get it repaired every time ? ??
That's some nasty thing you did there buddy.

Motorola is being unbearably slow about their Pie rollout, so here we go.
Requirements: 100% Stock ROM with no system modifications of any kind.

I don't think this is the OTA. Or is it?
It's only around 700mb.
Please update the link. I would be grateful.
Thanks in advance.

The hardware kept failing randomly so I had to get in touch with some superiors at the company who helped me get my replacement motherboards in time. But the entire process was still a pain to go through.

Okay so I downloaded it anyway and pasted it in the root storage.
I only have one question. HOW DID THEY FIT ANDROID PIE IN 700MB ZIP?
Please share more screenshots.

It works fine for me. Your ISP must be blocking Mega. Are you using Jio to download?
